Ox Car Care The beginning of February 2022, I purchased a warranty through Ox Car Care for *** a month

The beginning of February 2022, I purchased a warranty through Ox Car Care for *** a month. They said they would help with any kind of service on our car ( *** explorer). In May my car broke down and my mechanic had to tow my car to his garage. Contacted Ox Car and the gentleman said just make sure they calculate the labor in the cost of the car repair. The associates are very rude at Ox Car and it took them 2 weeks to return the call to our mechanic for what needed to be repaired. When they finally talked to our mechanic, basically nothing was covered by the warranty, they said my warranty would cover anything. When I called, it was either me leaving a message or the claim person for our area was never in. I have called them numerous times to have the warranty cancelled and I am told to fill out a cancellation form from the packet they gave me, I never got that I tried to tell them this and they got very rude to me. I emailed them 2 times about the cancellation too, no response through email. I want a full refund from this company ( I don't want to hear about their 30 day policy) I paid from February 2022 till May 2022, *** each month, I'm asking for a full refund because they not only argued with me about fixing my car but they NEVER provided any kind of service to me. Once they spoke to my mechanic, they told them they needed a year history on where the car was serviced and then they were going to send someone to inspect the car to see if what my mechanic claimed needed to be fixed was true, how can they do this if they are located in ***?So again I've tried to get this cancelled and refunded through phone and email, nothing on their end, very rude. This is why I want a FULL refund from them, because NO service was provided by this company as promised. Worst experience ever.

On July 11th, 2022 at approximately 1:26pm, I *** called Ox Car Care to complain about an incident that occurred on July 9th, 2022. A male representative answered the phone, I preceded to ask for a manager. This male representative told me he was the manager, so I began telling him about how unprofessional his staff were when I took my vehicle to have one of the complimentary oil changes that they provided for on the warranty policy. He kept interrupting me, and saying if we decided to leave them he was going to charge me with fraud. He was yelling and would not listen to what I had to say. I attempted to let him know that the service associate at *** Dealership attempted to call their business to get the approval on the service. Someone on the opposite line hung *** in her face 4 times. On the 5th call ***), they told her they no longer handle my account and again hung *** in her face. That is when I took the phone and called the number again, but instead of speaking to the claims department who had done theses things, I spoke to customer service. The young lady pulled up my account, I then handed the phone to the service associate at ***. The associate told her all the unprofessional things that occurred. The young lady apologized and then said to hold on because she was about to walk over there. The claims department finally answered the phone to take care of the service, but they were yelling in the background and still being unprofessional. The service associate at *** looked at us and said I am so, so, sorry that you and your husband had to go through this. I know you guys are embarrassed. That was an understatement. I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. And I am so upset that they billed my account for the $99.00 on July 10th, 2022. I will never deal with Ox Car Care Company again and I am shopping for a new warranty company.

Ox Car Care I have requested to cancel my warranty with this company because I specifically requested a mailing of the policy to physically sign and submit

I have requested to cancel my warranty with this company because I specifically requested a mailing of the policy to physically sign and submit. I did not give a telephone authorization for them to sign the ENTIRE policy for me, which they did without my review. I also specifically requested NOT to do automatic payments, and they allowed themselves to do that too. I've sent 5 emails (August 30, 2022; August 31, 2022; September 02, 2022; September 05, 2022; September 15, 2022) demanding them to cancel my policy. I've sent 3 certified mailings to BOTH Ox Car Care (on August 31, 2022 AND September 05, 2022) AND to SING FOR SERVICE, LLC d/b/a MEPCO FINANCE CORPORATION (on August 31, 2022) in ***, . I specifically asked for them to provide written confirmation of my cancellation and I have not received anything to date. When I called Ox Car Care on September 09, 2022 and spoke to the *** Manager, ***, he said they don't send letters, but then said he would email me a confirmation of a cancellation on September 15th, 2022. I asked why he couldn't send one the day I called (September 09, 2022), and he said I had to wait until September 15, 2022. As of today, September 15, 2022 at 5:30pm MST, there is NOTHING in my email. I specifically told *** I want my confirmation letter by email, and he said he would. There is still NO written confirmation. When I contacted SING FOR SERVICE, LLC d/b/a MEPCO FINANCE CORPORATION, after receiving a statement from them, i.e. MEPCO on September 14, 2022, I submitted ANOTHER request to cancel through mepco.com's *** Request form. I selected "Cancellation/Request Refund" from the drop down menu, and today received a response from MEPCO stating: To better assist you with your cancellation request, please contact (OX CAR CARE INC) at ***) regarding your questions and concerns. I have copied and submitted page 5 from Ox Car Care's Policy providing all info to cancel. NO RESPONSE!

