Terrible Customer Service and Wasted Money: My Experience with PaulFredrick
I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real bad time with PaulFredrick. Like, really bad. I bought these fancy pants, right? And they were all messed up. Either they sewed them wrong or they just didn't size them right, but either way, they didn't fit me at all. So I tried to exchange them for a pair that would actually fit me, but they wouldn't let me! Can you believe that? They said I couldn't return them because I had paid extra to have them cuffed. Like, what kind of nonsense is that? I don't remember them telling me that when I ordered them, but even if they did, that's just ridiculous.
And the worst part? The customer service rep I talked to was just plain rude. They didn't care at all that I had spent a bunch of money on these pants that were basically useless to me. They just kept insisting that I couldn't return them and that was that. I mean, come on. That's not how you treat customers.
So yeah, I'm pretty mad about the whole thing. I wasted $146 on these stupid pants that didn't even fit me right. I wouldn't recommend PaulFredrick to anyone, honestly. Stay far, far away if you don't want to deal with terrible customer service and a huge waste of money.
Impressive Quality and Customer Service: A Review of PaulFredrick Men's Clothing
I have been a customer of PaulFredrick for a while now and I must say that I am impressed with the quality of their men's clothing. The suits and shirts are top-notch and definitely worth the price paid. I have worn their clothing to important business meetings and events and have always received compliments on my attire.
Although the shipping rates can be a bit high, I have found that there are always free shipping or percentage off coupons available with just a quick web search. Sometimes, these coupons are not even advertised on the site itself, so it's always worth taking a few minutes to search for them.
One thing that really stands out about PaulFredrick is their customer service. Recently, I placed an order and one item was out of stock. This is a rare occurrence, so I wasn't too worried about it. However, I did notice that my shipping rate should have gone down since the order total was lower. I decided to email their customer service team and within an hour, I received confirmation that the charge was reduced. This level of responsiveness and attention to detail is truly impressive.
Overall, I highly recommend PaulFredrick for anyone looking for high-quality men's clothing at reasonable prices. The customer service is top-notch and the clothing is well worth the investment. Just be sure to keep an eye out for those coupons to save on shipping costs!
Deceptive Advertising and Poor Customer Service at PaulFredrick
So, I was browsing the internet for some new clothes and came across PaulFredrick's website. My kids had been raving about it, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a pair of pants that looked great on the website, but when they arrived, they were way too small. I mean, my wife could have fit in them with me!
I decided to return them, but when I reached out to customer service, they told me that they don't accept returns on hemmed pants. I was shocked! Nowhere on their website did it say that. I was so frustrated that I left a bad review on their website.
But, as it turns out, I read somewhere that they take down bad reviews. And, sure enough, my review was taken down. I couldn't believe it! It felt like they were trying to hide something.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service again, they told me that my pants had been thrown out and that I wouldn't be getting a refund. I was so angry! I told my kids to never shop at PaulFredrick again.
It's clear that PaulFredrick doesn't care about customer service at all. They need to be held accountable for their deceptive advertising. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a class action lawsuit against them in the future.
Paul Frederick: Top-Notch Quality, but Overpriced?
I've been a loyal customer of Paul Frederick for more than a decade now, and I must say that their products are of top-notch quality. I mostly purchase shirts and ties from their website, and I have never been disappointed with my purchases. They offer a wide range of styles to choose from, so you can always find something that suits your taste.
However, there is one thing that really bothers me about Paul Frederick - their pricing strategy. I have lost count of how many times I have paid a whopping $95 for a shirt, only to find the same shirt in the clearance section for a mere $29 just a few months later. It's frustrating to see such a huge price difference, and I'm sure many other customers feel the same way.
Speaking of pricing, I have to agree with other reviewers that the clothing at Paul Frederick is overpriced. Sometimes, it's way overpriced. For $95, you can get a custom-made shirt in China, complete with a fancy dinner, drinks, and even a Cuban cigar! I have been to China myself and had custom-made clothing there, so I know what I'm talking about.
Another thing that you should know is that all the clothing at Paul Frederick is made in China. While this may not be a deal-breaker for some, it's worth noting that you can find similar quality clothing at Macy's for a fraction of the price.
