On 5.4.19 i visited the rosedale popeyes in maryland at 751 pm.When i pulled in the drive thru the 1st thing i noticed was a manager and another crew member outside sitting on the ground next to the dumpster smoking...when i pulled forward to place my order i was greeted with someone joking stating, " hello buddy what can i get you buddy", mimicking and imitating an older mexican guy. I asked for a moment to place my order as i was thrown off. The order taker then asked repeatedly "Buddy what can i get you, can you place your order buddy, buddy i dont hear you buddy" and then i proceded to place my order ordering 3 spicy tenders cooked fresh but i was interrupted by the person...saying, " buddy we just cooked the strips they just came up my buddy"I let him know that i still wanted them freshly prepared because if the long ride home i wanted to enjoy my food. He told me again that they already were fresh. I asked the order taker to refrain from calling me buddy. The order taker burst out in a laughter as i decided to go to the next window very irritated and disappointed and dissatisfied at the level of unprofessionalism taking place. Once i reached the window there was a lady and i asked her who was taking the orders. A young boy comes around and said, "me". So i asked the boy was there a problem that he could not do his job or was there something so comically funny that is going on tonight? He says "no I was tryna take your order". His voice was Sounding completely different from who took the order now no longer joking around. I asked him why is it that he doesnt take his job seriously or even customer satisfaction and then gave my order to the young lady as he went and prepared my food. I asked for his name and she said that it was Derrick ..i didnt bother asking for the manager because she was still outside smoking on the ground with anothet crew member beside the dumpster. He refused to cook my food fresh as requested as well as telling me that they ran out of lemonade which was my primary reason for visiting popeyes. Iwas very disappointed at this whole ordeal paid for my order and left. I opened up the box to check once i got home and as i placed 2 meals, they were both upsetting . My 1st order the 3 spicy tenders... one of the tenders were not spicy and they were all dry as well as the fries. It wasnt a full order of fries in either box and i was also missing a biscuit. The 2nd order 1 thigh and 2 drumsticks were dried out and burnt. The food was dissatisfying and my whole experience has led to extra measures to make this complaint. My sons meal was picked through as the fries were hard and chicken was dried out. Alternatively we had to select another place for dinner as out needs for dinner were not met due to this popeyes unable to provide fresh satisfying customer service as well as good quality food. Hopefully these crew members and managers are made aware of the impact that they contributed to and counseled so that another customer doesn't have to experience this.
rude worker/ building needs repair asap
On 5-1-2019 around 11:30-12, My aunt and I went to have lunch at the Des Plaines Location, and as soon as you walked in the door you stepped in a pool of water. It doesn't stop there once we had our order taken the cashier/ Manager tossed out our receipt. waiting time for food wasn't very long, but the manager/cashier did forget 2 of the items i ordered and when i told her that i was still waiting on stuff she then told me no i wasn't i only ordered this an this she had to go back and look and see that she was wrong no sorry came out her mouth for calling me a lair. as she was getting the rest of my items i noticed she was wearing flip-flops no socks and what looked to be like her pj's. my aunt and i were shocked, the other workers were in their uniform. We sat down an noticed the light fixture was falling off the ceiling and that there were different locations were the roof was leaking. now I'm sure manager knew about this but yet there were no wet signs put out and the table were the light was hanging from wasn't even blocked off. I called corporate to let them know, i was told they would be calling the owner and getting back to me.
4 pieces chicken
Yesterday I take 4 meals from popayes (hayat mall riyadh saudi arabia) and the quality of chicken very bad and it clearly that chicken stay before one or two days... We throw half of meal!?
Also they fake me!? By not accepting the entertainer application for discount and he forced me to pay complete payment, then I found very bad quality,!?
drive thru/parking lot in rutherford, nj location
My car was recently damaged in the drive thru due to an obstruction in the drive thru which is the pole in front of the menu board. This pole obstructs the entrance to the drive thru. It clearly cuts off turns made into the drive thru. In addition, there is another obstruction in the driveway exiting the drive thru. The safety of customers have been compromised as a result. I am aware of at least 2 other incidents such as mine, which I can confirm. I have heard of others, however, they have not come forward.
Therefore, I would like to complain of such obstructions and I would like your company to pay for the damages sustained from this incident which resulted from your negligence to secure safety measurements for entering and exiting your franchise.

Why is this store closed and why no signage about it? Twice recently I headed there for my lunch break and I arrived to find people were sitting in the drive-thru and never moving. As I was leaving I saw the inside was dark and the chairs were upended on the tables. No sign indicating what was going on or what to expect or if and when this would change. Went there today and could see no changes from a week ago. What is the problem? Why no information. That would be the nice thing to do!

Hello. I went to a popeys in Brampton Ontario with my family. We ordered a pretty big meal around 40 dollars. We waited about 5 plus minutes for our order which is fine. We got our food and our fries were very cold. Of course no one likes to eat cold fries. So I went to the cashier and said to her these fries are cold. Can I please have fresh fries. She looks at me blankly and after like 30 seconds she decides she will ask her manager. So I tell her the fries are cold. The manager looks at me and goes "the fries just came up" very rudely. So I tell her that I am telling her they are cold and am requesting to get new ones. She argues with me and then stares at me with attitude staring me up and down. Then after two minutes she snatches the fries really hard and slams them into the garbage and goes 'fine'. Now, this whole time my sister in law who is pregnant and was craving fries is sitting there waiting along with my nephew and brother. Please explain to me why she was refusing to give me fresh fries and arguing with me? I paid 40 dollars, I think I deserve fresh fries, don't you think. Now I work in fast food myself. It happens sometimes where fries can get old. Totally fine. But the way the manager treated my family and I and was super rude is unacceptable. I wasn't asking for extra food or my money back or anything. Just what I had ordered. The overall service was terrible. Even when they took our order, they did not greet us. Did not say have a good day or enjoy your meal. They were so miserable. I would like to be contacted to know how you will prevent something like this from happening. And let me make it clear, this isn't about free food. Its about respect.

