I gotta say, I ordered from OutdoorLivingUK on May 27th, 2018 and didn't hear a peep from them. I was starting to get a bit antsy, so I decided to shoot them an email and give them a ring. I gotta say, the bloke who answered the phone was a real gem. He was super helpful and told me that my order would be delivered the next day.
I was a bit skeptical, but lo and behold, the courier sent me a text the next day saying that my package would be delivered between 1 and 2pm. I was like, "yeah, right," but I gotta say, they delivered the goods at 1:10pm on the dot.
All in all, I gotta give it up to OutdoorLivingUK. They really came through for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I bought a water feature from OutdoorLivingUK last year and used it throughout the summer. I was really happy with it, but when it came time to put it away for the winter, I noticed that there were some cracks in the base and the fiberglass covering was coming away from the fibreboards that the reservoir was constructed with. I covered it up with the supplied cover and hoped for the best.
When spring came around, I refilled the water feature only to find that water was leaking out of the reservoir. I sent an email to customer service with some photos and they got back to me pretty quickly. They said that they would send out some resin repair kits and I was hopeful that this would resolve the issue.
I followed the instructions with the three small putty repair kits, but unfortunately the reservoir still leaks due to insufficient putty. Additionally, there was no solution given for the fiberglass sides coming away from the fibreboard. I contacted customer service again and was informed that the resin kits were a gesture of goodwill and that there was no offer of a replacement for the faulty item, which is obviously not fit for purpose.
I sent a few more emails outlining the issues and requesting a refund or replacement, but I haven't received a reply. This is really disappointing, especially since the unit is well within the 12-month warranty stated on the website. I hope that OutdoorLivingUK will take responsibility for this and make things right.

I explained this to two different people, but they didn't seem to care. The last guy I spoke to even said he didn't care if I worked for Coca Cola or the NHS, it was still over 30 days. Can you believe that?
Honestly, I would stay far away from this company. Their customer service is terrible and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with them.
