I gave $50 to book a hydro-facial appointment
I gave $50 to book a hydro-facial appointment. I cancelled ahead of time and they said they would give back the $50 they took from my Visa at first. I didn't even know this place but the ad seemed interesting. But guess what? They didn't give me my money back even though I talked to three different folks in the past month who all said they would refund, just like we agreed. Well, $50 for nothing won't harm me, but the lack of honesty in this surgery center is unbelievable. I wouldn't go there even if you paid me. Be careful!
I'd give this place less than a full star if I could
I'd give this place less than a full star if I could. I had a breast augmentation revision to remove my old implants and get bigger ones. The left side got so swollen that I had to go to the ***. The size I wanted was nowhere near what I got, and they didn't explain why. The doctor said the CC's were bigger than the card they gave me. The new implants aren't much bigger than the old ones, and now my right breast is way smaller than the left, which wasn't the case before. One of the doctor's assistants noticed this too. When I asked for the right side to be fixed, the doctor acted like nothing was wrong and didn't offer any discount. They suggested I get another augmentation that would cost even more than the first one.
I'd give zero stars if I could
I'd give zero stars if I could. I've been to the office for *** a couple times before my last visit. In February , I had *** and lip filler done. The lip filler experience was awful. No aftercare info was given, no follow-up appointments. The whole process felt rushed and uncomfortable. The numbing didn't work, and I felt every needle. Within a MONTH, the *** and lip filler were "gone" - never happened before with *** (usually lasts 8-9 months for me). In March , I went to a new place hoping for a better experience and outcome. I showed them dated pictures of my experience at Precision MD, and the first thing they noticed was that the lip filler wasn't done properly and *** INJECTED IN THE *** PLACE. How does a doctor mess this up? How do the other ladies in the room ***ICE? You're doing procedures on people's bodies - no room for error. I hope others learn from my lesson. Don't go here. It's *** worth the risk or loss of money.
Precision MD is a SCAM
Precision MD is a SCAM. It's been 6 months since my "halo procedures". I was afraid to write a review for Precision MD is a bizarre place that pressures you into releasing a lot of money. I paid $4,000 for two skin procedures whereas I felt like I was at a free esthetician training school. I was at a week moment, after a year of online teaching middle school...I wanted to treat myself and I was pressured by a very unknowledgeable office technician to sign a $4,000 contract for two Halo treatments and one hydro facial. Upon my consultation, the diagnostic machines did not work. The first halo treatment was good. I was examined by an unprofessional, nonchalant "doctor" for literally 2 minutes and then had my facial. I booked an appointment with the exact same technician, Aspen in the next 6 weeks. I had to call and ask about my "second" facial and come in twice for a "post opt" appointment, in which a different lady, each time did nothing but look at me and talk to me randomly for 4- 5 minutes total. After calling twice I was able to book an appointment for my "second" halo treatment. I booked with Aspen, but Aspen did not show up. I had another nice lady who in the middle of my treatment, took a phone call, then left the room and left me on a table with a laser going over my head. I left after the second treatment and never was contacted again by this organization. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience with Precision MD.
BUYER BEWARE, BAIT AND SWITCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!
BUYER BEWARE, BAIT AND SWITCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got a Miradry procedure about a year ago to help with my sweating problem. The doctor and sales rep told me the first treatment would cost $1900, and if I needed a second treatment, it would be around $900. They also said the first treatment would be 80% effective, and some people might need a second treatment to completely stop sweating. After about 8 months, I noticed the sweating coming back, so I contacted the company to schedule a second treatment. On the day of the appointment, they told me it would actually cost $1350. I was surprised because I was quoted $900. They explained that the sales rep who gave me the $900 quote was no longer with the company. Instead of honoring what they had said, they insisted I pay the extra $1350. I was upset, but I went ahead with the appointment because I needed my condition fixed. After the second treatment, I noticed sweating and odor under my left arm just a few days later. I told Precision MD about this and explained that they must have missed an area during the procedure. It took 8 months for the sweating to come back after the first treatment, so it seemed like something went wrong. They made an appointment for me 6 weeks later, once the swelling had gone down, to address this issue. During the follow-up appointment, they tested both armpits and saw that sweating was still happening on both sides. They asked me what I wanted to do. I told them I had already spent $3300 and I wanted to leave this experience knowing that my sweating problem was fixed, as they had promised. The next day, they called me and said they would do a third treatment, but I would have to pay an additional $1350. This is not right! This whole experience has been painful and expensive, and I didn't get what they advertised. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they are making me pay for them. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. It feels like they are bordering on fraud, and I think the Greater *** should know about my experience.

