Product was never delivered.
Contacted on several occasions via email and received no response in terms of order status or refund requests.

I ordered at the end of Jan and was promised 25 working days. Then they said week three of March.
Since then zero replies to any mails.
Zero request to cancel the order.
BUT they have my money. There's a word for that - Theft.

Hi ordered eyedrops on the 29 or October and after months and months or delays they sent me an email on the 28th of February that they have cancelled my order and they will process my refund . then after that after countless emails and calls they do not reply to any of my communications and have gone completely silent

I order from PCLink and pay for it since 10 march 2021 R2845 and I didn't receive the order up to now 2022 and they promised me to refund my money is about six months ago up to date no refund and they don't respond ur email no contact number to call them.

Numerous emails later they always just give an automated response that they will follow up with finance. Phone numbers never answered. 3full months later and no luck getting my R10 000 back.

Good day I have purchased a asus laptop from pc - link computers order no no185775 for an amount of r 14 335.00. After waiting for 3 weeks no one could tell me what was happening to the order. I cancelled the order and asked to be refunded, it has now been 2 weeks and no refund was received, I have been to their remises at 8 Peck Ave. Florida to enquire about my refund without any luck!

I ordered Christmas gifts from PC Link Shop on 1 November 2021. I received confirmation of payment and order under order number 26737.
In December I was advised the supplier had no stock and I would be refunded the R1824. I follow up weekly and to date no refund. I get the same automated response that a refund will be processed.
This site is setup to scam people. I am tired of trying to contact them.

Online purchase for computer case and fan
I have bought a computer Tower and Fan on the 24 of March I didn't receive any communication regarding when to expect my order, no tracking number and no replies to my emails.
I had to contact them via email which they didnt reply to and also call them on a telephone number that is automated to respond to people that they can only communicate with emails.
My order number is 186797 (Computer Case) and 186798 (Fan).

Item not delivered after 3 months
I've placed an order on 5th of January 2022, still haven't received anything nor do they reply on my queries.

I bought a sinotec TV on the 21st of February and there was no confirmation whatsoever from them. According to their website if you pay before 12noon they'll deliver same day, which I did but they never delivered. So I had to follow up to which they confirmed my order the following day, but said the product was damaged during delivery and was the last one. Sensing lies I immediately went on Google to check on their reviews and realised they had thousands upon thousands of bad reviews. I then requested my refund immediately, to which they responded saying I would get my refund in 10-14 working days. It's been a month, nothing has happened, they're just quiet, they no longer answer my emails. I am beyond frustrated.

Will I have order and was told the one cartridges is out of stock and when I got there to collect my other cartridges the Guy Dehan told me that both are our of stock from there suppliers so I we be getting a refund even after multiple time of emails back and forth still no refund up till today. Purchased two items from their online store to the value of just under R1500 with a delivery time of 10-25 days. at around 25 days i contacted them via email to check the status of the item, and was informed the supplier had to get stock, and it would only arrive in Apr ( order was placed in Jan ).
Due to me really wanting the items, i responded saying that i was willing to wait.
i then decide to check the order online in march to see if there has possibly been any update, and to my surprise i see the message "Order cancelled on February 14, 2022 at 15:23pm. Reason: Customer changed/cancelled order."
I did not cancel this order
i enquired about this as was informed that they would check with their accounts department, and have not heard back from them

Refund
We made an online purchase at the beginning of January 2022, they later came back and told us there is no stock and they will refund the money. We have been battling ever since to try and get our money refunded with no communication or resolution from them.
I have contacted them numerous times and was told the refund department had done the refund and we would receive the money in a week. This never happened. I was eventually put through to a manager who promised to get back to us. He sent an email stating the following:
"I have spoken to my accounts department regarding the below refund. They informed me that they are looking into this matter and will advise once they have confirmed the date.
I am aware that the refund is long overdue.
I do apologise for the delay in this matter."
This was now 12 days ago and was also the last we heard from them. Their telephone also now seems to not be working anymore as I have failed numerous times to contact them since then.
Desired outcome: Please refund the money
I also got scammed by them among many others. They have closed their physical shop and kept their online shop open to keep on scamming people.

I ordered an expensive AIO liquid CPU cooler on the 10 February 2022 after emailing to confirm that it was indeed in stock as indicated on the website (https://pclinkshop.co.za/) and to date I have not received my order. It took almost 3 weeks for them to respond to a query as to what the status of my order was and on the 2nd of March I requested that the order be cancelled and my payment refunded to which I have had no response. The aftersales support is pathetic and I now don't believe that the item I ordered was in stock in the first place, i.e. in my opinion they lied just to get the order placed.

Order placed and paid but never delivered
On 30 January 2022, I placed an order online with PC Link Computers and was advised that it would take 15 - 20 working days for delivery to take place. The delivery times provided came and went and still today, I have not received my order. I since typed in my order number on their website and it says my order does not exist! The item I ordered also no longer comes up on their website when I search for it.
I am beyond livid! I have sent several emails to their support, enquiry and sales email addresses as they state one cannot phone and the number goes to an answering machine - No one responds via email and I want a full refund on my order!

I bought two speakers in November and received them. But the one speaker was faulty and I sent it back for evaluation on 3 December 2022. That is when the nightmare started. I have sent numerous emails to enquire about the status of my speaker and when he replied (Garth Botha) he would only state that he is still awaiting feedback from the supplier. On 25 January, after I have threatened to report him to the police has he sent a mail to say that he will be receiving the speaker that afternoon and deliver it the next day. After a week and no speaker I emailed and he just phoned and said that the speaker that they have sent was faulty. I have emailed and asked for a refund, but didn't get any response. Then I just asked him to at least send my speaker back. He did so the next day, therefore it was never sent to the supplier. The speaker is giving me problems again, but I can't return it.

I have also had a really bad experience with these guys.
In my opinion they are taking customers money in exchange for items that they indicate on their website as being "in stock" which actually isn't and then taking their time refunding due to their negligence. This is defrauding every day consumers like you and I.
I have also logged my complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at https://www.cgso.org.za/cgso/ . I have seen 1 or 2 people have managed to find some relief from PC Link going this route.
Furthermore I am also looking at what legal/media route one can go to put a stop to PC Link taking advantage of people like you and I.
A collective effort though is needed and I am therefore seeing if you would be willing to email me your experience with them. The more emails I get, the more action we will be able to take. I would also completely understand should you not want to get involved.
I will also be sending this same message to everyone that has complained here.

I ordered an expensive new CPU for my PC on 28 February 2022.
The part is listed as being in stock and according to their Shipping Policies should have been delivered within 2 to 4 Working Days.
It is now 14 March 2022 and I am still waiting.
So far the only response they have given is that their was a "delay" with their supplier. This implies there was no stock
Desired outcome: I would like the Order to be delivered ASAP or a full refund so that I can purchase it on Talealot.com which has been 100% reliable with all my past online orders
