Unsolicited mail offerings
My Father's health has rapidly declined over the last 16 months and I've had to begin to act and function as my Father's Agent through the Durable Power of Attorney we have in place. I've seen, physically read, and opened probably 20 letters with bills and offers from PCS Stamps and Coins Company. I've requested on multiple times via mail and phone to cease all communication with my Father and the harassment continues. I'm screening his mail and just this week he received (8) offers and/or bills from merchandise he never received. I will be sending a cease and desist letter this week and including my information along with my Father's information.
I'm extremely frustrated with this company because they are not listening to my request(s) as my Father is 80 yrs old and is not mentally capable of making sound decisions anymore let alone financial decisions. My aging Father is on the verge of bankruptcy and the last thing he needs is another stamp or coin.
If someone has any questions feel to communicate with me at [protected]@gmail.com. I'm not going to include any personal information in this submission for obvious reasons.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and contact me if anyone has any questions.
Desired outcome: Stop communicating with my Father via first-class mail.

Two collections I brought
I brought two coin collections one is a $37 payment which I know I cancelled many months ago and a $55 dollar one which they told me it was the last payment made last yr and now they send me more bills saying I owe this and I pay and say I don't want anything else they continue it's criminal and in going to reach out to my bank. I've been paying they for yrs now and I've cancelled servals times I have notes saying they said it was the last payment. It's horrible
Unintended Subscription
Apparently, when I purchased my "1944 Walking Liberty Half-Dollar for 65% off" on May 14 this year, I signed for a subscription I was not informed of. It never said it in the fine print. Later, when I saw the reviews online, it said not to use the site since they "sweeten" the deals with honeyed words. I did not want to subscribe to this.
Order: [protected]
Desired outcome: Cancel all subscriptions, and have emailed proof that it has been canceled.

Being invoiced for something I did not order and never received
I ordered ONE coin as a gift and now I am being invoiced [Ord #[protected]] for a second coin/shipment I never ordered or received. I suspect there was some VERY FINE PRINT somewhere when I ordered the coin as a gift which permits these folks to sign someone up for God knows what, without full disclosure. If this is the case then it is a VERY BAD business practice and borders on mail fraud. I'd be willing to pay this invoice just to make folks these go away and leave me alone but I am afraid payment will only reinforce their need for greed and continue to invoice me for more. This is a horrible company and advise EVERYONE to stay away from them.
Desired outcome: Clear my billing and NEVER contact or solicit me again.

Continuous delivery of promotion mail.
On numerous occasions, I have returned the continuous pieces of promotional mail from your company with "refused" written on the envelope. I have requested to have my name removed from you mailing lists. The promotional mail continues to come. What else can I do to stop receiving the frequent promotional mailings.

Unsolicited Invoice demanding payment
I received a random invoice from this company on March 22, 2023 stating that they had shipped me two coins and 4 stamps on 2/10/23. I have never contacted this company nor received any products from them. They want me to pay $39.95 for items I didn’t order or receive. After looking at other complaints it seems like they send unsolicited products. I don’t even know how they have my personal information. They use unethical business practices.
Desired outcome: Remove the bill and delete all of my personal information from their systems.

Morgan silver dollar set
I order this morgan silver dollars a while back and would have recieved a coin per month. Dated ranging from 1821 thru 1925. They stat genuine uncirculated 90% silver having a bar code number MG -[protected] as an example. I been told these were graded as MS60. But tried to sell and now being told they may not be real from appraiser and I had recieved at least 18 coins.
Desired outcome: I'd these are notcreal like my money back.
I just received the fourth or fifth coin of the same set. 1888P. I am not happy to pay $167 per coin. The coin is in bad shape. I was buying the whole set for my granddaughter yet now my mind has changed. I have learned a lesson here. Do more research.
My husband collected these Morgan Silver Dollars Coins also and the Peace Coins from them (at least 30). I sent pictures yesterday to a Numismatist to learn their value. I was told the coins are circulated and cleaned up and are damaged. I left a message on Facebook to PCS; waiting for a reply. I've read numerous negative information regarding PCS and they should be closed down. I'm going to take some sort of action against them.
Two cracked quarter coin holders
On January the 7th I received my 8th shipment of complete U.S. statehood quarters. This shipment was mailed on December 22, 2022, the quarters are fine but the plastic holder on the s quarter is cracked across the front. The holder with the p quarter is cracked on the edge and the coin is not right side up. I really do not want to complain, but this is not right. Thank you.
Desired outcome: New holders for these two coins or send two new coins in holders.