All in all, I would say that Paul Frederick offers nice shirts, but they are comparable to what you can find at other retailers. If you're willing to pay a premium for the brand name, then go ahead and shop at Paul Frederick. But if you're looking for a good deal, you might want to look elsewhere.
Sharp and Satisfied: My Positive Experience with Paul Fredrick Clothing
I gotta say, I'm pretty surprised by all the haters out there when it comes to Paul Fredrick. I mean, I've bought like a dozen dress shirts, casual shirts, and slacks from them and I've never had a single issue. And let me tell you, I look GOOD in their clothes. My students and colleagues are always complimenting me on how sharp I look, and I gotta admit, it feels pretty darn good.
Now, I can't speak to any of the negative comments about returns or customer service, because I've never had to deal with any of that. But I can tell you that I am 100% satisfied with the quality, feel, fit, and appearance of everything I've bought from Paul Fredrick. I mean, I'm a big guy - 5'10" and 265lbs with a weird pear shape - so finding clothes that fit me well can be a real challenge. But every time I order from Paul Fredrick, I luck out and everything fits like a glove.
One thing to keep in mind is that Paul Fredrick is exclusively mail order, as far as I know. So if you're a big guy like me, that can be a bit risky. But honestly, I've never had a problem. And even though their customer accounts part of the website is down right now (bummer!), I still wanted to take the time to sing their praises. Because honestly, I think they're great.
Disappointing Experience with PaulFredrick: Poor Quality and Strict Policy
I recently had an experience with PaulFredrick that left me feeling disappointed. While their policy states that returns are not accepted after 90 days, I found myself facing a bigger issue with my shirts past this time frame. I had previously purchased their non-iron dress shirts and had no issues with them - in fact, I loved them. So, when I saw that their Egyptian Cotton shirts were on sale at a good price, I thought I'd give them a try.
Unfortunately, the shirts did not live up to my expectations. After drying, they looked as though they had been crumpled up and played with like a basketball. Even after ironing and starching them, they would only stay pressed for an hour or so before looking the same as before. I wore one of the shirts for just two hours and when I took off my suit coat, a friend asked if I had slept in it. Needless to say, the shirts did not stay pressed.
I spoke with three different people at Paul Fredrick, but all I heard was "policy, policy, policy." While they did offer me a discount on two non-iron shirts, I was out of luck when it came to getting a refund for the poor quality shirt that was sold to me.
I had been doing business with another men's clothiers firm for about 20 years, but their quality had been downgraded over the past few years. I was looking for a new place to buy from and had liked the non-iron shirts from PaulFredrick. I was even considering ordering a suit to see what their product was like. However, it seems that policy is more important to them than keeping a long-term customer. So, unfortunately, I have to say goodbye to PaulFredrick.
Sincerely,
Neal Black
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Paul Fredrick: Spring Clearance Catalog and Online Coupon Confusion
I just got a catalog from Paul Fredrick and boy, was I excited to see the words "Spring Clearance" in big, bold letters on the front page! I flipped through the pages and spotted a wool travel blazer with the item number JA1511A. I immediately went online to order it in two different colors - British Tan and Perl Grey. I also found an online coupon that promised an extra 10% off clearance items. I clicked on the coupon and the website said it was applied. But when I tried to check out, the discount didn't show up. I was so frustrated that I called the order department to figure out what was going on.
The person on the other end of the line was very nice and asked if I wanted to place the order over the phone instead. I agreed and thanked her for her help. But when she tried to process the order, she told me that the blazer I wanted was excluded from the promotion. I was so confused! How could a coupon that specifically said "take extra 10% off clearance items" not apply to an item in a "clearance" catalog that I had just received? I asked her this question and she got defensive, insinuating that I was angry. She eventually apologized but said she couldn't help me.
I've been a loyal customer of Paul Fredrick for the past two years and have spent thousands of dollars on their clothes. It's really disappointing that when I brought a problem to their attention, they completely ignored me and refused to help. I'm seriously considering not buying anything from them anymore. There are plenty of other online clothiers I can shop with instead.
