My name is Marion Marmion, I was in 10/13/2023, at 1:15pm in the afternoon. Rosa Hernandez was very rude, I went in because I was inquiring about a loan, she kept getting up to go talk to someone during our interaction, when she was getting my information. I have been a customer for 5 or more years. I have 2 checking accounts and a savings' wanted to refinance because I wanted everything at one bank. I was also interested in an IRA. She was discouraging me on the loan. I bought the vehicle a year ago and bought it at 38,000, and now owe 10,500. I told her I was just inquiring and she ran my credit anyways. I told her I did not want my credit ran if she thought it was not a good Idea. She did not listen to a word I was saying. I am now going to start looking for another bank and taking my money out of there. My Mom is closing hers also. She was very unprofessional and I am going to see if I can file a complaint with the BBB. I will be getting in touch with my friend who is an attorney. I went to your bank because I thought your bank was not like other banks like wells Fargo Bank, opening bogus accounts or running credit when they should not be.
Desired outcome: You need to talk to this employee, Rosa Hernandez and make sure she knows that there are legal consequences to mess with someone's credit. I am so furious.
