panera rewards
Hi-I am not making a service complaint but wanted to send your corp. office an email & could not find a Panera Bread email on website. Please advise:
I purchased 20 sandwiches on line on august 23rd. Order #4314604
When I picked them up, I mentioned that I had forgotten to submit my Panera bread card number when I placed the order. I was told to go to www.mypanera.com/missedvisit & put in order number. The information was to enter a code that is on the bottom of the receipt. Here is the problem, I received a print out of my order & did not have this number on the paper work. Since you should be able to access order #4314604, could you please apply to my panera bread card? My rewards number is [protected]

panera bread drive thru raleigh nc
I ordered a turkey bacon bravo on French bread and a green passion fruit smoothie from the Panera bread drive thru Saturday [protected]) on Glenwood avenue hwy 70 in Raleigh NC. I had to wait for about 45min, the guy at the window took my payment and didn't give me a receipt. I could see the employees standing around having a conversation while I'm waiting for my food. My sandwich wasn't wrapped properly, it looked like it was just thrown together. When I picked up the bag everything fell out of the bottom of the bag. Needless to say I gave Panera bread 15 dollars for nothing.
my order took two hours to arrive
I wouldn't normally complain, but it was ridiculous. My order took two hours to arrive. See attached. I called three times to check in it, the woman in the phone was I different and kept saying "sorry, we're busy"
I order from Panera at least three times a week. This was unacceptable.
Our local customer service was horrible, hopefully your response will be better.
Thank you.

strawberry rhubarb cake (or bread)
My sisters and I were in the Wooster Ohio store yesterday and 2 of us ordered the Strawberry Rhubarb cake (bread) and neither one had ANY strawberry or rhubarb in them. Big disappointment. There was only cinnamon in it and one of them is allergic to cinnamon. This was the 22 of Aug. 2017. We did not complain because we brought them home before eating them. I wanted to bring this to your attention, because we often eat at Panera Bread this is the first time we have experienced this kind of problem. Thank you, Peggy Morris, [protected]@gmail.com.

service and cleanliness
Today, my husband and I stopped at the Vancouver Wa in Hazel Dell. We were in line for 25 minutes before we were able to order. There was only one cashier. We ordered and went into the eating area and were shocked to see at least 50% of the tables with dirty dishes. We had to bus our own table, then watches as others also had to do the same thing. As we waited for 35 minutes for our soup and salad to finally arrive, someone finally came out to bus the tables. They sat for at least one hour before being cleaned. Some people were waiting so long for their orders, they were going up to the window themselves looking for their orders. A man who appeared to be a manager laughed saying, "yeah, it's slow." But did nothing to help. He stood in the kitchen area the entire time while the cashier, food deliverer and food prep were struggling. It was a complete waste of our time and money to sit and eat in a filthy atmosphere. Very disappointed.

Cinnamon crunch bagel and Watermelon cup missing from order.
Tried calling store multiple times to check on order and then to report missing items. After pressing 5 for manager, it rang multiple times and then I was disconnected.
Very disappointed in delay and lack of customer service.

