I need assistance from the head office.
I sent a package from PEP stores Jouberton Tower Mall, Klerksdorp through Paxi on the 9th September 2023
The cashier at PEP named Caroline May captured my details, scanned my id,
asked for my cell number and the receiver's cell number.
After 1week I went back to PEP at Towel Mall Jouberton, Klerksdorp, because I nor the receiver didn't receive any notification of the package I send (As they usually send sms's) none was received.
I went back maybe 8times no one can answer me, it's a paxi story up and down, but every excuse they gave me makes no sense. I complaint through they web via email, with no luck. They close every time the ticket (query).
At PEP they promised to call me numerous times and they NEVER called with any feedback.
I went in December they told me is not their problem the Manager of the branch said that and Caroline must pay me back. Caroline on the other hand said I must give her receipts of the item I send. Imagine I must still have the receipts of September 2023
I WANT MY PARCEL AND MY MONEY BACK!
I PLEASE NEED TO BE HELPED ASAP
Please see this matter as a serious matter, because my business has been delayed because of this.
NOTHING IS BEEN RECEIVE AS TILL TODAY, WITH NO FEEDBACK.
