I've been with pockit for 3 years and they have now suspended my account asking for verification no phone not answering emails every thing is robots this is not right I can access my money this is my money not yours. Then to find out pockit is run by Pakistans and only 2 in office and not replying to anyone and also to find out they have been selling my details if u look in to your payees on Internet banking not app it shows they have been using my account to set up direct debits to 7 differnt country's Ukraine Pakistan this is not bank account guys if u have been with them it will eventually happen to u as they are fraudulent your accounts for there own personal uses then they hold on to your money and ask for more information don't fall for it any company that holds your money finicially should have contact number they are falling on vulnerable people guys please listen to me Read Less

Direct debit
After setting up a direct debit with my broadband provider and it running fine for several months Pockit then decided to decline payment. My account was in credit over £150 and the debit to STRIPE on behalf of BRSK for £16.50 was refused. Pockit then sent me a message saying I must credit them by £86? I had and still have plenty of credit on my account but they are refusing to pay. It's causing me all kinds of problems with my broadband provider "BRSK" for defaulting on payment when I've done nothing to cause it. Contact with Pockit directly is proving very difficult to say the least.
Desired outcome: Pockit put things back to where they were by accepting I had/have plenty in the account to cover my BRSK debit and that the fault was theirs in refusing the payment without me asking them to do so.

I have contacted them via email regularly only to keep being told it's under review, the review is taking way too long to resolve
The only way to contact them is via email and not by the customer service number provided on the card
The whole experience is stressful and very disappointing
I would not recommend this app to anyone

I am complaining against pockit because they suspend my account

On the date of 07.03.2022 around 10am i did a transfer of 1575£ from one other account of mine(Nationwide) to the Pockit account so i pay my rent. The reason i transfer the money into Pockit to pay the rent was because i didn't have the card reader from Nationwide so i can do the transaction and with Pockit you can transfer without a card reader. Minutes later i saw my transaction was declined and account was suspended and i couldn't transfer the money from Pockit account. I di understand on that time that they need further information from where the money come and what's the reason of the transaction. I did provide all the information and the reason, plus i was beging them to return the money as i am going to lose my property ,thing what also happen in the mean time i lost my property , some friends received me to sleep , but having a child is little bit to much for them and i do understand. But starting with the date ot 07 March when they suspended my account till today 22 March they haven't releas my money ,becausemy account was in review i did send all the information with billinginvoices fromDeliveroo i did send the statement from PaySend account because there is where Deliveroo is sending my wages, i did send statement with my Nationwide account, i also email them to return my money and i also send a picture as they ask ,with the statement from another account having on top name address sort code and account number and after i send the email to return the money and the statement, normally it's saying the money will be returned within 5 business days, but also didn't happen . That's why i am complaining here , please help me to take my money back , i don't want to have an account with them never in my life. Please help me to recover my money. Hello my name is Valentyna Nanarova I have a problem worth my pocket card that I no longer have since 6 April 2021 I have been fighting to get my £625 pounds back my online banking has been blocked and I bank card has been taken off me in the card mashing I have emails the bank they have replied and emailed me saying that I need to send my identity and proof of address which I did and I still did not get my money back after that they did not even reply I have tried calling them but they temporarily closed so they will not pick up when you called all I want is just my money back

I took legal advice and was told to try and resolve this with the compay but with no success
I want my money pockit and I will be going to trading standards and court if I had too and I will also report you to the police for trading and running a illegal service

they block and freeze your account - will not reply to emails - will not reply to letters - i have found that on line they are trading as Pockit and Pockit Ltd - the feedback on trustpilot which has 5* looks to me like solicited feedback - the english is not written how an english person would write as it is broken and the uninvited 20% of 1* feedback all state the same that this company are thieves - i have reported them to the fca to look into their dealings - they state that they want to be more transparent than high street banks yet a high street bank would let you walk in and speak to someone - this company ignores you and only wants conversation through their app but as you are blocked and frozen out of your account you cannot access the app - this company needs looking into

On the 18 Feb 2019 I made a 25 pounds money transfer to you from my pockit bank account in the UK I have just rung pockit about the transfer which was done at 11.26am from pockit bank the ref number was Granny 1 my pockit ref no is 1MVEEZ pockit have told me that the money left there bank but as you have closed my account where is my 25 pounds and why was it not bounced back to my pockit account so can you please send it back to pockit ASAP please

They lost my 300 pounds and can't find it.
Of course, they don't admit that they lost it, they always provide a billion reasons and promises, but in fact, they are just useless and do absolutely nothing to help me. I need my money, what else can be said? I trusted it to you because you had a lot of good reviews, but now I think most of them were fake.
It's very disappointing. I regret I dealt with you.
I hope soon everything will be resolved because I left a lot of complaints against them.
i transfer some amount and had near £1200 in my account they blocked and asked payslip i had provided still in review i could not contact in any way email also send so many times not any response this is trying to bank drops or scamming money from people every body don't use this or make scamming compline
