My name is Barbara Ann Wicker. I called on July 18 to question what the bill was for and it sounded like I purchased a magazine ? or something . I said I wanted it cancelled because I have no record of such a purchase and a credit of $106.63 was put on my credit card but today that amount is no longer on my credit card. Online legal forms
The online service, PDF Filler Inc., charged me $180 for legal forms after using their service for two weeks. I printed out 3 forms. Their offer was $6 dollars for a 1 month trial. The company said they required my credit card information in order to complete my registration for their services. I did not become aware of this charge until I received my credit card statement one month later

I purchased the PDF Filer as a trial and I cancelled it and a year later you are taking another $72 out of my bank account which now my check is bounced. I need my money returned to me asap. I even tried to log in and they said my email doesn't exist. It doesn't exist because I cancelled.

Trial period was to end and payment period should have been offered thereafter, not just charged.
Also I am in Canada, somehow the funds charged to me are USD. Obviously the online experience is designed to keep customers unaware as much as possible to the obligations that they would find themselves in weeks later.

Withdrawal from bank account
I recently had a withdrawal from my bank account in the amount of $80.00. I did not sign up for PDF filler nor did I authorrize this to be taken from my account. I do have a child in college, so I'm not TOTALLY disputing this charge but I am wondering why 80 dollars was removed if it is a monthly charge of 6.67?
I want 73.33 put back into my account and this service terminated. I would like a response ASAP. If I do not here back I will take this up with my bank.

This is the first time I have had this problem since I subscribed, but I do not want to pay for a further subscription if this is not fixed immediately. Hi, my name is Mohammad H Khankhara and I used your services a total of 1 time and do not want to end my subscription. I have noticed that you have tried to collect $72 from my credit card on the 26th of April. Kindly end my subscription and delete my account and card details.

Unauthorized debit transaction from pdffiller
Two months ago 03/19 I utilized the PDFfiller application for a form for "ONE TIME" use. I woke up this morning, two month later with an unauthorized charge for $130.56 from PDFfiller for a service that was not valid. Please credit my account this was not warranted at all. This is unfair and I need to be credited back as soon as possible. I've tried reaching via phone and the PDFfiller company is unavailable. I am sure if this is a scam but I know this isn't right. I need my money back! Every cent counts I am a poor man. Thanks!

Hi, my name is Fernanda Y Hernandez and I used your services a total of two times and for some strange reason that is beyond me, I have a withdrawal in my bank account for $80 dollars. I don't recall making such subscription, and when I tried to see what was happening in the account, I found that when I tried, an announcement saying "Oops, you haven't subscribed yet" appears! Identity theft/fraud, unauthorized withdrawals
I have never made a account with PDFfiller not even know what it is. You guys pulled $80 from my account without notifying me or even me having any knowledge of this. This needs to be resolved now... like Today! How ever you got my account information and decided to make random withdrawals from my account as you please is beyond against the law. I would be happy to report this to my bank and the police if this is not taken care of today and the money returned to my account. You should honestly be reimbursing me for the overdraft fees that applied after this unknown withdrawal of my account. I don't know how you guys get away with this but it is so wrong and illegal. Stealing bank info and thinking you can take peoples hard earned cash is beyond ridiculous. I can't believe this is happening to me. Call me or email me.

Unwanted services
I signed up for a trial period, but had to give cc or pay pal acct. before they would complete app. then on Mar.21st my pay pal was charged $80.00 without my permission. I want my money back, and I don't want your service. I want everyone to know that this is a scam and not get involved in it. I don't even use pdf all that much and don't think I should have to pay for it. I will not let up on this matter until I get my full refund. Also, you didn't wait 30 days on the trial period before I was billed.

This is a pre-authorization amount which is withhold on your account (very similar to the amounts withhold when you book a hotel room or a rent a car, for example). Yearly membership
I signed up for a trial and never used it again. When I saw that I was being billed $80 for a membership I immediately emailed that I did not want a membership and never had. I was sure that I had done this previously.

Unauthorized credit card charges
First of all, I am not the one that joined the free trial! So imagine how I felt waking up at 6.30 am to an $80 USD bill ($116.62 AUD). Even if I was the one that joined it, it makes no sense that you decide to sign someone up on a 1-year subscription without that person consent after the free trial has ended! I was completely blindsided and I am demanding an immediate refund. This kind of transaction is unacceptable, and I am ready to file a report with my bank if need be.

Mine was also at 6:30 am when I was asleep! They test your account two or three weeks prior to debiting a large amount to see if they are noticed by the account holder or the bank! This is how phishing works!

Charged me without authorization
Similar to other experiences on this site, I was charged $us180 without authorisation.
Beware. I immediately contacted my bank who will take steps to recover the funds.
I also contacted pdffiller to complain - they said they would provide me with a refund.
Having read what has been written here, I think i'll have a better chance with my bank recovering the funds.

Last December 2018, I was applying for Canadian visa and I was using PDF filler for free but it turns out that I cannot use it unless I apply for a free trial. So I availed the free trail giving out my credit details but I never really got to use the PDF filler because there was another site where I could download the forms for free. I cancelled my subscription and I also contacted the bank if there will be any charges to me and they told me that I will not be charged for it. Then on January 26, 2019, I was charged $96 on my credit card account. I am kindly asking if you can make a refund since I was not really able to use the PDF filler. In utilizing a third-party passport service (US Passport Online) to renew my US Passport, I never agreed to automatically subscribe to an annual service.
After extensive research, I discovered that an unauthorized annual premium of $180.00 was charged to my credit card. I have absolutely no use for this service which has been cancelled and am requesting a full refund.
