1 week ago I purchased various guides to Lightroom, Photoshop, and other tips on editing. I had to pay shipping/handling of about $30. Big mistake. I never received the items in the mail (I have no idea why these are actual books instead of being downloadable). I've received no less than 30 or 40 emails trying to get me to either use their services or purchase more. I did attend a webinar recently which was supposed to provide tips on how to make dramatic landscape edits. However, it turned out to be a nearly two hour infomercial.

I decided against continuing with their services based on these experiences. I've sent them 5 or 6 emails over the past 24 hours, none of which have been responded to, to cancel my order. I did receive an email that said if I don't cancel, they will be charging my credit card $49/month for services I no longer want. If/when any charges appear on my card, I will be disputing them.

Needless to say, other than spending two hours on the infomercial I have not had any contact with Serge. Therefore, I can't attest to the value of his services. I just know I want nothing to do with him or his company.
