I didn't get my refund, they took my money.
I ordered two items online (UPS and Microphone) on 14/02/2022. Was told that the microphone was not available:
"Our apologies for the delay on your order.
I have just received the replacement unit and it is damaged badly. We did test the unit and we can definitely confirm that this unit is faulty.
I did email the supplier and they informed us that this was a extremely bad batch that they received.
There is no ETA on more stock or on the alternative unit.
Please advise if we can refund the R775.

Trimble devices
I bought in January 2022. More than R20 000 spent. Nothing received. Nothing gets responded to in email call or visit. Is there a way of reporting them with the hope of recouping my money? Please help.

Rainbow high doll birthday gift never received
In February 2022 I placed an order for a Rainbow High Doll which was to be a birthday gift for my daughter. My husband and I never spend such money (R720 and total order including delivery being R1010.00) on anything let alone a doll, but with all the kids have been through during the pandemic and with it being her 10th birthday and unable to have a small party to celebrate we decided to put our trust in PC Link Computers and excitedly placed the order for the doll. Within minutes of paying for the order we received confirmation that it had been placed and that it could take up to 10 to 25 days (in fine print of course). It's officially been an entire 4 months later, not one reply has been received on our many emails to customer care, no refund and no doll in site! Sadly my daughter never got her birthday gift and we never managed to get the money (or muster the trust) together to try and buy elsewhere.

Order that was never delivered
I have placed an order on the 25 of March this year and I never got it, till today tried to call either emailing them but no one ever replied me back, now I heard that they have opened a shop at Durban also they changed the company name to clicktobuy.. so I don't know what to do since they even relocated to KZN, these people really caused a huge pain, I used to buy from for a while I never thought they would end up robbing me my money just like that
Goods not received
Please assist.
I have placed an order with a company called PC Link Computers for 10 x Sandisk SD CARDS 256GB. Value of this online purchase was R9300.00
This amount was transferred from my FNB account on the 1st of March 2022.
Deliveries usually takes 3 days at most, but after the 5th day of non delivery I requested for the order to be cancelled and to be refunded.
Confirmation of the cancellation of the order was received on the 14th of March 2022. I was informed that my refund will be done in 7 - 14 days.
Till today I have not received a refund.
I visited the site hello peter, to only realise now that everybody is having the same issue with this company. I have ordered from them in the past with no issues.
So whats they forward with this? How do I get my money back?

Hard Drives
I have ordered from them on 6 Dec (Invoice Received on 7th) 3x18TB Hard Drives and never received them to the value of R 20,295. I have placed other orders before that and although they were delayed, i eventually received them, however the last one is still outstanding. Apparently there was no stock until February, however to this day (6 Jun 2022) I have not received a refund or the product. I have a lot of documentation on emails as well as the purchase confirmation and invoice. All of which are PDF, so i cannot attach, but have them stored.
Desired outcome: I would prefer a refund on the above.
Is there anything being done about these PC Link Complaints. I would really like to know how i can get my money back!

Placed an order worth R180,00 with PC Link computers. They failed to deliver, they failed to respond to enquiries, I even drove to their premises where a man just chased me away from his driveway and were of no help in refunding me or supplying the goods paid for.

On 06 April 22, I placed an online order with PC-Link Computers for R2124.00. I made a payment using my FNB credit card. The order and payment confirmation were received. On 12 April 22, I tried to access my online account to get status on the delivery of my order. I could not access my account. Later in the day their website was shutdown for “maintenance”. From complaints on Hellopeter.com it seemed their business had closed it’s doors. As a result of this, I sent an e-mail to PC Link Computers requesting a refund. To date I have received no reply, no goods and no refund after several attempts to contact PC Link Computers

PC Link Computers still receiving payments for items being advertised but no response. Their business bank account should have been closed down beginning of the year. It should be an automatic refund from the bank!

I bought a mouth guard online on the 20th of February 2022 at 8:11am order number #29332. I was told it was out of stock on the 6th of April at 12:36pm and would get a refund. When I asked about the refund they told me they were backlogged with refunds and would let me know when they process it. I am still waiting to hear from them. iPod bought on line but never delivered
On 22 January 2022 my daughter bought an iPod from the online store of PC Link Computers. Nothing arrived. At first they spun us along "awaiting stock", "goods held up at customs". Then nothing, no response to all queries. Phones don't get answered. And of course nothing has been delivered. It is not a huge amount of money (just over R800) but my daughter saved up her pocket money to buy this.

I bought a Remington haircut set on 10 February 2022 for a total of R 2,033.00. I was supposed to have it in 25 working days. After several emails following up, someone (no name..just "Agent") responded saying it will be delivered by end of April. Now I do not even get a response to any enquiries and I am requesting a refund to no avail.
Their phone is answered by a machine and says they are only available online.

I paid R9 599.00 for an inventer and battery set on 1 December 2021 from pc link computers. I was expecting delivery in January 2022. When I sent a follow up email in January, Garth of pc links informed me that there was a delay and I will receive the order on 20 March 2022 , after 20 March I sent numerous emails to follow up on the order and they have all been ignored. Their website is now no longer working. I visited their Roodepoort offices in March and in May and the office is vacant. I need help to get a refund. It seems they are now scamming innocent people.

Hi, I've placed and paid for an Inverter from PC link computers in November 2021. After struggling to communicate with them they eventually responded with excuses in range of not having stock and their suppliers not being able to resupply, they then eventually offered a refund in March 2022 that was supposed to be paid back in 14 business days. I still have not received the refund and they do not respond to emails anymore regardless of sending mails almost every day. There is also no other way to contact them as the phone numbers they provide goes straight to an answering machine directing you to contact them via email. Order number 178940.

I made a purchase for an APC UPS on 16th February for the amount of R 9 204. I emailed a while ago to get updates on the order and was told there was a delay in the warehouse.
On 1 April I receive a email from Mark Williams to say unfortunately we have to cancel the order and action a refund request due to a problem encountered with the distributor. Refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
I send my banking details to them.
i tried to phone and email with no response from them.
I asked somebody to go to the shop and when he got to the given address there was nobody and all their boards where removed. The neighbor said people stop there everyday looking for their products or money or even just answers but it seems they scammed all and run. My reference number from them is 185258.