PaulFredrick: A Disappointing Experience for a Gentleman's Shirt Company
I've been buying shirts from PaulFredrick for a long time now. Back in the day, they had a lot of different weaves for their classic pinpoint oxford cloth shirts, but it seems like they don't offer that anymore. Now, they only have one style. That's a bit of a bummer, but what's really disappointing is that they don't have any good quality, basic blue or white broadcloth ('mustiron') shirts anymore. It's either slimfit or no-iron, and that's it. I mean, come on! This is supposed to be a Gentleman's Shirt Company! They should know how to make a basic shirt that a gentleman can wear.
I used to order from their catalog, but I stopped doing that a while ago. It's just too frustrating. I can't tell you how many times I've received a catalog, called to order something, and then found out that it's out of stock. What's the point of sending me a catalog if you don't have what you're trying to sell me? When I asked about it, they told me that sometimes the mailings are a bit behind. That doesn't make any sense to me. If you're in the business of selling things by mail, you should have what you're trying to sell in stock. It's just common sense.
I've asked them to take me off their mailing list a couple of times now, but they still keep sending me catalogs. It's been two years! I don't know who's in charge over there, but they need to get their act together. The person in charge should know something about how gentlemen dress. It's not rocket science. If you're running a Gentleman's Shirt Company, you should know how to make a basic shirt that a gentleman can wear. It's not that hard!
Paul Fredrick Non-Iron Dress Shirts: Stylish but Fragile and Short-Lived
I gotta say, I was really drawn to the style of the shirts over at PaulFredrick.com. So much so that I've bought myself a whopping 14 or 15 of their non-iron dress shirts over the past year or so. And let me tell you, they look great for the first few wears. But here's the thing - the material they're made of is so thin and fragile that I've already got four shirts with tears at the top of the pocket. And I'm pretty sure the rest of them are gonna suffer the same fate before too long.
So, I reached out to their customer service team to let them know what was going on. And what did they tell me? First off, they said that these shirts can't be dry-cleaned or professionally laundered. Which, like, duh. I didn't buy non-iron shirts just to have to take them to the cleaners all the time. And then they hit me with the real kicker - apparently these shirts are only supposed to last for about 54 washes at most. Which, okay, if I wore these shirts every single day since I got them, I'd have washed them about 22 times each. But since I've got a bunch of other dress shirts from other brands that I wear more often, the number of washes per Paul Fredrick shirt is more like 7 or 8. And let me tell you, I've been wearing dress shirts for over 50 years now, and I've never had issues like this with any other brand. Not LL Bean, not Eddie Bauer, not Orvis, not Brooks Brothers, not Lands End. Nobody.
So, I told all of this to the customer service rep I was talking to. And you know what? They haven't even bothered to respond to me. Which, honestly, is pretty frustrating. But what's even more frustrating is that when I look at reviews of Paul Fredrick online, they're either super negative or super positive. And the positive ones always seem to come after a bunch of negative ones. So, I don't know what to make of it all. But if you're thinking about buying from Paul Fredrick, maybe think twice.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from Paul Fredrick
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Paul Fredrick. I had heard of them before and their ads made it seem like their shirts were top-notch quality. I mean, who doesn't want a dress shirt with a little extra neck room, am I right? So, about 5 years ago, I decided to take the plunge and buy two cotton pinpoint dress shirts from them. And let me tell you, I was pretty excited to wear them.
But fast forward to this morning and I noticed a rip in the upper left sleeve of one of my PF shirts. I have no idea how it happened, but it was definitely a bummer. And then, just to add insult to injury, ANOTHER rip occurred in the same exact spot on the right sleeve. And to top it all off, there was a third rip down closer to the cuff on the right side. What the heck, right?
So, I went online to chat with someone from the company and they basically told me there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. I mean, come on. I've been wearing dress shirts for over 30 years and I have shirts in my closet that are older than these two from PF. And I have NEVER had a shirt rip like this before. It just seems like a load of baloney to me.
I even tried to explain my situation as an attorney and a long-time customer, but they still wouldn't budge. It's like customer service means absolutely nothing to them. And to be honest, I feel pretty naive for expecting them to care about me as a customer and try to make it right.
So, needless to say, I won't be buying anything from Paul Fredrick again. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.

Disappointing Quality and Fit: My Review of PaulFredrick Shirts
So, I just got some shirts from PaulFredrick and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. I noticed that the length of the shirts has been cut down by a couple of inches compared to the ones I got from them about 5 years ago. Now, I don't know about you, but that's a pretty big difference to me. And let me tell you, it's not a good difference.