Ox Car Care This Ox auto solution company is obligated under contract to fix my *** due to the engine being completely malfunctioned

This Ox auto solution company is obligated under contract to fix my *** due to the engine being completely malfunctioned. In the contract it is stated that in the case of engine malfunction that they will send an inspector out to confirm cause of failure (which they have confirmed was something thats is under their warranty). My *** was placed with our local *** service department where they assessed the vehicle to determine engine failure. *** then contacted the warranty company, The warranty company then sent out the inspector. The inspector asked for a tear down of the engine (which if they didnt find anything wrong would be at our cost and if they did would be at theirs). They sent the inspector out several times after full well knowing the engine was the problem and theyd have to pay, each time requiring further tear down to the point (now) where the vehicle is of no use. In doing so causing our *** with *** to go higher and higher in labor etc. At this point *** has told us that they have never dealt with an extended warranty company like this and believe this to be very strange. Finally we get final results from this Ox auto solution company, stating yes the engine is broken, yes we are liable to fix it, however we will only give you $5,000 (for used engine and labor) to have a used engine put in place. Which will not only not cover the cost of the used engine but will not cover all the labor already put into inspecting it (which they are now liable to paying since determining problem with vehicle was under warranty). When *** told them they were out of their minds and that it was impossible for that price, a used engine alone will cost $6,000, the ox company said its our jobs, as the clients, to figure out what to do now. We have asked around for quotes on this and no other facility is willing to do the job for the approved $5,000. Also we cant take our car out of The *** service because the *** has not been paid off by ox auto solutions.

Ox Car Care Back in Mid June 2022 I called them regarding the auto repair ins

Back in Mid June 2022 I called them regarding the auto repair ins. plan. the rep. explained that i would receive a quote & if interested, that i would be charged a promotional price of $49.99 to begin a 30 day trial. They quoted me a monthly price of $160.00 for the complete repair program. told me to take 30 days to look over the terms and conditions, if i'm not satisfied cancel with no questions asked, within the 30 days...I agreed. I was charged the $49.99 promotional fee. I waited for the terms and conditions for 2weeks after that I begin calling and left messages. someone called back a week later. While waiting, I kept calling. Being placed on hold until the lines would hang up or until it would go to voice mail. finally, after 3weeks of this someone from customer service answered and said that i would receive the booklet within that week. by now, its July 5th and I go over my bank statement and they've already charged me the monthly rate of $160.00 deducted from my account that i never authorized. That i never had the appropriate time to review the terms and conditions of this policy... I definitely know that I no longer want to do business with them for lack of professionalism, delayed responses and non responsiveness. I definitely knew that I was no longer interested in trying their auto repair service. from this point it was virtually impossible to get a live person on the line. They called me back to ask what the issue was? I explained everything like you read above. I was passed to different voicemail lines, where I left messages. I only wanted to cancel the membership. I was even willing to pay the $75.00 cancelation fee. Someone from customer service said goto the website and find "request cancellation" and complete it and thats the only way you can cancel. I'm not at fault for the delayed booklet being mailed 1month later. they had no right to charge my account again. I want my $back confirmed cancellation. they agreed but continue taking my $$monthly

Ox Car Care I signed up with Ox Car Care on May 24, 2022

I signed up with Ox Car Care on May 24, 2022. My vehicle is a *** F250 *** super duty Quad cab diesel 4x4 truck in excellent condition with *** miles, in perfect running condition. The *** number is ***. The term of my contract is for 48 months, at a cost of $3884, $160 per month. Their telephone number is ***. The lien holder billing me is ***. $100 deductible Covered specifically are 4 wheel drive, turbo supercharger component, and diesel engine. On July 17 I had engine trouble and took it to a diesel specialist. *** asked for a year's service record, which I provided to my mechanic, and he emailed them to Ox. Upon receipt, three invoices from my mechanics lacked *** numbers and mileage. I returned to my mechanics, who added requested information. Then *** stated that invoices must be done on computers. I returned to the mechanics who then did computerized invoices. After sending the invoices to Ox four times, *** refuses to pay anything. I've been without my truck since mid-July. Nowhere in my contract does it state that invoices must contain *** numbers or mileage statements, nor is it stated that invoices must be computerized. It just states that I have to keep my vehicle in good repair, which I do. I need a truck, so I had to buy a *** GMC 4x4 truck. I have faithfully paid my monthly bill, but *** continues with excuses not to pay a *** toward my truck repair, violating our contract. I have done everything to comply. At one point I was confused with another customer. I was asked for pictures of my tires. I have four brand new, very expensive tires. I went to the mechanic, *** Auto repair, a ten-mile trip, took pictures, and emailed them to Ox. It turned out that they mixed me up with another customer. Ox has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I'm 67. They never call back. Emails!

Ox Car Care Car warranty

Ox car care is a warranty for cars. I’ve tried to put in a claim in for oil change several times over the past two months and they have refused to pick up their phone. They continue to have me leave a message and no one ever calls back. I’ve tried calling customer service a half a dozen times and they don’t call me back. I have been trying to cancel my warranty and they are unavailable. I’ve had to call my credit card company to have them shut off the warranty on my end 149.00 month for 6 months and not able to put in a claim.

Desired outcome: To opt out of warranty. 4 park ave plaza are 500 Irvin ca. 92614. Customer service [protected]

I am seeing that my complaint is resolved on Better Business Bureau I just filed it at 2:30 in the morning on November 15. It’s 10 minutes later.

I canceled my ox car Care last month and they are still taking it out of my checking account I would like a refund for both of my vehicles.

I have been waiting on my refund since April 2023 due to a red flag I was informed on my account and was told I be refunded and no damn refund since my name is Terrance Lee and my vehicle was 2014 Buick enclave and my pH number has been changed from [protected] to [protected] please refund my money asap
