To start off, I was wrong, I made several names in pinochle. But I am elderly and disabled and trying to teach my grandchildren the game.
Now for my complaint. I was blocked, ok. But I wrote asking to please unblock me and the person on the other end…. Only known by “K” who wrote back to me that I must be retarded to try so many names. I worked for 20 years is mentally disabled adults and found it HIGHLY offense to all the ppl with mental disabilities who can't speak for themselves. K should be ashamed speaking to a customer that why.
Sincerely
“S”.

Creating several names to teach your grandchildren should not have resulted in such a harsh response. It's deeply offensive and unprofessional for someone to use such derogatory language, especially when addressing a customer. Having worked with mentally disabled adults, you know how harmful such words can be, and it's completely understandable that you found this response highly offensive. K's behavior is unacceptable, and they should indeed be ashamed of speaking to you in that manner.
