I have secured visa and it does not work now and would only work periodically since I got it in July of 2023. I got charged many decline fees when here was way more than enough available balance. For example the first week I had the card my purchases for 40 dollars was declined and my available balance was over 900 dollars. Had of course contacted them and they kept telling me it was a computer error and would very resolved. It was gor a short time. A week or two at max then I had to contact them again. I was then informed of the lawsuit and told that they were in the midst of switching to another financial institution and asked to be patient. That was a month ago. Now I cannot even login in to my account and when I phone I get recordings that say thie numbers been disconnected and is no longer in service or the number cannot be routed and to check the numbers and try again. I have sent emails with no reply and I have sent multiple live chat requests and all it says is we tumypicalky respond within a ew minutes and I never have recieved a response. I can't even send you any type of proof because I cannot login to get my statements.
Desired outcome: I want my full deposit back so that I can get a different card
