Worst experience online shopping,
worst company to purchase from. Spent over $800 and received less than a third of my order and there is no way to contact this company for resolution. I've emailed them and have had no response other than them telling me it was delivered which it wasnt. I even received one half order that was shipped to a different province with a different womans name and a completely different addy. This company is a joke and not recommended. I am out over $500 due to thier incompetence. It's been 6 months and after 2 months of waiting they guaranteed me my items would come and it's just delayed because they have many orders. But that's a lie. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order missing 7 items
I ordered 9 items from this company on 8/8/23. They were having a sale. I did not get a delivery until 9/27 and they only had 2 of the items I ordered in it. I contacted them and they gave me a store credit. I want the items or a refund. They refuse. Horrible experience. You don't treat customers like that.

It's a slimey way to do business. Offer great sales, do not fulfill orders, give store credit on full priced items, take no responsibility, and "apologize" for the inconvenience.
Clothing and accessories scam
been weeks an weeks and not able to see my order update much less have they even bothers to update it. Always an excuse of the same generated message . No updates ..

I have not received my y last 6 orders from your company. Totaling near $300.00 these orders go back to November and extend to the adidas mystery box that I spent $50.00 on. Every attempt to find a resolution through the help option on your site has resulted with one explanation. Our logistic company has picked up your items and generated a USPS tracking number. Be patient and wait for the tracking info to update and USPS to receive thrnpsckage. No resolution no packages and I'm sure by now there are enough of us that if a resolution is not met the only option left would be to file a class action suit.

They had a huge sale. Took over two months to receive one item. They will not send my missing items. Myself and my son ordered from them. We both didn’t receive our full orders. They shipped a single flag to me and missing other items. Request a picture of the item I received. Still refuses to give me my items. They scam people. They offer a credit. Horrible customer service. And pretty much a scam. Take your money and doesn’t ship full orders. They should be shut down for fraud.
Desired outcome: Want my products or money back. They need to be held responsible for the lack of providing the goods to customers.
Duffle Bag - [censored] are Forever
Placed my order on 6/18/23. Received a tracking number on 6/19/23. It was a pre-shipment notification only. It had still not moved as of 7/11/23. I contacted them and they said it would ship that week. Nothing. Contacted them again on 7/24/23. Same excuse. Contacted them 8/3/23. Same excuse. I asked to cancel my order and they said they could not. I filed a complaint with Paypal and continue to get the same excuse that it will be shipping soon. I never expect to see it.

Deceptive business - do not trust this business
I started my first order by these promotions that promised boxes of duffles full of mystery items. 3 months later I received one duffle and two shirts. I reached out- they sent a $10 credit so I tried again. Ordered the same duffles(promo was now gone) and two tee shirts. I finally received the order I placed in April and what came…two tee shirts and 3 major items missing. They do not ship out less than 3 months from the order date and your order will come incomplete. They will then offer some $5 or $10 credit so you try again but honestly I’m more upset with myself not realizing this company is a scam. They need to be looked into for unethical business practices. I will not even attempt a reorder and I have since unfollowed their brand ambassador/creator. This is not how you run a business.

Mega mystery box filled/mystery duffel bag filled
Advertised mystery box and duffel bags “filled with [censored].” Shipping status stays in pre shipment for weeks without moving. When you finally get you order, it’s just crap! A hoodie, air freshener, bottle opener, and a pin. That’s all supposed to be worth $99? It’s all “give away garbage.” They sent 3 BOXES I ordered in 1 medium sized mailing bag.

