Pada 21/3/2022 lebih kurang pukul 0025HRS..saya hendak mengisi minyak di petrol pam petronas cahaya masai pasir gudang..cashier seorang lelaki berumur..saya hendak mengisi minyak kereta penuh dan telah memberi wang sebanyak rm50 dan berkata penuh..tp setelah mengisi dia tetap dgn amaun rm50..saya tanya kan saya dah ckp penuh dia tak boleh terima dan menengking sy..dah ckp takut sy lari..padahal sebelum ini ok saja sy isi di situ..sy fikir org tua je..dan sy memakai half uniform dan sy dlm keadaan perut sakit..kalau takde apa tindakan sia2 saja saya complaint disini..sy akan cari saluran lain..tq
Staff menggunakan kad mesra persendirian diatas pembelian pelanggan.
Berdasarkan perkara yg disebut. Saya mendapati staff petronas PS Tok Randok Ajil telah menggunakan kad mesra mereka sendiri untuk mendapatkan point diatas pembelian pelanggan.. seperti situasi saya.. pekerja petronas telah swipe kad mesra mereka di atas pembelian yg telah sy buat tanpa pengetahuan saya sendiri. Saya lampirkan gambar resit sebagai bukti ini bukan kad mesra saya.
I'm complaining about a staff with petronas who is a love scammer
Alex Chris fr UK Newcastle with Petronas as Marine engineer is a love scammer. He cheated me of 60k with documents he needed money to solve. He claims to be working in Kerteh Trengganu but now in KL headquarters.
I can't attach all the documents he cheated me with as well as his clear photo here.

Desired outcome: I hope for Petronas to seriously investigate as send him back to his country n not allowing him to use Petronas name to scam more Malaysians

Dulu Aku rajin isi minyak dekat stesen petronas sbb minyak Malaysia la nak support siap buat kad mesra nak collect point, sbb pernah dapat redeem dekat petronas jadi rajin lagi la nak collect point untuk kad mesra tu, tapi semenjak selepas pkp ni bila isi minyak kat petronas bila nak collect point tu kadang Tak Masuk kadang nak kena minta resit baru nak buat betul2 kadang2 kata mesin rosak Tak boleh collect point banyak betul masalah nak collect point, dah la point sikit aduhh.., peyudahnya Aku terus Tak isi minyak dekat petronas dah sebab banyak sangat masalah pasal kad mesra dia, skarng Aku pun tukar ke stesen yg awal nama sama walaupun minyak Philippines tapi nak collect point mmg senang, point pun banyak pastu bila redeem dapat extra minyak lagi, so walau apa pun terjadi minyak kereta ke motor ke nak habis sanggup Aku Cari stesen minyak p****n dari petronas.., tolong la management perbetulkan masalah point kad ni...ni pun punya customer jadi bosan...itu je la k bye...

saya isi minyak menggunakan app setel. dan staff petronas bertam perdana, kepala batas, pulau pinang tidak membenarkan customer isi minyak RON95 jika menggunakan app settel. sebelum ni tiada sebarang masalah jika isi minyak RON95 menggunakan app settel di petronas lain.kenapa petronas bertam perdana tidak benarkan pelanggan isi RON95? saya juga telah confirmkan dengan customer service bahawa pelanggan boleh pilih nozel pilihan.
Rude, unfriendly and not helpful staff
Your staff Arek at the Petronas Jalan Maarof, Bangsar has been very rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all on 3 occassions when I visited the gas station. I'm a regular customer of Petronas Jalan Maarof, Bangsar. I've asked Arek to help me with filling up the gas in my car but he showed his anger towards me, and also when I asked him to help me to fill up my car tyres with air he refused to saying it's time for him to go for his prayers.
On my 3rd visit he completely ignored me as he was worried I'll ask for his help again.
Arek definitely does not fit in such a service line.
Petronas in Glenmarie TTDI JAYA
I like to complain about that management of Petronas in Glenmarie TTDI JAYA. Only 1 person is allowed to enter inside store for buy things, for ATM machine and for pay petrol. People have to line up for enter inside that store.. Even outside their management have write to allowed 5 person at a time. When check with staff, about this he told me my boss instruction. I hope Petronas look into this and make sure to allow 5 person to reduce that line and traffic at that petronas to avoid more covid cases.. Thank you very much