I stopped at the Vince Lombardi Travel Plaza on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. I went to the Popeye's Store to order lunch. Beside the service being very, very slow, I did not get what I ordered. I asked for 6 pieces of chicken; 2 breasts, 2 wings, and 2 thighs. What I got was 1 breast, 3 thighs, and 2 drum sticks(legs). Since I was taking this food to go, I did not notice this until I got to my destination. I also only got 1 biscuit with my order. I would think that 6 pieces of chicken would get at least 2 biscuits.
I was really looking forward to eating this chicken, especially in light of the fact that there aren't any Popeye's near me and I was on the NJ Turnpike on my way to meet a friend. I called them and told them I was bringing Popeye's and they were as excited as I was, only to be disappointed as we began to eat.
Honestly this is ridiculous. Hire more ppl or hire new people that work faster. Been waiting in line as I type this for 20min in front of the register waiting. Holy hell! Incredible

I watched the manager correct a complaint order
He put the food that was on the tray brought back from the floor In the ready for service bins. He either should have let the lady keep the mistake order and given her a correct order, or at least thrown the incorrect order away. I reiterate he put food that had been out on the floor in the ready for service bins. If I had been a public health official I would have closed that unit immediately / every bit of food in the ready for service bins should have been thrown away.
I love your red beans and rice, and I have sung your praises for years, but no more.
There are a lot of complaints on the board but putting food back for service!
Someone should answer me or my next stop is to the Lake St Louis Mo Public Health, and the St Charles County Heath. That unit should be closed for cleaning and crew retraining immediately .

I've got to compliment you on the worst service I've had in my life. I was 5 cars back in the service lane, three cars ahead left because of the service. After 20+ minutes I got to the speaker to order. A person came on the speaker asked if I wanted their special then said they would be right back. After another 5 minutes no one came back. I guess that's the special. I left.

Hello on 1/5/19 i ordered the 20 piece family meal, plus two apple pies the chicken was very hard every piece, the apple pies were cold, the biscuits were hard and cold, i understand it was late BUT if your business is open decent food is expected, Popeyes food isn't cheap. lansing mi location
I have went to popeyes lansing, mi on mlk blvd location. On two different days in the last week requesting the holiday feast I was told twice the do not have the holiday feast at there location. Well last night [dec. 3 2018 ]was the second attempt and they said they only had all other bucket deals except holiday feast. So I got home the 10 piece bucket meal I ordered was missing my biscuits and I ordered red beans and rice and received mashed potatoes. I tried to call store to complain and there phone had a busy signal all evening. So this morning I call to speak with manager and I was treated very badly, he wouldnt tell me his name. And he told me he was sorry not sure why they said that, but I cant get no free chicken for that and I should come back to store instead of calling.. So I informed him iam wheelchair bound and I take cabs everywhere. So im already upset at the fact I was charged 23 for a 10 piece bucket and got less then the holiday feast. And the guy was very rude and alot of people eat fast food are disabled and cant just come back to store to fix order they got wrong. And how can u fix lying to me about a holiday feast. I would not even be going to this extent if Popeye's customer service was half way decent.
I complained over the phone via their customer service line, I tried to contact the store manager (after ringing for what seemed like forever, the only greeting I got was go ahead in a very rude hard to understand accent), I have filled out a contact us form, I have also used messaging on facebook on Popeye's main account- only to be continuously ignored, and my concern has not been addressed. I visited on Sunday evening and ordered a 10 piece spicy tenders family meal, after the guy repeated my order back to me correctly and I waited in line over 20 minutes with a screaming 5 year old, it did not even cross my mind that I might not have the correct order. I then drove home (25 minutes away) frustrated from the wait. After I got home, I realized that I had gotten a 10 piece mixed box. I do not eat bone-in chicken, and I absolutely would not have gone to Popeye's for it. This was not even a huge issue-had it been addressed properly. The main complaint is the customer service, they never tried to make it right and I could not get a call back. I could not even get a robo-response.
5 pc tender combo, cajun fish and shrimp meal
I have one ticket but I asked two separate orders being they were going to different homes. By the time I get home which was about 20 minutes my fish and shrimp meal was so hard it was an edible, the pieces I tried to chew cut my gums. Very very crispy like overdone and chewy on the inside. My dad who got the 5 piece tenders which he absolutely loves, said they were so dry and so hard on the outside he had trouble eating them. I do have pictures of the fish unfortunately I wasn't with my father when he ate the tenders. With that being said I visit this Popeyes in Valley Stream often and never had this problem before

I had terrible experience today, decided to get some chicken for dinner, ordered family meal 8 pieces, tried to pay with $100 bill, staff refused to accept, I had few different $100 bills, offered any of them, no success... I called manager, asked him about $100 bill policy, he wasn't helpful, told me that they're making random decisions accept or not, in my case they decided not... I'm Registered Nurse, working full time job in hospital and don't look like homeless or troubled. The worse that staff didn't try anything to resolve the issue, just let me go as is... I have debit and credit cards as well, didn't want to use them after this nasty $100 bill situation... I went to different location after, place the same order and paid with my $100 bill with no problem.

I went through the drive window at popeyes in Huntsville tx and I ordered 5$ boneless bash wings an soon as I pull to the window they hand me my food a lil to fast.so I leave and come to find out I see why so fast my food was cold not fresh had grease in box like they had been sitting a while so I had left already so I couldn't return them hopefully I don't get sick
