Kemudian saya ckp saya mahu topup 50. Total saya bayar rm60 (topup 50 + kad 10). Then, bila saya touch di tol.. Harga tertulis rm9.50 (service charge 0.50). Please do something about your staff attitude. Sorg dia makan 50, kalo dy buat kt 10 org..dah rm500 masuk poket dia. Please do something. Thank you

The NGV service is always closed during working hour in DEC 2018.
I found that recently this NGV service in NGV Service Petronas Bukit Tengah. Sometime open few hours in the morning then close in afternoon. On Friday, it was closed from 12pm to 14:30pm during lunch time.
The inconsistency in providing service causing disruption in getting the NGV supply in this area. That make inconvenient to user in this area.
Please investigate.

Saya selalu pergi ke sana untuk isi minyak hampir setiap hari, padahal, saya memang setiap hari isi minyak kat petronas
Pada Isnin 10/12/18 pada masa agak lebih kurang 8.30pm sampai 9.00pm saya pump minyak disitu, selepas credit card saya approved saya masuk kan Mesra card saya seperti biasa
Screen menunjuk kan sila ambil kad keluar, selepas kad Mesra dikeluarkan, screen tersebut seperti tidak berubah macam biasa yang bertulis 'sila pump'
Saya masuk kan Mesra kad sekali lagi, tapi macam sama, saya fikir mungkin machine ni hang, jadi saya cuba isi minyak, minyak boleh diisi sampai penuh
Tapi tiada resit keluar dari machine, jadi saya pergi counter untuk ambil resit dan check point, tetapi resit tiada tunjuk point atau Mesra kad info
Jadi saya tanya staff sana, satu perempuan yang mengendali, dia minta saya kad yang saya guna, saya tunjuk mesra kad saya, tapi kad yang dia mau ialah credit card saya
Selepas saya kasi dia, dia print satu lagi resit dan tunjuk saya bahagian Mesra kad dan cakap, saya tak masuk kan kad, saya kasi tau dia, saya ada masukkan kad, sekarang macam mana? tapi dia balas saya memang tak masuk kan kad, tak boleh buat apa2, apakah quality customer service ini?

I was bringing my 90 year old mother for lunch after a 6 hour hospital check up. I atempted to use a gift card which LG sent me. It got rejected and I went to the window of your cashier Dani. I explained in BM that the card got rejected and if he could charge it at his counter. He waved his hand rudely and mumbled and signed that it was my problem and to try again. I clarified if it was ok to attempt to pump and he waved his had without responding.
I went back to my car and attempted to pump but to no avail.
I walked back for a second time and he continued to show his unhappiness by mumbling and blaming me or the Personas gift card and signed me to my car again.
I asked again the same question and he just brushed me off.
I went back and tried with no success.
My mother was in the stuffy cat all the while and I was quite annoyed by then.
This time being the third time, I walked into the station office and demanded my card back and asked for the cashiers name because I wanted to make a complaint.
Dani's colleague was apologetic and helpful while being confused by my anger.
I apologise for raising my voice, but I realised that Dani only went quite and the rudeness left his face when I began to raise my voice when he justified that there was nothing wrong with what he did.
I was walking up and down the pump number 10 upon his instruction with no interest to assist me and that was what triggered me to demand for my card back and to write this complaint.
I was gifted a Petronas RM100 gift card which made me very happy upon receiving it.
But the way it turned out. I wish I never got this gift. I hope you investigate and get back to me.
I asked for Dani's full name, Dani Bin? I was told that he didn't have one. I wonder?

16/11 /2018 2105hrs mengisi petrol di Petronas Sg Lokan Bworth dgn kredit kad. Petugas kaunter telah key in & print resit tapi menyuruh isi Minyak dulu kemudian dtg semula ambik resit. Saya minta resit terus tak perlu berulang. Tak dpt resit katanya prosedur kena isi Minyak dulu & ambik resit. Saya org tua. Sanggup dia batal resit & minta saya bayar di pum. Bukan petama kali saya berurusan di Petronas tak pernah suruh mcm tu. Lepas tu suruh saya complen kalau tak puas hati. Saya bukan kaki complen. Nasihat saya pekerja tersebut mungkin stress cuma nasihat dia jgn sampai buang dia kerja. Tq. Pengguna tegar Petronas.
inaccurate air pumps
I went to Petronas Fuel Station at KM6.5 Jalan Pohon Batu, WP Labuan to refuel petrol for my car on 2018/11/15 at about 0845 am. After which proceeded to air pumping station to pump my car tyres. I set pump meter to 26 psi to inflate all 4 tyres. However, when I checked all the 4 tyres after inflation with my personal air pressure gauge the reading on all the 4 tyres was 35 psi. This indicates that the tyre is over inflated by 9 psi. As this has happened several occasions in the past so I brought it up to the Supervisor for her necessary action. I strongly suggest that the air pumps in question to be calibrated as soon as possible to avoid any untoward incident with regard to road safety.
poor customer service
Employee name hezry (13860) from petronas station jalan gopeng ipoh perak having a worst customer service behavior while interacting with customer. Cant even know the basic product name and doubtly when I ask back he reply so rudely. Dear petronas human resources department please beware with your intake of employees, hire someone who qualify with higher level of education and atleast having a basic manners sense. For sure he is there by someone recommendation. Doesnt look so professional worker there. Pist off with his behavior.
charging extra 100 rm on my credit card
I was there on Petronas jalan bukit chagar. on 21/10/18. sunday noontime around 12-2 PM.
I Fueled my bike for 39RM and i used CC to make the payment over the counter.
Two boys were there.
Now when i checked my Creditcard statement
There is an additional 100RM charged on my cc.
I didnt brought any thing from there. and it was charged as 2 bills
Kindly refund the amount that was overcharged on me.

