Staff unethical behavior
Good day sir/madam. My name is Aliff and i saw couple of online statements or tweets made by your staff, which uses a username of 'sakithatikeTu' on Twitter. He made a discriminatory remarks towards one of the Twitter user by judging the person due to his health condition since he is a HIV-positive. This unethical behavior of your staff should be taken a serious action! He made a discriminatory remarks towards people online which also can taint the name of PETRONAS. Rude cashier
Hi, I am frontliner from has. At 20/10/20 around 2.30pm, after go back from work I went to petronas pknk to withdraw a money and buy some snacks for my son before pick him from taska. The weather is really hot and sunny. So before entering the premise, I scan the barcode and my temperature. Unfortunately, my temperature is 37.5. It is obviously because of the hot weather. (I knew I am not having a fever and had no symptom. If I had a symptom, for sure I can't go to work on that day.) then the cashier scold me n chase me out with a rude tone. There's too many peoples in the premise that time and they are all looking at me being scolded by your staf. This make my feel ashamed because i'm wearing a uniform. Then I wait about 3minutes before enter the premise again and repeat the temperature. My temperature is 36.6'c. Then the cashier sound me and said "tak bunyi takpa laaa!" with a rude manner and high tone infront of many peoples. If only my temperature is really high, can't she asked me politely to wait outside before re-check the temperature rather than scold me infront of other people? I hope that this issue can be settle soon. Please ask the staff to have some manner. Thank you.
Collecting cash on customer behalf if customer do not have setel account
Dear Petronas.
The staff at petronas located at MRR2 was cheating customers for his own benefit. He is a foreign worker. On 17/10/2020 approximately at 08.00pm+, I wanted to fill up RM30 petrol by cash and was about to make my way to the cashier but was stopped by this staff as he was at the pump area. He asked me whether I have enroll in Setel. I told him not yet for now but I would like to fill up my petrol by cash for now. He told me to give him the cash and he will help me to pay to the cashier. I gave him RM30 and my mesra card to collect points. He was on his hand phone when he was making his way to the cashier. I had already suspected him of making payment through his Setel account but collecting customer's cash if the customer do not have a Setel account. Hence I checked my Mesra account on 19/10/2020 and found out that the points were not in my account for that day. My question is: do the person in charge of that petrol kiosk station allow their staff to practise this? Is it their SOP to collect cash on behalf of the customer who do not have a Setel account and use their Setel account to collect cash and earn points from there
Pricing of goods sold and actual price paid & woman cashier rude
Today 6 Oct 2020 at 9.00 pm I bought a packet of mighty white bread clearly priced at RM1.90 (outside the packet and on the date tag as well).. but was rudely told by the woman cashier that it is priced at RM2.50. I informed her it is priced at RM1.90 but she very rudely answered that either I pay RM2.50 or I can go elsewhere. Very rude behavior coming from a cashier. I hope Petronas do not employ people like this anymore. It is very bad on Petronas image...

Staff attitude
Dear petronas.
I wrote an email due to had twice experience with one of the staff working at petrol station petronas in taman melati utama. She is the same person.
I went there twice due to only that petronas have a cash deposit machine maybank and cimb services.
I am disappointed with the female staff attitude at the counter. I am asking politely that 'can I change money here since the cash deposit machine not accepted money rm1 & rm5. She look at me and ask me 'mana' with the high tone. Am I look like a begger when I said I want exchange the money?, if the customer cannot exchange the money at the petronas than put the big sign ' no money exchange here'. Easy right for the customer.
One more thing, do not prepare any cash deposit machine at your premises. So that people will not go there.
Yes, I know all people tired working, but if you don't like your job then quit. Job is responsibility. So do it with your heart not work because of money only.

The operation of their cashier
If they could not pass simple mathematics, why this people was hired I paid RM10 and ask for RM3 fuel, yet the cashier return the change of RM3. I said "pamp 4, 3 ringgit". Mental retard? When I argued to get the exact change another Indian lady who was busying with tapping her iphone 6, claimed that I only gave rm3. Lol i give red bank note how come only rm3, colour blind or play too much iphone already?

