my order number #[protected] placed June 13,2023. order by employee [protected]. employee initially stated the company did accept medicate. When I ask to pull my file, she then had me standing with no response until I ask if she found my file. she told me I could sit down. I had my own frames and just wanted my lenes to be made and placed in my frames. sitting down I pacifically told her I needed line bio focal; I could no adjust to the no lines. I explained it makes me dizzy trying to adjust my vision when I need to read. I am a senior. I picked out the additive that I wanted for my lens and was told that the cost was $194.00, which I paid at the time of visit. Standing to leave I ask her if she noted that there should be lined bio focal, she responded yes ma'am. received my glasses there was no lined bio focal the employee that gave me my glasses, said that I had to wait until the person who took my order return from out of town. returning the initial employee call me on a Sunday stating that if I wanted lined bio focal it would cost me 197.00 would have to be paid before they could be placed in my lens. i called Medicare who called the vision dept who is my insurance. the 3 of us were o the phone with pear vision on to tell them my bio focal are no cost, we were on the phone for about 20 mins, the employee said the charge should be 156,oo for bio focal. medicare rep asked for the supervisor and ask for the doctor it was said neither one are not in and didn't know when they would be in.
Desired outcome: money refunded 194.00 that was advised by Medicare rep to give my lens back get my money back and go elsewhere.
