I actually want to complain about false advertising. In your TV ad, a woman goes to repair a chip in the windscreen. When she wanted to pay, the repair man told her it has already been taken care of because her insurance will pay. I went to PG Glass Secunda yesterday 25 June 2019 and I had to pay for the repair and then claim it back from my insurance.
It is in direct contrast to your advertisement. It is very inconvenient because I did not have the money readily available. I payed for the repair but now have a whole in my budget until the insurance company pay it back.