About a toilet at petronas awan besar, still not open almost 7 month, how the custemers want use a toilet, no water, no water workers says, but out side have water, n I see the workers use a toilet can, how a custmer cannot

Sekitar 10pagi pada 29 hb jun, saya ingin masuk ke dalam petronas taman equine untuk mengeluarkan duit melalui atm cimb, namun dihalang oleh pekerja kerana saya tidak memakai penutup muka. Difahamkan, pihak mkn tidak pernah menggubal undang2 menghalang pelanggan yang tidak memakai pelitup muka dri memasuki mana2 premis. Walaubagaimanapun, saya akur dan pergi semula ke kereta dan pakai pelitup muka. Setelah saya memasuki premis, saya bertanya kepada pekerja berkenaan, kenapa menghalang pelanggan tanpa pelitup muka utk memasuki premis, sedangkan sudah dimaklumkan pihak premis tidak berhak menghalau pelanggan tanpa pelitup muka dr memasuki premis. Setelah bertanya, pekerja berkenaan menyuruh saya terus bertanya kepada "boss" yg berada di situ. Sejurus saya pergi, saya terdengar "boss" berkenaan menggelarkan saya "tak ada otak", wahai pihak petronas taman equine, biar tak ada otak asalkan beradab, without customer you are nothing. Mind your manners! The boss was chinese.

At around 1300 hours, Tuesday .6th June 2020
I went to the said Petronas Station to purchase fuel.
Gave to the male cashier at the window (looks like a local), 1 note RM 50 plus my kad mesra, and request for RM10 fuel and receipt.
He eventually return my kad mesra only. I ask about the receipt, he just gave me a 'thug' kind of a stare.
He then gave me the receipt with no change.
I told him I request for RM 10 fuel, he look at me and ask me to repeat, Berapa ? I said RM 10. He repeatedly ask again Berapa? I again repeated RM 10. He ask again Berapa? (at this point I think something is not right and the way he ask is as though he is a big thug ). I politely repeat RM 10 sahaja. Then He raise his voice RM 10 tunjuk 5 jari ka!(you ask RM 10 fuel but show 5 fingers!) whilst shaking his head as though he is The King of all Petrol Stations and the only Petrol Stations around town.
I think he knows and he heard of my request for RM 10 fuel but he simply ignored it as he has other ill mannered intention against me.
I was a bit buffle at the way he responded, sarcastic and rude, I return him the kad mesra and receipt for the exact transactions as requested. He re- do it again with unsatisfactory and rude body language.
I was not satisfied by the way he responded. I didn't request to see the manager at that time as I am worried about my safety.
I am a senior citizen by the way, and I treat him nicely and even say thank you to him, politely .
But I think that's not the way to treat or interact with your customer irrespective of age, gender, creed, colour and 'status'.
Petronas! are you so 'BIG' that you only pick this kind of rude and sarcastic person as your staff? There a lot of good mannered peopleout there looking for jobs nowadays, what happen to Petronas, quality of services not important, is it?
I recommend that petronas send this staff to manners and ethical training program, for the benefit of everyone especially the station/owner, either this staff is a senior staf, junior staf or the Owners OWN Kid (might be, because such egoistic kind of attitude, silver spoon kind of kid)
I am writing this complaint for the benefit of everybody .
Hope to have better and enjoyable experience the next time we visit the station. ( I doubt it)
An advise to the Owner of the Petronas Petrol Station, please make your customer feel safe and happy, when frequenting your station.
As it is now, I feel unsafe to even return to your station.
Petronas e voucher
I have bought 5 petronas e voucher, at rm20 each for petrol. In the link, I have seen that it was a programme participated by all petronas petrol station. However, I have visited 3 different petronas station in ipoh, perak, and told that they are not participating. It was very troublesome. Please make sure all petronas station are aware of this programme.
disrespectful treatment by staff
My daughter is a frontliner in treating covid19 patients. She stopped by a petronas station today to withdraw cash from the ATM. She was chased out by the staff at the station for not wearing a mask. Please take note that the DG of health has stated that the wearing of mask is not required if a person is not symptomatic. So on what basis does the employee of petronas chased my daughter? People say that the doctors and nurses are unsung heroes. Is this how you treat unsung heroes, petronas. My daughter work her [censored] off to treat very sick peole and you treat her like garbace. Shame on you petronas.
Fund deducted from debit card not refunded after fail to fill the gas.
On the 28/02/2020 I paid Rm30 using my debit card at a station in Skudai. But gas not delivered since I reached my vehicle after 2 minutes which is a limited time. The kiosk staff refused to refund me and comforted me by saying that the amount deducted will be refunded within 3 working days back in to my account. They made me pay another Rm30 to fill the gas. I checked my account today, the amount deducted is still not refunded till now. I am making this complaint since this is my second time. I lost my Rm50 two years ago due to the act of negligence of a Bangladeshi kiosk worker, who then promised similarly that the amount deducted would refunded within 3 working days.. which is just not happening till today.. yet again another incident. The amount deducted sounds very small but I prefer to donate it to someone homeless. Kindly assist me to recover my Rm30 which I don't wish to donate to Petronas. Thanks & Regards.

