Process and staff
I need to speak to the supervisor of Dubizzle, I can’t deal with a bunch of complete unprofessional set of people - I not happy with the kind of update I have got from Jawad & this is certainly not the way clients are handled.
When I sign up with Dubizzle that ideally has to be for smooth process and seemless which is not the case at all every step I have to keep chasing dubizzle and finally it’s complete unsatisfactory results and reverts.
Ensure to pass on my dissatisfaction to senior staff.

Car buying
Recently, I responded to an advertisement of dubizzle to buy a Pajero 2016 car and after the test drive, paid them advance of 3000 after agreeing to the asking price of the seller. after three days I paid them the remaining amount of the deal and received a mail from them that the car was reserved in my name and they wanted to know my convenient date to effect the transfer of ownership. But to my disbelief, their representative told me the next day that the seller has backed out of the deal and I had to apply for a refund of the money paid to them. They never regretted the inconvenience caused to me and the seller who breached the contract was let off without question. On the contrary, I who abided by all their requirements including the transfer of funds and document transmission was penalized. They refunded my money after 5 days of asking for the refund and that too after reaching out to their senior officers. I was subjected to begging to get back my money while they did not regret what I was subjected to. I will never deal with this company which treats customers with contempt

Dear sir,
I purchased the car (BMW x5) in Jan 30th 2023 which was listed in dubizzle, after the registration I drove car back to home when I reached I found the smoke coming out of engine and there was warning sing on the screen stating damping failure , immediately I called the seller he said it just a error do not need worry .
Next day when i took car to garage. They said there lot of problems in the car .
I spent almost 10k aed and again I need to spend 10k more for suspension. Almost 15 days after I received car from the garage .
And also seller cheated me taking extra money from and he denied .
He clearly said there is no minor work and this car was driven by his wife .
It was clear that he has cheated me.
I just want solve this issue pls guide me .

I believe he is a fraudster

Dubizzle Add
I have been using Dubizzle since 6 years. Now Dubizzle is becoming unreasonable day by day. Its so annoying to use it anymore. I post the add, pay for it.. they keep it for few days and they delete the add without any reason.
If dubizzle have to delete the add they have to review before posting, why delete it once its posted and paid. I havent even received the refund of paid adds. This looks like Dubizzle is scamming people who want to post the adds. I understand there are lot of scammers who post the adds. But at-least review before posting if its genuine or not. You just go ahead and delete the add without any notice becomes annoying to the genuine sellers.
My add was there for more than 20 days and nothing happened. i featured it yesterday, paid for it and suddenly today morning i see that its deleted. Why delete it without any notice. We are paying for it. Its not 5 or 10dhs.. Paying 100dhs for it. Have some justification Atleast.

I posted one add by payment and after one week i added one pic and they stop my add to be live, i asked customer care and they said ur new pic is different the one i added,

This guy / girl trying to sell me a cat which he didn’t even own or have! Those cats were fake ! Those pictures of the cats were taken from Google! Im just surprised when i found they are all fraud and pretending to sell cats! Hope to take all of them down. Also when i went again to check their info they already deleted their information.

Used Car - Not providing documents for first owner
Dear Team,
We would like to express a deep concern that Dubizzle’s own inspected car and rated 9.9 with no accident and single owner. So,customer service booked an appointment and informed all the first owner document will be provided by sales executive Mr. Hathem.Therefore, we blocked the car on 1st May 2022 by paying AED 5000 +AED 570 for the comprehensive test.
But sales executive just showed the Mulkiya which does not proof I am buying from the first owner. However, he informed us to share the document later.But till now,I didn’t receive any document. As a buyer I have a full rights to get the document which proofs I am buying from the first owner. I had involved Dubizzle so that they will check the genuine seller, but now I feel cheated as no document has been provided.
On top of this,Dubizzle team is continuously chasing for comprehensive test, insurance .Why should I go for a comprehensive test without checking the first owner documents .It is really waste of my time and money.
We relied on you but till now service you provided is really embarrassing.

Placing an AD, paid for it, and now not visible in the website
I was trying to place an AD to start renting my apartment. I made the payment of 366.45AED deducted from my bank account and now trying to check on my Dubizzle account but it is saying that I have no ADs placed! Please confirm to me what is the issue.
The payment was made yesterday at 9:51 the amount was deducted from my bank account.