greek salad
I generally like Panera Bread and ate today (8.22.17) at the store at Iliff and Peoria in Aurora CO. I ordered the "half order" of the Greek Salad for lunch with the baguette on the side. I was very disappointed in that this meal consists basically of about 50 cents worth of lettuce and it costs $7 (just barely under)! Since it mainly consists of lettuce with a few tiny little pieces of other goodies thrown in for flavor, the portion size was ridiculous for this price. I'll never eat there again. I had to stop and get something to eat on the way home to feel like I'd had a meal.
breakfast mobile order
I stopped at my local Panera (Mary Esther, Florida) and picked up my mobile order (#[protected]). The order contained the watermelon fruit cup and when I opened this cup up to enjoy my watermelon, I discovered small pieces of chicken. My complaint is that A.) This could lead to contamination and cause severe illness and B.) if I was a vegetarian/ vegan etc... that was contaminated with meat. I am not I'll, nor am I a vegan, etc... but this is still unacceptable. I was really surprised to find this. I hope you will take my complaint seriously as I would hate for someone to actually become ill from something like this.
Thank you,
Veronica Scott
behavior
I visit this location at least 4 times a week, because it is on my way to visit clients that I have meetings with. I sometimes order about 30-40 pastries, sometimes even more than that because I bring them to my meetings with clients. A few days ago, on Saturday, I went into Panera, and had to visit my clients for lunch, and wanted to bring them sweets, and I like picking out my own pastries, that is why I don't usually make a Catering order, even though I have done so a few times before. I wanted to ask an associate for information on how to activate my new rewards card and nobody wanted to help me. All they do in that location is change associates, and they do not train them the way they should. I remember a few months ago an Associate Trainer, named Ivana every single morning I would see her she would have a smile on her face and welcome me, and help me answer any questions I had, lately nobody there is welcomed, it's like they don't go there to please the customers, but to get through the day and just get a pay check. No matter the job, or what kind of position you hold you shouldn't have to go dreading into work. My point is, that this place needs to hold good employees, I understand that it's a franchise and a business, but good associates like for example the girl Ivana, (which may I add I do not see around anymore, not sure what happened) It is sad not to hold such a polite and positive hard working person like that in a business, which I am sure I am not the only persons day she has made before. That place needs to think about what kind of employees are being hired. I am not a professional, just a regular at Panera bread, and would like to feel like "home", because it is panera warmth isn't it?
Kindest Regards, My advice, I hope this gets to corporate. I believe that the people in high positions don't hear enough about what goes on in the caffe.
fuji apple chicken salad
Hello today on 8/22/2017 at 2:20 PM from the Jacksonville Florida Town Center store. I received a you pick two which was a mac n cheese order with a Fuji apple chicken salad. I had requested on the Fuji salad with no onions and no chicken. (I'm a vegetarian). I received the delivery and there was chicken and onions on the salad, but no dressing. I did request dressing with it. I don't normally complain at all, because I love Panera's and have never ever had any issues. But Panera's delivery is an extra $3 on top of paying for a tip, on top of the $10 I already spent for my order. I figured I would let you guys know that they need to check the order before delivering. I don't believe it was even looked at and it was just prepared how it normally is.
Thank you.
service
This has happened twice now, I place my rapid pick up order, went to go pick it up and ended up waiting an extra 20 min for it to be done it was sitting behind he counter the whole time, this staff was just talking talking and the recipt said my bag was checked so I arrived home and and they forgot something. Honestly will probably never go back there.
cleanliness
Pleas see the photos
I sent these photos to Panera one and a half weeks ago To my surprise and dismay no response
This was taken in the middle of the day at 1 north broadway white plains
I also complained about the lackadaisical service and often having to wait for a server to come up to the register counter
The staff has been a revolving door one of the current manager (female) spends too much time entertains staff and friends
The other (male) seem distant and unable to create energy
salad
Panera Bread's salads, when bought as a walk-in, seem to be fresher. I usually need to purchase a salad through the drive through due to the nature of my job. I continually am being disappointed and probably will never buy a salad again from Panera. Though salads from inside the store tend to be fresh, unique, and delicious -- I find a salad from the drive through has settled flat, the lettuce is old smelling/tasting along with other items in the salad. It just isn't as fresh or delicious. It tastes stale.
I am sensitive to odors and tastes and can tell immediately upon opening the package, just by smelling, that the salad is old, stale, and unappealing. The lettuce has started to turn. I bought the new strawberry, berry, chicken salad today with the poppy seed dressing. Many of the blueberries were flat and mushy, the lettuce wimpy, stale, and old tasting. And since old, the salad components had mingled way too much. It also tastes like there had been onion on it, but I can't see why this salad type never is supposed to never have onions on it.
Thank you

I came in on a regular Sunday afternoon and ordered a Broccoli, cheddar soup with a bread bowl but got run up as a regular soup with a bread on the side.
I confronted the manager about this before my order was complete and Salah the store manager says it's okay you have to go get rung up for another order as a bread bowl soup. I asked him if he can just place my soup inside a bread bowl he said I would have to pay for a whole new soup because it is the cashiers fault and he already spoke to him about it. Like what good does that do me? This has happened to me before at another Panera bread location and they resolved the issue by replacing my plastic bowl with a bread bowl. It's such a simple easy fix. Now I did not enjoy my soup or the service provided by this store manager who is supposed to lead by example. I will not be returning to this location and not eating at any other panera bread location if I do not see some action completed on this poor mannered guy. Again his name is Salah and when I explained to him that I will file a complain he told me go right ahead and shrugged his shoulders as if he doesn't really care about his job. Please check your employee I would never hire him as a local dealership owner or recommend him or this location to anyone. I will not be retiring anytime soon and I'm very unhappy.

