I crushed my PlayStation and it felt good! They screwed me over since I refused to pay $79 a yr for ps plus they made it so I can't play even campaign mode. I destroyed it so Noone else gets screwed like I did. I'm on a mission now to tell everyone in ps community. I bought warzone digital download and now I can't even play any of it because I won't do ps plus. Sony and ps are on my list of products I will never purchase again and it's my goal to tell as many as I can

Gaming online and game purchase
I purchased and downloaded modern warfare war zone 2 I played it for a few months and then suddenly PlayStation told me that I could not play online anymore. Unless I persuade PlayStation plus. I could not afford to make this purchase. And I did already purchase the game for 6999. And when I purchased the game. It was understood that it was an online game. I even went to try to play campaign mode because I cannot afford PlayStation plus right now. Especially at 7999 a year. and now I realize that they will not even let me load the campaign mode. I feel like this is piracy. As I pert made a purchase and now I cannot use that purchase. I will purchase no more Sony or PlayStation products.

After purchasing warzone as a digital download I attempted to play today only to be told I can't play online unless I purchase playstation plus for $79.99 per year. I even attempted to play offline campaign and it won't play. In my opinion this is theft. Playstation took my money and now they don't provide the means to play the game I payed for. I will sell my playstation and never purchase another Sony product.
I choose not to purchase PlayStation plus after years of not needing to do so. Now my game which I payed for will not work without, I feel robbed!
Access to own Account
01/04/2024 lost access to my PSN account and in turn have lost all paid games. Old email that is on file, I no longer have access to.(College email) provided credit card used, gamer tag, email, and serial number to Playstation that account was created on, but could not provide last transaction done(do to not having access to email that the invoice is sent to) they would not assist. Have tried their online help three times wast of time and have called 800 number. 800 number just says they are to busy and hangs up. I have always been a Playstation player, but after this taking my money elsewhere…

The system won't accept the login. I attempt to reset password, it won't accept the DOB verification information. I click having trouble. I'm instructed to contact customer support. I do that and I'm directed back to the online assistance that isn't working! I can't get a human on the phone to assist me. These game consoles cost too much money to have this much turmoil and difficulty to log into to them!

Defective Producr and Repair Time
Hello I purchased a PS5 late July of 2023 i had barely had the PS5 for not evem 60 days before the remote itself became defective. I set up a rapir and mailed it in right away. PS repairs received the remote as i got confirmation of delivery from UPS. I has taken them over a week just to start the repairs. Im pretty upset at the fact that i purchased such an expensive piece of hardware for the remote to be defective so quick. Its concerning to be honest. Again a 500 product i been wait years to own and this what i end up with.
Desired outcome: I would like my remote back asap along with some kind of compensation for receiving a defective product and having to pay to mail it back.

after my playstation 4 was zapped in a storm i tried redownloading the system off the playstion website only to not remember what email was linked to this psn i got rid of the playstation and have not owned a playstaion since and i noticed last year i have been billed for psn services so i tried to put a stop payment on it at my bank only to have psn services withdrawn from my bank account again this year, i explained that with the time zone difference and finding a phone number on the playstation website made it difficult for me to contact anyone about a refund. when i finally got ahold of someone i was told that because i was a couple days past 13 days i was not eligable for a refund. even though you can go into the account and see there has been zero activity for over 2 years! needless to say i will not be recommending sony to anyone i know and i will never purchase another sony product as long as im alive and neither will any of my family.

I recently began using a new controller it is the only one I have, and can afford I have bought every console since Ps1 and never complained about anything. It would really show that your company cares for its customers if you could send me a new controller. I have a nephew who is expecting to use the game in a week. Rude Customer Service
I called to fix an issue with my son's Playstation. I was on hold for OVER an hour waiting and then got hung up on. I called back, I spoke to someone named AKSHAY. He was super rude, cutting me off and in his own words "denying" anything I asked. I was on the phone again waiting for 50 minutes before I even got to talk to someone. Then I called back again and wait 20 minutes. At which point I spoke to someone to make a complaint and they "couldn't find the case number" and again I was hung up on! This is not okay!