Payment not received
Payment sent 8 11 2022. Collection letter recieved 9 6 2022. I've been receiving at least 10 spam letters a week for the past year. The amount of spam mail is probably the reason I didn't notice the bill. When I finally received a collection letter, I immediately mailed 50$. Hoping to resolve the issue. I don't use cards or checks.
They are criminals stay away they are robbing you the coins are useless and worthy Penny's to what you pay
unauthorized billing 6 mos. after said non existent shipment
I think it was the end of last year maybe 1st of this year I became fed up with the constant emails and "returned orders that I never returned and then the multiple fraudulent billing . Worst was the MAIL my lord ya`ll send a ton of crap in the mail & every day . so long story short last week I got in the mail a bill from ya`ll saying that I owe an amount for billing on a shipment I never got and it was back in jan . A tad but hard to believe that after 6 months ya`ll are just now trying to collect a bill I DO NOT OWE FOR . I had ordered the Kennedy uncirculated collection and PCS kept sending me multiple & different collections over and over and also mail(s) telling me that I had returned an order which that never happened not one time that I was emailed about it . This is a bit of a reach as well as I feel a ploy to get more monies which I do not owe so please do as you can to remove any more harassments from your company please & thank you KP
Desired outcome: I would like to get no more fraudulent bills and some notification as to the response please

Unsolicited mail and attempt to send something I never ordered
Today in the mail I received a letter from PCS Stamps and Coins telling them would be shipping to me a Celebrating America coin collection. The letter stated I need do nothing and they would send the first of a series in a few weeks for $18.95 plus shipping. If I don't want it, I had to return a letter to them, they did not provide a return envelope or call a 1-888 number that is a lengthy voice mail asking for a lot of information I refuse to provide. No customer service rep was available. I did not order this item, I don't do business with this company, I did not ask for this item nor did I ever attempt to contact them. This appeared in my mailbox out of the blue! Now I am stuck trying to figure out a way to stop this before it turns into something of a headache. I sent them an email telling them to cease and desist and that I have NO intention of paying for anything I did not order or ask for. The auto response I got was that it takes 2-3 business days for them to respond. How dare they! Who do they think they are?
Desired outcome: Don't send anything to me and stop sending unsolicited mail or items to me.
Promised a complete set of morgan silver dollars and failed to send the more rare ones
I signed up to receive a complete set of Morgan silver Dollars. I recieved the most common Morgan silver dollars in bi-monthly shipments, but when the more rare morgan dollars were left to be received no more shipments were received. The last shipment I received was in October. I can't get in touch with them and my online account doesn't work any more and they won't respond to my emails.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my remaining Morgan Dollar shipments

Shipping issues
I have several accounts with PCS, this past December there were orders that were shipped the first and second week that never arrived. Some of th coins were silver and the other were Pennies. Around the 30th of the month I contacted PCS to let them know that I had not received the coins .Thats when I found out the coins are sent bulk mail third class .I was shocked to say the least I'm paying as much as $186.00 for some of these coins I know I'm paying a premium for these coins I have to ask why shipping is costing me
priority mail prices and your sending valuble coins third class with no tracking, one has to ask are the coins worth the money I'm paying for !
Desired outcome: Start sending coins with tracking

Non of the pictures with the certification numbers check out at the websites to verify authenticity. They dont match at all. How is this even possible given they are pics of the coins sealed.
Receiving never ordered coins and charged accordingly
In September of 2020 during Covid, I ordered my Granddaughter several coins that were advistered as a decent deal. What a mistake! Apparently I didn't read the small print and I had signed up for a subscription...ugh! They are really good at hiding this. Thus after paying for 3 sets of coins, I sent an email to stop the deliveries on Dec 20, 2020, but the coins kept coming. There support people now say I have 2 subsciptions even though they advertise only 1 order per person for these advertised coins. What a scam! I am now getting threating mails that I'm going to ber handed over to their collection agency. To sum it up, I already paid more then triple the cost for what I intended to buy and still keep getting charged for additional coins I don't want. I don't believe it is my place to have to return coins I did not order. What terrible business ethics and practices. I've called their support multiple times but just end up in dissagrements/arguments. it appears that there are many others in the same boat as I am...not surprised. Stop with the terrible business practices. Tricking people, especially older ones like me, into subscriptions that they don't realize they are signing up for.
Desired outcome: Simple - Leave me alone. Stop trying to con the elderly!!!

I too. am being charged for something that I canceled, and I told them that I wanted them to send me a RETURN LABEL back in August 2022.
Dimes were supposed to be free
Date of incident was 09/28/21 and once last week on 09/23/21 I was sent an offer to receive 2 free dimes so I returned it and waited for them to come in.. I received them on 09/23/21 and inclued was a bill for $34 and these dimes are literally worth $6 each (i'm an established coin collector) and knew immediately that was entirely too high especially...

I have ordered quite a bit of coin collections from PCS and I would like a full audit ran on my account. I have paid in full my account balance at least twice yet I still don't have a completed set of uncirculated morgan silver dollars and many more of other coin sets I have ordered. If you could please audit my account just to make sure I have received all of what I have paid for. Thank you,
Allen Clark

auto-pay and serviced for non-payment
All the coin sets I have ordered have been on auto-pay on my card on file. Now I ordered the U.S. coin complete denomination set, and I get a late notice for non-payment? What happened? My card is on file. I have ordered eight coin sets and have not had a problem until now.
Desired outcome: Fix it
