they allowed someone unknown to attach a bank to my account... is identity theft. payza must close my account!!!
I attempted to SUBMIT 5 times or so but you are not taking it. The "Subject" is International Identity Theft using my 4year DORMANT PAYZA ACCOUNT.
Urgent that I reach them or vice-versa.
I have typed out 2 times already in long great detail prior to shortening my description of what happened and is happening and tried to SUBMIT. You did not let either long explanation go through. Everything was filled in correctly except I put "other " as the subject; that was because you don't have Identity Theft among your choices.
Apparently you're not as good as you think you are with helping handle problems.

I have an account with Payza. I have had approximately £215.65 sitting in the account for approximately a year. I have processed a withdrawal request on 27/3/18 for the money £215.65. I have been waiting ever since for the money to be deposited into my account. Everytime I log in it shows a future expected date and an explanation stating that several members are making withdrawals at the same time etc.
This is not acceptable. How can you ever trust Payza ever again.
Something needs to be done and our hard earned money needs to be returned to us.

My Payza account withdrawal still PENDING and unprocessed after 4-weeks of waiting without explanation.
Withdrawal was made on 02/05/18, then promise & failed payout on 05/05/18, 25/05/18 and another promise against 03/06/18. I need my fund promptly now or Payza has demonstrated irresponsibility to the regulatory authorities, online community & Reviews forum all across the internet.
This obviously encroaching on customer's fund and abandonment is an act of Fraud and de-service. I am no longer interested in doing any business with Payza. I have been talking to your staff about this for 2 months now. And I submitted Proof of transaction and lodgement from my bank.
I set up an account in October and lodd 510 euro to it, then about 10 days later I lodged another 45 euro to it... only to then realise I should have set up a new account ! (Who does that, a new number for every lodgement !)
I sent you proof from my bank and someone mailed me back to say it wasn't my account ! Seriously.
Anyway, I since told your staff... and after about 50/60 emails and twitter discussions no one has done anything. You have my 45 euro in that original bank account, I proved it to you, but you still won't give me my money. This is not acceptable.
Then 2 weeks ago someone from twitter mailed me to apologise and said they would sort it, but they haven't done anything.

I have been trying to set up an account with Payza now for weeks and weeks. I was trying to activate a credit card with them but it kept saying contact me bank, so I didn't and my bank said all was fine, then payza said that they don't accept visa debit cards and to set up a bank account instead, which I did. Now I cant proceed because they are ignoring the bank account and want pictures of my visa debit card. When they said they don't accept it! I have repeatedly asked why they want it now and they send back generic emails saying its for security. However a few weeks ago they wouldn't recognise it.
They wont give actually replies explaining anything. Just the same generic sentence over and over, i even asked for my query to be escalated to a manager but they ignored that too. Have a pain in my face with this crap, its frustrating and wastes days and days.

We had speek with Payza Team (Atul & Nitin - Mumbai Team), but they ask us to submit the documents every day from us as well as from our client and we have provided all the documents asked by them. Still the payment is not reflected in our account. Nitin told us that Atul is on leave we will call you, but I never get call back from Nitin, as I seems they are taking my issue seriously. I would like to inform Payza, whether Payza will pay me interest on this amount for delay payment to me. I opened up a business account with Payza and everything seemed fine. I went to use my account one day and got a message stating that I would not be able to send, receive, withdraw or transfer any of my funds because my account had been temporary suspended. I did not do anything wrong to have my account suspended. I have asked for a explanation many times by trying to contact someone at their suppose to be customer service chat. The only progress I've made so far is getting agents that can hardly speak or understand English. No one ever gets back to me and my problem still remains the same. Payza's customer service stinks. I have asked numerous times to have my business account deleted but no one has bothered to respond to my questions. Payza was better when it was Alert pay. I never had any problems with them. Payza does not have live people for their customers to speak to and I think this is unacceptable.