Pada 28 june, sy mengisi minyak di petronas pss batu 3 federal pada pukul 11 mlm lebih kurang... Sy mmbuat pembayaran menggunakan debit kad... I already said rm 55 to the cashier but instead he punch rm 25 only... I asked him to change the amount since im lazy untuk isi minyak banyak kali...cashier just cancel my transaction and put the amount of rm 55.. he said within 2-3 days the cancellation amount will be refunded... But until now today 6 july im not received any cancellation amount in my account...pls look further...

I used my card to pay for fuel. I asked the staff to use pin number but the staff use wave and scolded me and the way she talking is very rude. No manner at all. Please take action. If this kind of staff you keeping in your company, you may lose your customer as well. No one will willing to come here and fill the fuel.

Bad manner staff.
Staff at Petronas Sungai Kob Karangan Kedah had such a bad manner. We all know that they were switching shift so that they close the counter for a while. But why they need to clossed all the counter ? In this pandemic era, also in Ramadan month, there were a long queue are waiting for them. Much better if they calculate the money turn by turn with one counter. Add on with no apologies or any words from them like "sorry" or else. They just keep quiet and doing their job without any manner.
Desired outcome: Please take action for the staff. There a lot of people mad at them

Pump petrol Using Debit Card
I would like to launch a complaint against Petronas petrol kiosk located at Taman Sri Sentosa - Roshan Jaan Enterprise dated 23 March 2021 at 10:54am . I went to pump in petrol using a debit card. After the Cashier named Suci Syahriawati had done the transaction . I walked out to the pump section no.5 to pump in the petrol . During that time I saw one of the malay lady assistant standing there at the pump section helped me to pump in the petrol but the same pump no.5 was not functioning . So she suggested me to go to the counter to redo the transaction again. Then I went in to the counter, Cik Suci Syahriawati said the transaction is approve and suddenly she said it was been cancelled. She asked me to redo the transaction the second time but it was failed. She also printed one of the receipt and show me the purchase item is zero. Then I was asked to pay by cash as I pay by cash the amount shown on the Pump no.5 Then she also printed another cash and debit card transaction receipts for me. Both of them asked me to keep the receipts and wait for 3 to 4 days to get back my refund. After leaving the petrol kiosk I gave a call to the debit card customer service . The Customer service said that the transaction has been made using the debit card but it was mentioned by Suci Syahriawati that it was cancelled . My question is whom going to refund me the money . Two Transactions - debit card and cash was been made at the same day but the card - the pump no. 5 - the amount doesn't captured, the cash -the amount captured meaning there is two transactions only one time pumping in petrol.

Pada 21 Feb 2021 jam 3.48 petang, saya telah ke stesen minyak Petronas Cyberjaya untuk mengisi minyak 90N berjumlah RM10 yang mana setelah pembayaran dibuat di kaunter, pembantu pam petrol seorang warga Bangladesh telah beria untuk bantu mengisi minyak. Semasa mengisi minyak dia membiarkan pam disangkut kepada mulut tangki minyak kereta saya dan dia membersihkan cermin belakang dan depan kereta sementara itu saya menunggu di dalam kereta. Setelah selesai menutup mulut tangki minyak, saya terus bergerak tanpa melihat bar minyak dan mesin pam. Setelah bergerak 1km bar minyak masih tidak bergerak dan saya kembali ke petronas dan bertanya tentang masalah berkenaan. Supervisor telah mencetak resit mengatakan jualan telah berlaku malah pekerja Bangladesh juga telah menafikan. Mohon perkara ini diatasi kerana saya juga menerima video daripada rakan yang juga menjadi mangsa yang sama.
