On the 7th January 2020 I bought R1438.53 of clothing from PnP clothing in Hillcrest. I took the items home to try on and on the 14th January 2020 I returned R1040 of the items. I had mislaid the slip. They refused to refund me despite the fact that the items still had all the tags on and they could check on my Smartshopper card that in fact I had bought the items there. The store manager insisted I exchanged the items for something else. I took 8 jerseys I have no need for and some socks. He also showed me the return policy notice but this was not pointed out to me at the time. Since some of the items were two of the same in differrent sizes it was probably evident that I was going to return some items. I would like to return the items I now have for a full refund or a gift card. I do not have a slip as the assistant manager said it is against company policy to issue one. If this is not resolved to my satisfaction I intend taking the matter of with the Consumer Protection Act Ombadsman. Lorna Mawer [protected]@gmail.com [protected]
