Last month I contacted your company stating I never received any product but was charged $93.60 and I wanted a refund to my bank account. I was told it was too late to get a refund as the order had already shipped and I should wait until it arrived and write return to sender on the package. It never arrived so I never received my refund!
Now, I'm contacting you once again concerning a charge for $93.60 once again for something I never received! This is getting to be too far out of hand and I demand a refund for two orders for the combined total of $187.20! I will contact the attorney general this time to report this scam your company is pulling!
I was going to do this the last time I contacted you, but was reassured I would receive my refund for the first order I didn't receive. Now you have pushed me beyond my limits of patience. I will be expecting a refund within 72 hours or I'm done messing wit your scamming company!
You shouldn't be in business, as it seems you don't know anything about customer service.

This is the poorest company I have ever had an experience with. The customer service is very weak, evidently from lack of experience.