When I put on one of the shirts and sat down, the tails of the shirt popped out like nobody's business. It was not a good look, let me tell you. I mean, who wants to look sloppy and unprofessional? Not me, that's for sure.
I decided to compare the shirts I got from PaulFredrick to some I got from Penney's, and let me tell you, the ones from Penney's were 20 dollars cheaper and fit way better. I mean, why would I spend more money on a shirt that doesn't even fit right?
All in all, I don't think I'll be buying from PaulFredrick again. The quality just isn't there anymore, and I don't want to waste my money on something that's not going to last.
Disappointing Experience with PaulFredrick.com: Sizing and Quality Issues, Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from PaulFredrick.com and ordered 5 pairs of pants in size 40 waist and 29" inseam. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the waist size was actually labeled as 40", but was only 38". This was quite disappointing as I was looking forward to wearing these pants.
When I contacted customer service to address this issue, I was met with a less than friendly representative who was quite curt and rude. They suggested that I take the pants to a local tailor to have them fixed, but I am not sure if there is enough material to increase the waist size by 2-3".
Another issue I had with my purchase was that although the pants were sold as being locally made, they were actually made in China. This was not clearly stated on the website and I was disappointed to find out after receiving my order.
Overall, my experience with PaulFredrick.com was not the best. While the website had a good selection of clothing, the sizing and quality of the products were not up to par. Additionally, the customer service I received was less than satisfactory. I would think twice before making another purchase from this website.
Disappointed with PaulFredrick's Customer Service and Quality Control
So, I got this sweater from PaulFredrick and it was looking pretty good. But then, the zipper broke and I was like, "What the heck?" I checked their website and it said that if something doesn't work, they'll fix it. So, I contacted them and asked to return it. But, they didn't want to send me a new one. Instead, they just gave me a $25 gift card. I mean, come on! I don't want to waste more money on their overpriced stuff. It's not worth it.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at PaulFredrick.com: Charged Twice for One Order
I recently made a few separate orders on PaulFredrick.com for some shirts. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where one of my orders was charged twice and has been pending for two weeks. I reached out to the manager to resolve the issue, but to my dismay, they refused to take off one of the pending charges. Their reasoning was that the order was on backorder and when it was received in the warehouse a week later, the second charge was made. It seems like a no-brainer to remove the duplicate charge, but apparently not for them.
I must say that I am quite disappointed with the customer service and management at PaulFredrick.com. They seem to lack basic problem-solving skills and common sense. It's frustrating to deal with such brainless and worthless individuals. I hope they can improve their service in the future, as I would hate for other customers to experience the same issues that I did.
Disappointing Experience with Paul Fredrick: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service
So, I bought something from Paul Fredrick on December 17th and they said it would come before Christmas. But it's December 28th now and I checked the website and it doesn't say when it's coming. I called customer service and they weren't very nice. The lady said she saw the same thing as me and couldn't help. She told me to call the post office and complain. Not cool, Paul Fredrick.
Unfair Return Policy and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with PaulFredrick.com
I recently made a purchase from PaulFredrick.com and unfortunately, the two shirts I received were too small. I decided to return them, but was disappointed to find out that the company charged me $30 for the return. This included $15 for shipping and $15 for the return itself. To make matters worse, they did not return the full amount of my original purchase. It seems like this company enjoys keeping money that doesn't belong to them. If you return their merchandise, don't expect to receive a full refund of what you paid. Instead, they only offer partial refunds.
To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I called to inquire about the partial refund, the representative on the phone was quick to get off the call and didn't seem interested in helping me at all. It's clear that this company doesn't value their customers or their satisfaction.
Overall, I would not recommend shopping at PaulFredrick.com. Their policies are unfair and their customer service is lacking. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy online retailer, look elsewhere.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from Paul Fredrick Dress Shirts
I bought a couple of white dress shirts from Paul Fredrick and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how they turned out. I wore them once and then washed and ironed them, but they came out all wrinkled and looking like a hot mess. Even other people noticed how bad they looked. So, I reached out to Customer Care to see if they could do anything about it, but they basically told me tough luck.