Subscription cancellation request due to none-calibration of equipment
My son was unable to use his equipment as Playstation refused to assist in Calibrating it (some of it new - unused kit)... all within guarantee time.
We then try to cancel the subscription as he can't play on line with mal functioning kit - they ask for information on the account which is sent to them - then ignore the issue and don't cancel. - THEN they charge you again 3 months later... even though it was cancelled via the bank.. they use a different merchant ID.
I have e-mails they are still ignoring and a charge-back that may take 2 months to return... as well as the money they debited over 6 months ago which I challenged the day after, when explaining the above reasons as to why we want to cancel the subscription.
Desired outcome: Refund 2 x 24.99 euros and don't take out any more.
Banned for no reason at all
I was banned right after a lil kid was talking [censored] to me then ya'll just banned me I aint even say anything bad my account is scuttymate16 this is the fourth account of mine that has been banned and on all of them I was banned for no real reason at all some that were banned were just bull like I didnt pay for a game I bought then how did I buy it.

Multiple charges refused to refund
I was charged three (3) times for the same product that was downloaded once. I made several calls to support requesting a refund well over a month in time. On my fifth call, the manager finally told me that the charge is over 14 days old and can't be refunded. I see now that the process for processing refund requests is to not return calls or email requests until it is past the 14 days for the refund. Seems to be a sorry way to do business.

Sent me a voucher, along with ps5 console, 100$ more than normal console with horizon voucher included, the game is 60 by the way, but regardless the voucher is unusable, the code is damaged, and they absolutely know the product they sent to retrieve the voucher was damaged, the scratch off code was underneath already printed letter therefore when scratching off the silver part the printed letters cause the area underneath to stick to the card stock, making code unreadable, so not only was I charged 40$ more for a title that's 60 on their site, but the 100$ extra for the console was wasted since I can't even access the download. the support will not transfer me to a human, so customer service is non responsive.
Desired outcome: refund me 100$, or send me a new voucher.

On 8/1/2022 at around 2pm est. I decided to try and log in to my ps3 with my old account since I stupidly made a new account when I got a ps4 a few years ago. So I try to login to make sure I remembered the sign-in id and password. Good new, I successfully logged in. Bad news, the sign-in id was an old email that I no longer had. So I attempt to change the ID. This ia where the website bigs out and wont let me make any changes and keeps saying authentication error. So I log out and try to sign back in. No dice. Another authentication error and and it tells me to contact customer support. So I do via the online chat. Mario R. startes chatting and at first its fine. He asks me aome questions to verify the accout like the card of the accaunt for purchases and the transaction id and product name for a "recent" transaction. Again, I havent used my ps3 or this account in years. So I cant answer them. Mario says welp cant help you. I reiterat multiple time that I have the sign in and password and I don't need to change anything but he doesnt give a [censored]. Some empty platitudes where he completely ognores what I'm telling him and he leaves. Turns out all you needed was to log in on another aystem. Does he know that? Nope. Does he in any way listen to what I tell him is the issue and attempt to help? Nope. Just shoos me away when it isnt the exact thing he he thought it was with empty words about how much he qishes he could help but the policy just wont let him. I should have just looked it up myself but I stupidly thought that the error message was something more serious and that even if ot wasnt then customer support could still help. Apparently I was wrong since they are nothing but a but of apathetic [censored]s
PS5 digital version
So I bought my PS5 digital in late April. I only had it two weeks before it started crashing and couldn't play any games so I opened a repair ticket and then it came 5 days later and so I sent it in to the service ctr in Laredo, Texas to have it repaired and it took them several days so after receiving it back from the repair place and turning it on and downloading a game again to see if it works and to my astonishment it wasn't fixed and actually it was even worse than before. Previously, I could at least play the game 50% of the time. Now I can't even play any games. Like WTF. So I reached out to PlayStation direct to get a refund because it's obviously a lemon and they pretty much said go screw myself. And said no, even tho it's being in repair the whole time since having it. So I will be suing you and filing a compliant against PlayStation/Sony for selling me a lemon for 600 dollars and not fixing it or replacing it. I will be filing a complaint with FTC, BBB, and reaching out to a lawyer. How they treated me. A lifelong member of PlayStation for 10+ years is unacceptable

April 23, 20 purchased only madden 22 for $23. The following day on my bank account PS5 charged me $123 WTF. Today ( 5/12) Customer service said "I purchased 3 games". Which I never did! I went though my bank to get my refund that ps5 over charged me. Now locked out of my account, My yearly subscribtion I payed for, I can't play any of my games. I paid $600 for my ps5 which I can't play. I don't have a record of doing this and they know I haven't even down loaded the other 2 games.

denied one for my grandchildren.
I moved in the end of March 2022.
I knew the tenants that lived there prior to me. They moved the end of March 2022.
This makes me feel as if this is DISCRIMATION!
You need to check if the person is a renter or a home owner before they are denied.
