I used Precise Roofing for roof replacement on my house and they did a great job. Didn't have to worry about contacting insurance which was hard to deal with and the installation was quick and professional and they didn't leave any trash behind. Highly recommended.

I got three estimates, and the Precise bid was slightly higher than the lowest of the three. Precise Roofing and Exteriors was the only estimator to note that there appeared to be hail damage to the roof and I appreciated the thoroughness and clarity of their proposal. The work was completed in two days, the crew was considerate and the new roof is perfect, with proper drip edges and flashing. Very happy with the work.

This is the second time I've used Precise Roofing for issues with my roof. They've done excellent work both times at a reasonable rate. With a leak around my old chimney, it took several times to find the real issue and they came back every time and got it repaired. Precise Roofing and Exteriors and his team is incredibly meticulous. Their attention to detail is amazing. They replaced my entire roof about a year ago here in [location]. I had to have a skylight replaced recently because of a fallen tree limb. The employee was incredibly professional, wearing a mask throughout. After installing the skylight he went in and out of the house to get the glass spotless. He even went as far as putting towels under the legs of his ladder indoors to keep the floors from scratching. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the best.

We requested quotes from about six businesses. Precise Roofing and Exteriors was fairly similar to the other quotes we received. They responded quickly to additional questions and requests that we had and sent a detailed itemized invoice. They did a great job replacing damaged siding on our chimney as well as replacing our front door porch railing with vinyl. The work was very well done and the workmen were very professional. They also identified and replaced a few damaged boards. Throughout, we communicated well with the supervisor onsite as well as via email.

Precise Roofing and Exteriors handled our insurance claim for hail and wind damage to the roof. They were professional and trustworthy during the entire process starting with the initial inspection. They provided the proper documentation for the insurance company and worked closely with the adjuster to get the correct settlement. The workers showed up as promised and did quality work. They protected the areas around the house so not to do damage to our property. They cleaned up each day when they completed their work. We had both the main roof replaced and 2 sections of copper roofing. We are pleased with all the work and would recommend Precise Roofing and Exteriors to others.

We used Precise Roofing for a shake-shingle roof this Fall. The owner, John, and his team were extremely professional in handling our roofing project. They were very busy with many jobs during the time they were to do our home's roof and there were many details that John handled with high attention to detail and no issues at all. Prior to contracting with Precise, John was very willing to meet with me on many occasions to address specifics of the job such as HOA requirements and potential insurance claim adjustments.
