Silver Margin Account
I purchased over $40, 000 in gold coins from a dealer in Houston, Texas referred to as Nationwide Coin and Bullion Reserve.
I got a call from Mr. Climmie Sanders who said it would be a good investment to trade my gold coins for a Silver margin account.
This was almost $8, 000 in gold coins at $1, 680 per ounce on March 9, 2020.
I called several months later, because a statement of activity was never sent.
When I contacted Mr. Climmie, he said the entire silver margin account was wiped out and the gold had to be sold to cover the "loss" due to severe drop in silver [prices because of the COVID epidemic.
I called the office located at 3900 Military Trail STE 900 in Jupiter, FL and I spoke to a Mr. Young.
He said I would need to contact a lawyer, and he offered no explanation about the documented sale of gold coins to cover the loss in the margin account.
I can provide pictures of all related receipts.
Desired outcome: Return of gold coins traded ( I have a receipt) or proof of sale of gold coins.
Rotating investments in heavy metals
To whom this concerns: I was told the gold would be turned into silver, and since the six $20.00 gold coins were worth over $6000. It would be be going back and forth into silver and gold depending on the activity in the market. I had been receiving "statements" of purchases of silver dollars. Once when my homeowners insurance with allstate was cancelled I...

Unethical behavior
I being a disabled senior was put into an investment that did not meet my criteria by a salesman who only sought to maximize his profit and failed completely in following his fiduciary responsibility to the investor. I told him I wanted to buy some silver and have it stored there so when I wanted to sell it the sale would be done then not days later should...

Not good choice for metals investment
Jim Purnell of Treasure Coast Bullion Group called me (8/31/17)and explained the metals markets and investment choices and put me in a lousy investment after assuring me that this was a safe, low risk investment. It is a very risky investment. Don't let them fool you as they did me. I lost over $23, 000 in nine months due to the purchase price fee, the storage fee, the interest fee, the account opening fee, and the reduction in the silver spot price. The interest fee increased .5% and they never notified me. The account opening fee was supposed to be refunded and it never was. Jim had no idea what the silver market was going to do, yet he talked it up like it would increase astronomically within a few months of investing. He also made it difficult to sell my investment to recoup the remaining funds. They state that they "...are wholeheartedly committed to helping you expand and safeguard your hard earned money and investment account." Didn't do that for me. I have requested refunds due to their mismanagement, yet they have refused. I will continue to seek that remedy and review my experience until this is resolved satisfactorily.
