I have been seeing the advertisement for the $5.00 shrimp box for the last week or so on TV. Today, being Friday I visited Popeyes in Carencro, LA.
I wanted to purchase the shrimp box because I do not eat meat on Fridays. The waiter told me they were not selling the shrimp box yet. I was fabler-gasted, telling him they have been advertising this on TV. He told me I could order a surf and turf (chicken fingers and shrimp). If they have shrimp for the surf and turf why do the not have shrimp for a shrimp box? Is this some kind of bait and switch or false advertising ? I left the Popeyes and went to Hardy's next door. To say I am upset with Popeyes is an under statement.

My husband and I went to Popeyes in new Iberia, la. On Wednesday July 31, 2019 at 9:00 pm my husband went in to order because drive thru line was long. He ordered 3 piece white dinner and chicken sandwich. 7 people after him ordered and their orders were filled before his. This is unacceptable to both my husband and I because we pay good money for this place as we go there often. I have a picture of what my bun for sandwich looked like and it was not acceptable to me.

This is the second time in a three or four month period that I have complained about this Popeye's location #11941 on Coulter St. in Amarillo, Texas. --- Originally, I was excited that we were getting a Popeye's so close to us, however, I stopped frequenting this location because of poor service! --- However, I have a grandson that loves Popeye's and when he visits that is what he wants! My last two attempts to please his wants have not been good experiences. --- When I complained three or four months back there was a male representative there attempting to train the employees to give better service. --- Evidently, he was not successful! --- Today, Friday June 28, 2019, I drove to the speaker at the drive-up. I waited probably 5 minutes before anyone recognized that I was there! I ordered and then had to wait behind other cars for approximately 10-12 minutes. When I finally got to the window, one of the cars before me had pulled up further along the drive thru waiting to get their order completed! --- I then was asked by the young female at the window "what" my order was again as she mentioned most of the items incorrectly! --- I then had to wait for my for my order to be cooked! When the second female person brought my order to the window, I asked that she please repeat what was in the order. In a surly ill-mannered way she would only say, "whatever you ordered is what is in the box"! In total shock at her attitude, I left! --- Upon arriving at my home, we had to throw away the onion rings because they were over-cooked and dry! --- I then decided to call the district manager, Abby Muir, to let her know of my displeasure. She was just short of being disinterested! She attempted to tell me that the Coulter location had the highest ratings of any of the Amarillo locations! When I told her that I had used some of the other locations and had never had poor service or bad orders, she attempted to bully me by saying I was calling her a liar! I told her to stop her attempts to put words in my mouth! --- I will not ever use this location again! --- My neighbors and I are sorely displeased to have the worst Popeye's that any of us have every been to!

At the drive-thru at Popeye's #2010 at 3:37pm, Houston time, order 76, I ordered a 2pc meal with my side to be cole slaw with a sweet tea easy ice. Well, I received a 2pc brick chicken with mashed potatoes but didn't realize the error until I had made it back home on the other side of Houston by the Galleria. That chicken was so old and hard that I put it straight in the trash and I am totally disappointed. I know the ticket was only $7.78, but I don't have money to give away like that.

I came in Popeyes around 3:45, I had a good conversation with Elaine & Janice upon my service. I dined inside, as soon as I guess the second shift came in I noticed that the whole atmosphere had changed. Me & my husband just sat there & continued our meal. This is not a bad complaint I come in every Monday night & I have noticed the same energy from those two employee Anitra & Vernisha. The Manager was preparing to change over shift, & I noticed Vernisha was arguing with the manager about certain things, & the manager continued to to change the shift. Then I noticed the other employee Anitra came in customers waiting to place orders & Anitra just stood there not trying to help out. They both started arguing & giving the Manager ATTITUDE so the manager just sent both of them home. I think the manager did a good job cause Im a manager also & I would have done e the same. Overall I'm really not complaining but I just had to let you'll know about your employees. I will be returning "I LOVE POPEYES"

red beans & rice
The red beans & rice was actually mush & rice. I honestly couldn't recognize a single bean in the ‘very small' portion I was served. For $1.94 a serving, I would have expected a little more than a couple mouth-fulls of food. Ridiculous. I also waited in line about 30 minutes, only to be told they were out of any type of ‘mild' chicken, which is why I only bought sides.

Hi my name is Aida and I went to the Popeyes on route 130 in Pennsauken nj my service was terrible I waited for 1 hr and 15 min for my food I was being ignored and when I asked for a refill on my sweet tea because the one out for customers was empty and the soda machine was not working either the one guy that I believe was a manager he went to get my refill and he wanted to make sure the tea was sweet the one employee that I over heard told him " just give it to her like that don't she got sugar in her house let her put some home " well I heard that and god knows that u did not want to know what ran through my mind to do I told him you need to control your employees not yet alone 3 customers walk away because they heard her smart mouth and attitude not only that employees with no hair net, wearing jackets in front, they were talking any kinda away, I asked how much longer for the food and my respond from another employees was you want your food done right or do you want it raw I am really upset and I 25 yrs ago woulda took it all a whole different way but I am 40 now and I try to calm myself down that place needs new management and employees with sense and respect

I have visited several of your establishments and at various times of the day.
At each of them I was told that they had sold out. My question to you, are the stores in the inner cities only allowed to have a limited amount of chicken breasts?
After being told they had no sandwiches, I had to order something else from the menu. The food was ok, however the wings were very small. I felt taken advantage of. Sure I could have left and went to a competitors establishment but I was so longing for a Classic Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