We have seen an ad in dubizzle from moaza al balooshi real estate. The agent showed us an apartment and we booked that apartment by paying 1000AED as advance.
The very next day they called us and informed that the apartment sold out and you need to take some other flats. first we objected and went to see other apartments but we didnt like any .then we asked to give our money back.. then their behaviour changed and we didnt get our money back..
they are good cheaters in this field so please dont get trapped in their ads.
Dubizzle Pro Cars
Hi,
I've been asked to go in the middle of the desert mid-day to try a car with dubizzle pro. First, I had to call another time to force them to give the correct address. Once I finally got there, surprise, no car available. After 30 min of waiting, someone tells me that there will be another driver bringing the car at some point but not before at least another half an hour.
It took me almost 2h round trip plus 2x taxi fare to go there for nothing.
Later, when I explain the problem, the solution offered was to do the same again.
It's utterly ridiculous. Other providers like cars24 or Al Futtaim offer to bring the car to you and you don't need that mess.
What I've learned from there is that no-one should go via dubizzle pro and I'll work with real professionals next.

Lack of customer service, safety, and general care for users
I have been using the platform for some time to sell things no longer needed around the house. There are two things I have noticed substantially increasing more recently - the first is the number of scammers phishing for information. I have been contacted on my personal number more and more by “people” saying they want to purchase something, and they will pay through empost, etc if I give them the information and so on. I report all of these to the authorities but it feels very unsafe.
The second thing is the increasing rejection of my items because of “miscategorization” and so on. I remember it not being such a problem before, but it has been getting more and more frustrating. It is particularly frustrating since most of the time I am just letting the dubizzle itself generate the categorization. Over and over I had an ad for a simple beach umbrella rejected. My last try was in “water sports equipment.” I had another ad that had been up for some time suddenly rejected because they claimed I was selling more than one thing. So, rather than continuing the frustrating guessing game I contacted them directly for the categorization.
The responding representative on Feb 6, 2022 at 17:54 was extremely impolite. I was told if I continue to miscategorize my account might be blocked. I was then lectured on how categorizing “correctly” makes it easier for buyers while doing so incorrectly “hinders the user experience by showing irrelevant ads to our users.” They consider a beach umbrella irrelevant to users looking at water sports equipment, but clearly belonging to the category “Garden structures and fences.” (A beach umbrella, by the way, is pointy at the end for burying in sand. It would not work in a garden.) I could not believe how this person could not spare some simple politeness to my asking for the correct category, and that I was threatened with blocking for such a silly reason. my phone being bombarded with scammers, it seems incredibly trivial and frankly upsetting this rudeness and difficulty posed by them for my wanting to post for a measly beach umbrella.
So, I wrote a review describing my negative experience. Today, Feb 10, 2022 at 2:31 pm I receive a notification that I have received a response for my review. It seemed more polite and considerate. However, within a half hour of this I received a notification for a rejection of an older post that has been up for some time, then message after message about my account now being blocked.
I do not see the sense in any of this - the lack of training in polite customer care, the increasing rejection of user’s posts for “miscategorization,” even blocking users for said miscategorization. Where is the business sense in mistreating users and blocking them for something so trivial while phishers and scammers run rampant?
The answer is there isn’t. It only serious degrades the user experience and ultimate worth and future prosperity of the service. I will remember my experience, share it with others, and support other platforms where I hope I might be actually be treated with some decency and care. And I’m sure I’m not alone.
Desired outcome: I would like a formal apology from the representative in question and specific training for this person.

A buyer sold the item purchases and now asking for his money back from me

Last Thursday November 11, 2021, I saw 1 add for used washing machine in dubizzle. I contacted the number 0501236102 and his name is Saud. The add state that the washing machine is 0-1 month old, never used and 4 months warranty. The price is 550 AED and we agree to 500 and free delivery. Since I was in Abu Dhabi on that time, one guy from our flat receive the unit. In short the washing machine setup and run but its giving a loud noise while washing. I call the seller and we got a deal that he will replace the unit on the following day but the next day his phone is off and even his whatsapp is not reached. Until now I cannot contact this guy.
