Have you stop making diet Pepsi in the 24 oz bottles? Why would you do such a thing. Diet Pepsi is all I drink, besides water and tea, and I spend ALOT of money for this drink because I love it. But I do not like drinks in a can and I don't like the smaller bottles. The 24 oz bottles is perfect size to take to work and last all day, easy to handle, not like 1.5 liter or the 2 liter. If you have quit making the 24 oz, please reconsider the terrible mistake you are making. Profits could drop.
Thanks,
Ann C. Nowland

I thought I was the only one upset enough to complain about this. I live in California and there are no more 24 ounce bottles of any Pepsi products.
Currently the 6 pack of 16.9 bottles is selling for the same price if not more than the 6 pack of 24 ounce bottles, which breaks down to a 4 pack for the same price a 6 pack previously was. I am basically paying the same price for less. Thus, an already tight budget is broken.
For instance I drink 2 24ounce bottles of diet Pepsi per day at $5.00 for 2 six packs plus CRV (keep in mind this is a sale price not retail) that is about $1.00 a day for my diet Pepsi or 30.00 per month or 360.00 per year.
With the new size and pricing I will now drink 3 16.9 ounce bottles day at 3 6 packs for $9.00 plus CRV (keep in mind again this is a sale price not retail) instead of 20 bottles per 10 days, it will now be 30 bottles. My $1.00 a day Pepsi drinking now costs 1.50 a day or 45.00 per month or 540 per year which is an increase of 180.00 or about 50 %. That is huge!
I am only one person who consumes a relatively small amount of soda but when I consider that I have a family of 5, that type of increase is not financial feasible. This can also be looked at nationally and even globally. If my overall cost increase is this high, than what is the cost increase for each of your families. I see this translates to huge profits for the corporation. So when the soda in our house is gone it will NEVER be replaced by Pepsi products.
In conclusion, if Pepsi’s goal was to alienate loyal customers they have succeeded with me. Moreover, I can only assume that this company will now be doing this to other products it sells, I will be reevaluating any PepsiCo products I purchase in the future.

Why in the world would you discontinue the 24oz Diet Pepsi bottle? Bad move on Pepsi's part and the decision is making a lot of Pepsi drinkers unhappy, including me. Please reconsider your decision.

Very bad decision to stop carrying the 24oz bottles. My husband and I drink a LOT of Diet Pepsi and Diet Mountain Dew and are extremely disappointed with these smaller bottles at the same price as the larger bottles. They do not fit well in the cup holder in the car and they are inconvenient to take to work as well. Please bring back the 24oz bottles!

In Chicago, Diet Mountain Dew now is only available in 16.9 bottles ... I used to drink 3-6 24oz bottles a day (~$1000/yr). I'm that weird guy that evidently just needed a silly excuse like the change in bottle size to stop drinking Dew. I noticed that all companies/products are following suit ... I'm drinking a lot of water now and forgot just how good it 'tastes'. Goodbye Pepsi and Coke, hello cold tap water.

I've been needing a good little push to stop me drinking soda. Been drinking too much of it, almost all Pepsi products in 24 oz bottles. Eliminating the size I like and charging the same price for so much less? Excellent reason to quit and go back to much cheaper tap water.

I bought tons of these 24 oz. bottles I loved them! Now all the stores only have 16 oz bottles for the same price! Crazy! Bring back my 24 oz Pepsi bottles! I have not purchased a 16 oz bottle yet and won't ever. I now have to resort to buying 2 liter bottles and pouring some into a 22 oz re-usable bottle and taking that to work with me instead.

I never thought I would say this, but I will no longer buy Pepsi products. I have been drinking Pepsi for more years that I could care to admit to, but with this change in bottle sizes at a higher price, I refuse to buy Pepsi any longer. As has been mentioned, the 24oz size was the perfect size for cup holders, and the 24oz size is perfect for work. My mother and I just talked about this crazy move that Pepsi has taken and we have agreed we will no longer buy Pepsi products. I am sure this change in my drinking choice will not only make my husband happy, but my doctor as well, in time I am sure I will be also. This "testing" of the smaller size receives a huge 'F' for failing to meet the voices of the customers-the ones that provide for Pepsi's profits.

This is a sad day for me! I love diet pepsi in the 24 oz bottles--the 16 oz bottles are a joke! There is also the price problem--I drink several bottles of the 24oz each day and feel cheated that I now only get the equivalent of 2 big bottle per 3 small. bottles.

I live in Bonney Lake, WA and have watched Pepsi discontinue the 24 oz, 6 pk over the past few months. I don't believe it was a good marketing strategy on the part of Pepsi to replace that 24 oz, 6 pk with 16.9 oz, 6 pk, while keeping the price the same. I watched as first Walmart did not have the product anymore, followed by Safeway, and then finally Fred Meyer. It is really sad that a company sells qute a bit of product, yet discontinues that size and alienates the consumer. I, for one, will NOT purchase the 16.9 oz, 6 pk. The value is just not there.

I hate the new 16.9 oz size. The 24 oz is perfect. If I buy the smaller size it doesn't fit in my car and I end up drinking 2two bottles instead of the one, which is too much in one sitting and I don't like warm soda. Therefore I am quiting my Diet Mountain Dew addiction. I have done it before and I will most certainly do it now. Money talks people.

This is absolutely stupid! This is a standard size since I can remember. What really gets me is that I buy the in bulk to save money and right now I have 2 rain checks for $1.99 each. I didn't realize that they were completely discontinued because someone said Walmart has them. I went to King Soopers to special order them because of my rain checks and I received a phone call that their Pepsi person said he couldn't get them. I guess I'll be going to Walmart and buying the few they had left for $4.99 each, if there not gone. I guess I'll have to start drinking bottled water again. It's highway robbery for those little bottles. 3 for $11.00. You got to be kidding me!

The price of the 16oz. is the same as the 24oz now. Was money the reason you stopped?

Pepsi, you have decided to make a change and remove Diet Mtn Dew 24 oz from the selection at the retail stores. This forces me to make a change in the only soft drink that I consume. I will NOT buy any of Pepsi product in my life time again. It's not only my lose, but Pepsi will lose too! Job well done, following the NOT so smart at Coke. As Forest Gump states, STUPID IS WHAT SPUPID DOES! This in only my opinion.

I have ONLY drank Diet Mountain Dew for the last 23 years, I do not drink milk, water, coffee, tea etc. I was a faithful Mountain Dew drinker for as long as I can remember until I had my son and needed to lose the baby weight. Diet Mountain Dew is the only diet pop that I like. I also HATE the 16 ounce bottles, what a waste of plastic. I like so many before me agree that the 24 ounce was the best thing to come along and I wish Pepsi would listen to its faithful followers and bring the 24 ounce bottle back.

Correct term is fewer calories, not "less" calories. Who will take you or your product seriously if you don't know your own language? Not very business like.

My preferred soda drink is Mt. Dew.
I DEMAND the bottlers return the 24 oz bottle!
Some of the advantages of the 24 oz bottle for many consumers are as follows: it is;
1) resealable
2) fits cup holders in tractors & trucks
3) doesn't spill like a can
4) easy to hold with one hand
5) lasts all day

You discontinued the 24 oz bottles of Mt Dew...dumbest thing ever done...they are perfect size and fit easiest in cup holders...don't say you couldn't sell that size because its not true...sold off the shelves as fast as it was put on them...please bring back...soon!