Pada 07.02.2020 jam lebih kurang 07:45 pagi, saya berhenti di petronas koperasi felda sebertak bhd untuk pergi ke tandas dan membeli sedikit makanan.
Ketika saya ingin mengunakan tandas ada seorang staff yang sedang membasuh kaki lima tandas. Saya meminta izin staff berkenaan mengunakan tandas kerana menghormati beliau yang sedang mencuci kawasan kaki lima tandas (note: tandas bahagian dalam sudah siap di cuci). Teguran saya di sambut dengan pandangan yang tidak berpuas hati dan muka yang masam.
Saya harap pengurusan petronas lebih menitikberatkan elemen good staff behaviour among workplace dan menghormati semua pelanggan yang menggunakan perkhidmatan di petronas. Saya di layan dengan sungguh tidak professional.

Just now, my dad made payment for fuel, but your bangla staff were so slow to make it. I give her money to pay, but when she wants to return the balance, shes simply 'balks' the balance over the counter. In fact, I gave her a paycheck right in her hand. why shes so rude? management team, please hire better people. I work with customer service too. when I gently reprimanded her to gave balance hand-to-hand for next time, she obviously shout something rude to me when i walk thru the door. Pada 1.12.2019 jam lebih kurang 1050 hrs, saya pergi ke kaunter luar petronas Jambu jerteh jinjang utara untuk membuat pembayaran, di depan saya iaitu di kaunter terdapat seorang perempuan melayu bertudung dan memakai baju petronas dipercayai staff petronas jambu jerteh dan ketika itu hanya membiarkan sahaja saya diluar dan tidak langsung memandang saya atau memberi Isyarat sedang sibuk.
Saya kemudiannya telah memangil dan mengetuk tingkap kaunter dan serentak dengan itu tiba tiba staff perempuan itu berang dan mengamuk mengatakan saya tidak prihatin padanya. Selepas itu saya masuk ke dalam premis untuk membeli makanan ringan dan beritahunya untuk meminta maaf atas kesalahann ya, tetapi yang berlaku adalah sebaliknya dimana dia bersikap tidak professional dan very rude terhadap saya dan profession saya di hadapan semua pelanggan di premis tersebut. Dia langsung tidak mahu meminta maaf dan sehingga saya keluar dari premis tersebut dia masih memaki hamun di dalam premis itu.
Selepas kejadian itu, saya menghubungi [protected] iaitu Petronas jalan Jambu jerteh dan minta supaya diberi nama staff perempuan tersebut, sebaliknya saya di hubungkan dengan staff perempuan itu sendiri dan dia sekali lagi bersikap biadap dengan tidak mengendahkan permintaan saya dan seperti sedang membuat urusan lain ketika bercakap dengan saya. Pada waktu itu saya berkali kali meminta nama nya tetapi tidak diendahkan dan dia pula mahu nama saya. Very insolent. Seterusnya saya minta di sambung kan dengan manager tetapi dia kata manager cuti, manager tidak kerja hari ini.
Saya harap pengurusan Petronas lebih menitikberatkan elemen good staff behaviour among workplace dan menghormati semua pelanggan yang menggunakan perkhidmatan di petronas.
