Well let's see. Was Pegusus builders reliable, better believe it if they said they were going to do something at a particular time, that's when it got done. They were especially component in keeping me informed about the progress of my project the how's and why's things were done the Way they were. I had the feeling I was in the very capable handset an upper class builder/roofing company. Based on my experience with this company I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Without question trusting Pegasus Builders to replace my roof was the best decision. They removed old and installed the new roof in 3 days including final inspection and it was a stress free project. Ed/Project Mgr & Brenden/Supvr were very knowledgeable and professional. The crew were skilled and executed with efficiency. Charisse/Office Mgr was point of contact for contract negotiations who delivered World Class Customer Service. There were no surprises in the contract; all was transparent. Charisse is the best; I highly highly recommend Pegasus.

Excellent ! I have never worked with a builder, home improvement, home maintenance etc., company which kept me informed with accuracy every step of the way, and I have employed MANY! Most contractors need to be called continuously and you are lucky to get a call back while job is ongoing and lucky to get reliable information. Everything was completed in the time table as promised. Charisse is an absolute treasure with outstanding communication about process and progress. From the very beginning they stepped in and made the process (permits, HOA, contract etc.) easy for us.

My HOA required most of the units to get a reroof and after some high and shady quotes, I called Pegasus Builders, Inc. From the beginning, Charisse couldn't have been more helpful to me. The price they provided was more than competitive while providing the same and sometimes better materials. They also took care of everything with my HOA and started on time shortly after everything was finalized. The project took a few days, they were on time each day and made sure I was satisfied at the end. I would definitely use them again, as well as, recommend them to anyone who may need their services.

Pegasus Builders did a great job on our project. We started off with a roof replacement. The pricing they gave us was in line with other companies. The customer service is what sold us, they were polite professional in the communication. Once they began the project they were thorough, and conscientious. Each day before leaving they cleaned up. We couldn't even tell workers had been there. We decided to have them paint and replace our gutters. Each quote was competitive and the subcontractors were just as professional. The overall project looks great and we are so happy. Communication was spot on, Charisse was amazing with updates through throughout the project and great attention to detail.