Honestly, I've bought plenty of white shirts from other places like J. Banks and Mens Wear House and they've always been better quality and had better customer service. Plus, they were even priced a little better than what I paid for these shirts.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from Paul Fredrick if you're looking for good quality dress shirts. Stick with the other guys who know how to make a shirt that looks good even after you wash it.
Disappointing Experience with PaulFredrick: Beware of Inaccurate Sizing and No Returns for Hemmed Pants
I've been doing business with PaulFredrick for a few years now and I gotta say, they've always been pretty good. But my most recent suit was a real bummer. The jacket was fine, but the pants were all wrong. I ordered a 35" waist and a 29" inseam, but the pants I got were marked 35W and were actually 33W. And the length was way shorter than 29". I mean, come on, guys! They say they guarantee the fit, but now they've changed their policy and won't take returns for hemmed pants. What a ripoff! I feel like I got totally screwed on this deal and I'm not gonna do business with them again. So watch out, folks. Larry
Disappointing Customer Service from Paul Fredrick Co. - Premium Products Not Backed by Company
I bought some shirts from Paul Fredrick Co. I got four of them and they looked pretty good when I first got them. But then, when I wore one of them for the third time, the seam around the buttons started to come apart. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me out.
When I talked to them, they told me that it had been more than 90 days since I bought the shirt, so they couldn't do anything about it. I was pretty surprised by this, because I thought that a company that sells premium products would stand behind their stuff for longer than that. Plus, the shirt had a monogram on it, so they couldn't even put it back in stock.
I mean, seriously? They would put a torn shirt back in stock? That doesn't seem right to me. I was really disappointed by their response, and I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again. I expected better quality and service from a company that claims to be so great.
Terrible Experience with PaulFredrick: Unhelpful Customer Service and Inflexible Policies
This company is the worst! I ordered a shirt on the 22nd and got an email on the 23rd saying it was shipped. But when I didn't receive it after a few days, I called customer service and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Finally, someone answered and told me there was nothing they could do and that maybe a supervisor would call me tomorrow. I couldn't believe it! I needed that shirt for an event and now I was left with nothing.
So, I decided to order another shirt with expedited shipping. But when I received it, I realized I had made a mistake and ordered the standard fit instead of the tailored fit. I immediately called customer service to try and fix the situation, but once again, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was so frustrated and angry that I couldn't believe how this company was still in business.
Overall, my experience with PaulFredrick was terrible. Their customer service was unhelpful and their policies were inflexible. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never order from them again.
No communication regarding shipping to Hawaii, USA; false advertising
Ordered a shirt on 10/23/22 9:30 pm HST.
Paid for the extra shipping to Hawaii. Paid for Next Day Air/2nd Day Air.
Also paid tax for the extra shipping charge.
Waited an entire day for the shipment.
Finally received a message stating that the item purchased will be delivered by November 1, 2022.
I immediately contacted the company.
I spoke to their customer service agent regarding why the delay on the shipment.
Per the agent's supervisor, "The company does not ship 2nd Day Air to Hawaii."
I told the agent that I need the shirt by Friday for my father's funeral.
The agent refunded my the shipping fee that they charged me.
The website does not contain any shipping restrictions to Hawaii.
False Advertising is a Federal Crime.
Desired outcome: Full refund immediately.
Delivery took longer than they promised
I bought a tie from PaulFredrick as a present for my husband. Before I made my order I contacted PaulFredrick support and asked them how long will it take to get my order. They said that it'll take 2 weeks to deliver to my location and I was ok with that. Still had three weeks until my husbands birthday.
Unfortunately my order did not show up on time and my husband was left without his preset. In total it took them five weeks to deliver and 5 weeks definitely is not 2. I will not buy from this store again because they are highly unprofessional and caused me too much trouble!
Refused to refund my money
I have ordered several shirts from this guys back in January and received them only a week ago! Quality was absolutely disgusting and I immediately contacted PaulFredrick customer care and demanded my money back. They said sorry but there will be no refunds, since it was more than 90 days! And whose fault that was? They were supposed to deliver my stuff in a few weeks, but it took time over three moths and now they refuse to refund me! This site is terrible and I will never ever order anything from these scammers again!
