OMG I don't know where to start. I needed a new card months ago because my credit card stopped working. It took hours to activate both on line and on the phone. Not sure how I finally got it working but someone on the phone helped me properly. I had been transferred to MANY people. Now it's Aug. and my card expires soon. I received my new card and the second card on my account which is in my husband's name. Yesterday I was on the phone an hour after trying to activate it on line. Finally after I had to get unpleasant with someone she figured it out and got my card activated but my husband's was not. Again today I have been on the phone over an hour and on line. Still no luck. I hung up on the last person I spoke to because he insisted I start over again on line doing the exact same thing I had already tried twice. Same run around as yesterday. Why does PC Financial make it so difficult. When my Bank of Montreal credit card needs to be activated I call one number and it's instant, takes seconds. If I didn't enjoy the PC points system I would have torn up my card months ago. I have to stop now because I am so frustrated and will try again in a couple of days otherwise my husband will not be getting his pc financial master card. I am so fed up.