I've have been working with PTC's to make a little extra cash. I was using Paypal until paypal got a bug up their rears about paid to clicks. The sites I was using had to switch to another payment processor. Payza was one of them. Things worked great at first. Though they had deposited my funds into my bank account a couple of times suddenly they will no longer do it. They wanted me to resubmit all my documents. Following their directions I deleted my bank account and resubmitted it along with a current bank statement. They wanted me to resubmit my photo ID and a selfie. I complied 4 times to this request. Every time I make a bank transfer request they want the ID and selfie. I comply with the request and still can not get them to release my funds. I have tried customer service chat, email, but haven't got a ticket number so I can call them. If they are not excepting the photo ID or the selfie then tell me. Or tell me why they are unexceptionable. That pathetic $10.61 you want to take from me better last you a while. You are never going to see another penny from me.

This company denied my request about the withdrawal
I started to use the services of Payza and made about 100 transactions. I didn’t get my first withdrawal and instead of waiting 2 weeks, I have waited more than a month. I wasn’t satisfied with it and cancelled their services, but there was still money on my account. I requested withdrawal and they denied it. I haven’t received any explanation why it has happened. I wonder if anyone knows how to get my money back.

These guys are a group of systematic fraud activities. I was pissed of when it was Alertpay.com and now I gave a try with this Payza.com. They allowed depositing to Payza.com account by bank transfer without any problem and Payza system worked like a charm. I received payments from our customers to Payza account.
The problem started and Payza got disappointed when I tried to take my money, they declined :)
I tried contacting online chat which was not answering to my questions but kept asking, "is there anything else I can help you?". I kept asking question about the same issue without any result. Then the support person closed the chat window on my face :)
I opened a support ticket. It really did take 5 days to contact me back as payza promises :).
As I have mentioned before, that I do not upload funds to my Payza account but my customers pays to my payza account by bank transfer. Payza was asking me "Why do I upload money to payza account and withdraw back to the same bank account quickly"? It took a month I collected payments from customers to payza account before I did request for an withdraw from payza account, but Payza got disappointed. The emails sent to me were from "Payza fraud prevention analyst" :), who was lying that they have checked that I am uploading money to/from the same bank account, even I explained to them the uploads are from my customers and each of them are from different account.
After above arguments, this "Payza fraud prevention analyst" kept me asking to send all the Bank account statements of my customers to them, even I tried to tell them that you cannot ask so and I cannot send Payza.com my customer's Bank Account statements!
I collect image copies of bank transfer payments from my customers and we hold right to use those copies with our payment processing partners. I offered the copies to "Payza fraud prevention analyst", but he did not want them :), instead he wanted bank statement of my account. Once I sent it to him he just hide away and stopped answering to support emails.
After several support request this guy answered to me that he does not accept this bank statement, needs more recent one. When he said more recent one, it meant I need to send a statement of current month. The problem was, banks here creates a bank statement after the month end, but Payza guy wants it in the middle of the current month.
In above situation I just took a screen print of my bank statement of most recent transactions' first page. After I did send this, this "fraud prevention guy" completely disappeared. I have sent many requests for an update but COMPLETELY NO RESPONSE!
Payza has now for 1 year now, completely frozen my money without any explaination. I can only say, stay away from this company, they freeze your money so they can pay somebody else, this company is a big scam.
Payza is Alertpay with a different name. They did the same to me. I lost all my money. Beware!

They will take your funds and hold them for more than one month saying it is under review. They are not US based company. Oh yes, they will take money to send and to receive also... MoneyGram and Western union is much cheaper. Never let any scammer/customer ask you to open account with them.
I was told that money (barely $250) which was with them from past one week that it will another another one month to verify the funds. I told them to close all the transactions.
Thank God, I did not give them my bank details to these crooks.

I deposited money into Payza two weeks ago and immediately requested a bank transfer - NOTHING! This company willfully holds funds much longer that the 3-5 business days that they suggest on their site. I am angry since I was counting on this money being transferred.