stranger roving at petronas

I'm Veron. I'm writing to raise my concern on my latest visit experience at Petronas Mutiara Damansara, PJ Malaysia. 25 Oct 2018, 10.40pm
There are two young guys approached me separately when I wanted to pump petrol. I'm not too sure what they're trying to do. They claimed that they are not selling product, but I can see that they might ask for donation.
Just out of curiosity why there is no ground staff stop the two young boy from doing it so, instead just letting them approach every car that drive in. As a consumer I feel very insecure and annoying and I feel that it is very dangerous when there is stranger roving at petrol station. We wouldn't know what are those people trying to do on the consumers.
I hope Petronas can take into consideration not to allow stranger roving at Petrol station as we don't wish anything that could be happened to consumers.

I would like to make a complaint in regards to the pump station situated at :
Shell Jalan Tun Razak JB, Kampung Kastam Larkin, 80350 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
There are many times that the Petronas mesra is not working which I am very doubtful. Many times after petrol TOP up the counter cashier would use other meats card even though she swiped my card and the best part is the point update still remain the same figure as per previous receipt. However, today, as usual, the cashier says the machine not working. Please look into it -(1) the cashier misused the card point system and (2) lazy to online the system (3) the system never have adequate of maintain and update . Thank you for looking into he matter seriously .

Petronas kinarut (lok kawi) sabah selalu offline tetapi tiada makluman dipamerkan di bahagian kaunter atau pam minyak.
Pekerja di cawangan tersebut yang bernama noraida langsung tidak bersikap profesional dan tidak berpengalaman dalam membantu pelanggan. Pekerja seolah-olah berlakon meleretkan kad mesra pelanggan. Bila di minta resit, pekerja tersebut meminta semula kad pelanggan dan memberikan kepada saya resit yang tiada nilai point. Bila ditanya kenapa tiada point, mudah jawapannya.. Offline.
Apa yang membimbangkan saya adalah perkara ini sudah berulangkali berlaku di stesen petronas ini. Saya risau sekiranya pekerja mempunyai kad mesra sendiri di bahagian kaunter yang mana mereka gunakan bagi mengumpul mata point untuk diri sendiri. Harap pihak petronas dapat menyiasat perkara ini dengan sebaiknya. Sekiranya benar dakwaan offline yang berulangkali, maka wajibkanlah makluman dipamerkan di bahagian yang mana pelanggan mudah melihatnya. Tq petronas.

Saya pergi ke petronas jalan masjid negeri pada 8/10/18 jam 6.30pagi untuk membuat bayaran bil astro. Saya pergi ke kaunter dan bertanya kepada seorang staff (staff lelaki, mungkin warganegara asing) adakah saya boleh membuat bayaran bil pada waktu awal pagi. Staff tersebut tidak begitu pasti dan bertanya kepada seorang lagi staff (wanita bertudung) berkenaan bayaran berkenaan. Staff wanita berkenaan terus meninggikan suara kepada staff lelaki berkenaan "awak cubalah sendiri buat dulu" dalam keadaan marah dihadapan saya. Pendapat saya perkara ini tidak seharusnya berlaku kerana pelanggan masih lagi berada di kaunter. Walaupun staff wanita itu tidak memarahi pelanggan tetapi saya sebagai pelanggan terasa seperti telah melakukan sesuatu perkara yang salah. Harap perkara ini tidak berulang lagi dan harap petronas dapat menerima aduan ini. Terima kasih.