Not only have I ordered from these scum bags 3 times but every time my order has been missing things. On top of that shipping takes absolutely way longer than it should especially since they don’t even send you half of your items. They are suddenly changing the name and sold out but this guy has faked his death and said the website was being shut down all to get more sales and revenue for this scum bag. Misleading shipping practices
I placed an order on March 5 and received an email stating my order was shipped on March 6th. I checked the tracking number I was given every couple of days and it still said tracking unavailable when I checked the first week in April. I reached out to them and was told the shipping label is created right away but my order had not yet been packed, I was assured it would actually be shipped last week. When I checked today (April 16) it has still not been shipped. I was offered a $10 off coupon for my next order but rest assured I will never be ordering from them again!
Desired outcome: At this point I just want my damn money back as the April 20 birthday this stuff was ordered for will be long gone before it ever arrives

Didnt receive my order for 4 months.
My story is the same as everyone else except I filed a complaint with my bank and that was how I was able to get my money back. Trying to communicate with these people is nearly impossible as the pigeon hole your complaint and give you canned responses. Everyone one of my emails were returned undelivered. They way they talk to you and call you names was funny at first until you have a real issue with your order and all you have to deal with is their rude ASLF ways. Dont do business with these people. They lie and string you along.

Missing an extreme amount of items from multiple orders
I have made about 10 places orders since oct 19th 2022 it's now dec 21
2022 I've received 3 orders and I'm missing over half of each order,they want me to send them pictures of the shipping label.and of the order I received which makes no sense? Yes possibly the shipping label but the items well most were Xmas presents and wrapped and sent away their [censored] out of luck with that one. With all my writing down on paper what I'm missing from my orders, taking pics of what I wrote down,taken pics of shipping label, write an email explaining step by step what I was sending them and why (wrighting as a 3rd grader so they can understand) it took me over 3 hours of my life I'll never get back because of their stupidity.
Now if this sounds like what you want to do with your free time, by all means go ahead and order from them. Now if you're an adult and not buying presents for teenage kids I suggest you go elsewhere because this company... Well theirs just isn't words for what/ how this company is ran!

Orders not shipped
I made 2 seperate transactions, one on Sept 3rd the other Sept 4th. It's been a month and they have no updated any shipping. I've contacted their support and all I get is, it takes 7-21 days for it to ship. It's now been 26 and 27 days since initial order was placed. Help. I'm going to attached 2 different orders and their shipping update. Both orders have the same tracking number.

Take it or leave it
I've had two orders come in from this place. After reading many other reviews and having similar experiences, this is how this company does business- They mark your order as "shipped" a few days after your purchase because their policy is you can not ask for the order to be cancelled or refunded if it is marked as shipped. Are your items physically shipped? Absolutely not. They leave the warehouse a month later if you're lucky, most are a month and a half. Then it gets sent to a third party shipping company called OSM Shipping, when looking at tracking, once the items ship it takes OSM 3-5 business days to get your package to you. Both times when I've received my package there have always been items missing. Customer Service has been prompt and replies day of or day after with credit for the items missing. You'll always get credit even if you ask for a refund or for them to ship you the missing item. Long wait, no refunds, missing items, is this the way to do business, definitely not, but at the end of the day you're paying $2 for $30-$50+ worth of stuff. You just have to unfortunately hush, and wait it out. Will you get your package? Yes. It's a gamble and like a forgotten Christmas gift when it arrives. This is just how these guys do business, so either stay away or understand this is the process.

im on day #8 of waiting for this order to come in. granted it wasnt a hefty order so i can imagine its not priority to them. nonetheless i paid around 8$ for 4-7 day shipping. on day 8 and tracking info says it hasnt even made it to USPS yet although LindaFineGold says its been shipped 8 days ago now. Paying for faster shipping, i dont mind. Paying for shipping thats gonna show up maybe a week after it says its gonna be delivered, just pisses me off. theyre FAQ says to basically [censored] at the parcel service for any mishaps but the problem is clearly with the company as it hasnt even made it to a parcel service yet. Not only that but they also misinformed me saying its already shipped when it clearly hasn’t been. A damn shame tho. Such cool merch, i wanna grab so much of it if the quality is up to par but this being my first experience with them, i will not be a returning customer from this experience alone. FIX YOUR [censored]ING SHIPPING HABITS.