chipotle chicken avocado melt
Today is Sunday, August 20, 2017. I ordered a you pick two from the 6575 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30097 Panera Bread. I wanted to file a complaint regarding the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. I absolutely adore this sandwich! It is so delicious and I order it whenever I am willing to splurge on food! However, I am upset that almost every time I order this sandwich, the amount of avocado given shrinks! I understand that avocados are expensive, however the half order of this sandwich is ALSO expensive. If I am willing to spend like 5 to 6 dollars on half of a sandwich, I want a lot of Avocado or at least more than what is given. Today, I have had enough and I am very upset that this location basically doesn't even put in avocado. I just opened the sandwich in half and this is what was given. I have not eaten anything. The picture proves it all.
delivery order: [protected] incorrect
Order Number:[protected]
Expected Delivery: 11:30am-11:45am
We placed this order on the morning of 08/18/2017 for a corporate luncheon that we expected to start at 11:3o.
1. Our order arrived late at 12:00pm.
2. (2) salads were made incorrectly
3. (1) salad contained NO toppings, just lettuce. This was supposed to be a Green Goddess Salad with ALL toppings.
4. Both soups on order were in correct and in wrong size
5. Sandwiches contained toppings that were specifically customized NOT to contain
Nearly half of our lunches were incorrect. I called and filed a complaint with the corporate office and was told that a member from the resolution team would reach out to me. I have not received any correspondence.
Tried for times to call the delivering store, but never spoke to someone. Phone continued to ring and ring.
We DO NOT want to pay for food that was not correct and expect to be refunded immediately.
Regards,
Christen McConnell

bad customer service-
I had contacted Panera bread about a month ago concerning a bad experience I had at one of their restaurants and absolutely nothing was done about it besides a quick I'm sorry you had a negative experience with our company, I was never offered any type of compensation nor was there any follow up contact. When I ordered my food I had a little trouble understanding and reading the entire menu board that up 13 feet in the air and after asking a few questions while ordering I was never asked if I wanted any different sides they gave me whatever side of their choosing. It was also an option when I ordered my food to get a bakery item for a discounted price and I was also never offered this option. When I finished my meal and went up to see the bakery items I didn't feel as rushed the second time I went up and I noticed that the bakery item could've been included in my original meal also I heard another customer ordering their food who obviously had been there many times before and they ordered a different side with their meal so I complained to the manager and was told that everything is clearly written on the board and I should have read the menu better! Then she proceeded to tell me that maybe the next time I came in I would know how to order. I filled out the survey and did get contacted by a representative of Panera bread but again do you only compensation I was offered was an apology. I've gotten better customer service from Burger King then I received from Panera bread, needless to say I haven't been back and probably won't again . I've made it a point to tell the story to as many people as possible because I have never been so insulted in my life and the complete lack of customer service left a bad taste for Panera food.
service/food availability
The last two times I have visited this location, most of the items were not available and staff was limited to one to two people. I love going to Panera but not being able to get any selection in mornings (you would think this would be the best time) is unsatisfactory. Also, having to wait in line because the same one to two people are running the bakery and food side is not acceptable. Please look into this...I love Panera but if this is the service and selection that is going to be available, I will have to find another place.
Panera Bread has closed 2 locations in Niles Il to build a new one in Golf Mill Shopping center with a drive thru. I have been in there 3 times and every time they are out of most of the bagels, Now this at at 1145 in the morning, just before lunchtime. What gives? There is no possible reason other then bad management.
This is the last time I am going to attempt going in there and my company will be getting morning meeting bagels and coffee etc from someone else.
frequently out of macaroni and cheese by 5pm
I am a frequent, card carrying member of Panera Bread. I eat there at least a couple of times a week. At least half of the last visits I've made, I've been told that what I wanted wasn't available. Bad enough when you order a sandwich and to be told they don't have the bread it is supposed to come on (aren't they a bakery, after all?) at 5 pm. But twice recently, tonight and a week or so ago, I went by and ordered macaroni and cheese for dinner. Although it's outrageously priced, I don't think it's asking too much to have it available if someone is willing to pay for it. Tonight, I go to the store in Feather Sound, on Ulmerton Road in Clearwater, FL at 5:16 pm, order a large mac n cheese, and am informed once again that they are out of it. I ordered a Panini and at the window asked the clerk (no names appear on their receipt, just like no 800# to complain to.but It was order 1376030) why they don't make more when they are running low. She told me they don't make it there, it's shipped in. I said, well can't you keep some in the freezer then and when you're running low, cook it? She said no. No apology, nothing. I asked for the 800# as I'm tired of them being out of something almost every time I go. She said with a smirk on her face that there is no 800, to call and speak with their manager but that it wouldn't make any difference...What kind of service is that, and if they don't even make it there, how fresh can it be? I'm extremely disappointed in this location and their management.
southwest chile lime ranch chicken salad - undercooked
To Whom it May Concern:
On August 18, 2017 I ordered a full southwest chile lime ranch chicken salad to go at the Panera located at 2501 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY 11554. When I got home, I noticed that there was more than one piece of chicken that was obviously undercooked. The chicken had a rubber texture and pink color. It was disgusting and it made me loose my appetite. I only found a few pieces until I finally threw out the salad all together and could not eat it. To undercook food could result in illness and I am hoping that I do not get sick.