Aduan terhadap PETRONAS RNR GUNUNG SEMANGGOL dari arah utara ke selatan.
Saya perasan sejak berbulan lalu bahawa mesin swap KAD MESRA untuk dapatkan point di PETRONAS RNR GUNUNG SEMANGGOL sudah rosak.
Namun, pekerja2 di cawangan tersebut langsung tidak pernah maklumkan kepada pelanggan yg menggunakan kad mesra bahawa mesin swap sudah rosak & tidak boleh dapatkan point setelah mengisi minyak.
Mereka berlakon swapkan kad mesra pelanggan tanpa maklumkan bahawa sebenarnya tiada point yg diperoleh.
Terjadi pada diri saya sendiri,
setelah mereka berlakon swapkan kad mesra saya... saya minta resit untuk lihat jumlah point yg terkumpul. Namun mereka meminta kembali kad mesra saya untuk swap kali ke-2.
Mereka mencuba swap beberapa kali di mesin yg rosak tersebut. Dan akhirnya mereka dgn selamba berikan kepada saya resit yg tiada nilai point. Dan mereka tetap tidak maklumkan bahawa tiada point untuk isian petrol saya.
Jadi, sejak berbulan lalu... berapa ramai pelanggan di cawangan petronas rnr gunung semanggol telah ditipu point kad mesra mereka ? terkena pada diri saya sendiri sejak berbulan lalu & hari ini.
Pekerja hanya berlakon swap sahaja namun hakikatnya tiada point. Pelanggan tidak tahu kerana tidak meminta resit.
Kad mesra sy btukar point sy 2258 abis orh guna.. Sepatutnya kedai mesra check dulu nama dlm kad tu dgn ic masa redeem point tu. Klau kad rosak minta kad baru mcam2 soalan di tanya mana n steyen minyak mana beli minyak. Kenapa masa redeem tak tanya soalan. Tak selamat pun kad mesra tu. Sapa sapa bleh redeem

Hi im from penang, i would like to voice out my opinion to ur petrol station located in jelutong, penang.. Nearby lam wah ee hospital and old folks home.. I feel dissatisfied alot with service provided by 2 female waitress.. As u all put on petronas mesra logo.. I remembered last few years back, there were all polite n friendly staff.. All foreigner, all male.. N that time i really feel petronas is mesra.. N always go there to fill up my petrol.. But dunno since when these group of female workers came here.. I feel the environment totally changed.. Go in shop no more selamat datang.. No more senyuman.. Even no thank you after make a payment.. Not just like that.. Its like we begging them to give us petrol.. Now i wont ever enter there already because i go there as consumer i do not like to see a "sour face" while we r customer

this complaining its about the total volume of petrol in my car. i need to inform this issues to the petronas company in many times. but i failed to do that because i need to check many comparisons between other station petrol with petronas itself. therefore i was got the comparison between shell petrol station with petronas petrol stations. what i found which is when i filled the petrol at shell about RM20 ringgit malaysia my bar/sensor petrol in my car was increased about 4bars. BUT WHEN I FILLED THE PETROL AT PETRONAS STATIONS ABOUT RM20rggit malaysia, I WAS FOUND MY BAR/SENSOR PETROL IN MY CAR WAS INCREASED 3 BARS. SO i need to ask this question why this its happening and what actually the petronas trying to do?

foreign worker would not sell the petrol if customers do not have small change.
I wanted to refuel my bike yesterday. It turned out that the foreigner worker said if I do not have any smaller change than rm50 & rm100 (which I only have on that moment), he won't sell the petrol. I do not think that the petrol station should do this to the customers. The location is petronas jalan lorong pandan, melaka. The company name is airaz warisan sdn. Bhd. Went to fill up NGV for my car at Lot 9252, Bandar Baru Nilai, Mukim Labu, 7180 Nilai, NSDK. And noticed that the NGV is closed, when inquired at the counter the foreigner at the counter said its normal for them to close at 8pm it seems, is this true or this foreigners are too lazy, because as i know other place close like somewhere around 10pm i think..

new petrol nozzle doesn't auto-stop at subang usj4 petronas station
The Petronas station at USJ 4/1 has changed the new petrol nozzle a few months ago. The new petrol nozzle is not user-friendly at all. When I pull the stopper to the higher position, once the tank is full it won't autostop and this makes the petrol overflow. I have try to pull the stopper to a bit lower position, but it can not stop at that position, it seems like there is only 1 position for me to place the stopper (higher position). I have encountered this problem for a few times. Even I ask the worker there to help, still, the same issue happens. The station owner should look into this.
most pumping machines out of service for months.
This station located along Sarawak Kuching-Samarahan Expressway (bound for Kuching, next to Honda showroom) has many pump machines that are out of service (about 3-4 machines) for many months. Despite that, the management of this station has not restored the pump machines.
This station located strategically but many drivers including myself have turned away to other stations as it's time consuming for us to wait in the queue line due to a few pumps that are in service.
It's hope that the license holder for petrol station should deliver good service and promote good image by not letting pumps out of service for many months.