Liquid rhinoplasty made my nose huge
Please do not ignore the other bad reviews because I learned the hard way :( I got a liquid rhinoplasty to just bring up the tip of my nose and during the consultation I felt that the doctor was ignoring the specific things I wanted so I repeated them a few times. I specifically stated that I did not want filler in the area between my eyes because I am...
Read full review of Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery CenterI had to cancel a procedure I had scheduled at Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center two weeks ago
I had to cancel a procedure I had scheduled at Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center two weeks ago. It was for Vaser Liposuction, and I had already paid the full amount of $6000. The reason for my cancellation was that I felt rushed during the consultation, and the doctor didn't properly explain the treatment plan to me. I just didn't feel comfortable going through with the procedure. The doctor's behavior was quite unprofessional. What bothered me even more was that they asked me to pay for the procedure before even having a consultation with the doctor. It was only after I paid that I realized this was not right. They assured me that I would receive a refund, but it's been two weeks now and I still haven't received it. I've sent them multiple emails and tried calling and leaving messages, but they never respond. And whenever I ask for the manager, they always say that the manager is "unavailable."
I had a consultation at Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center on 11/2 for a procedure
I had a consultation at Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center on 11/2 for a procedure. They told me to go get blood work done. I called to let them know that I wouldn't be able to get the blood work results on the same day. Then the staff called me back and said that the doctor said I'm young and healthy, so we don't need it. They asked me to come back to the center so they can schedule me for tomorrow. I did go back to the office and told Jessika that the reviews were bad and I wasn't feeling right about it. Jessika assured me that I'll be fine, promising me. They sent me to get prescriptions. The pharmacist told me that one of the prescriptions is a special order and they don't have it. I called Jessika again to cancel and let her know that I wasn't feeling good about the surgery from one day to the next. I also cancelled via text. They want me to reschedule so that I don't lose out on $12,500. I don't want to reschedule because what they are doing is unethical. How can a doctor not see me and not want blood paperwork? They said they have a 14-day cancellation policy, but they didn't give me that chance from one day to the next. Please help me.

I had an appointment scheduled at Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center on January 4 for a procedure similar to Botox
I had an appointment scheduled at Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center on January 4 for a procedure similar to Botox. But when I called in December to reschedule, they told me that the person who does that service had been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID. I asked when they would be rescheduling the appointments, but they didn't know. So, I asked if I could just cancel my appointment and get a refund of the $375 that I had already paid in full. They talked to the office manager, ***, who said it was okay. At first, they told me it would take 90 days to get my refund. When I asked why it would take so long, they gave me vague answers that didn't really answer my question. The next week, I called again and asked to speak to someone in charge. They said the refund would be deposited in two weeks. Since December , I have been calling every week and they keep telling me it will be another week. The manager, ***, has made promises that he doesn't keep.
I got a laser package of 4 treatments from Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center on 6/1
I got a laser package of 4 treatments from Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center on 6/1. I had my first treatment on that day, which covered my *** and chest. The second treatment took place on 11/6, and it only focused on my face. They explained that they had only scheduled the procedure nurse for that specific time, but they offered me a free laser treatment for my neck and chest at a later appointment. Due to my full-time job, I decided to continue with the remaining two treatments without making up for my neck and chest. I had an appointment scheduled for a complete treatment today, on 12/4. However, they informed me that I had received incorrect information earlier, and the treatments I paid for only covered my face. They offered to refund me $280 for the remaining two treatments since the person who initially sold me the package had given me the wrong details. I declined the money. I do have my invoice that shows the 4 treatments for ***.
I went to Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center for a consultation and paid $1350 for a medical procedure on October 7
I went to Precision MD Cosmetic Surgery Center for a consultation and paid $1350 for a medical procedure on October 7. I told *** about my recent surgery, but she said it wouldn't be a problem. However, on October 22 and October 30, I got text messages canceling my appointments for October 26 and October 30, due to a family emergency. They rescheduled my appointment for November 9.
When I arrived on November 9, Precision MD said they couldn't do the procedure because of my previous surgery, even though I had already mentioned it during my consultation. They promised to refund me the full amount of $1350 and said I would see it on my Care Credit the next day, but I didn't receive anything.
On November 12, I got an email from Precision MD saying I would receive my refund by November 25. They even included a letter from the Law Offices of *** confirming this. However, on December 3, I received another email from Precision MD (***) saying I would get my refund "by the next week." Then, on December 10, I received yet another email from Precision MD (***) saying I would receive my $1350 refund within 90 days.
I contacted Precision MD on December 16, to let them know I still hadn't received my refund as promised and to ask about the conflicting information in their emails. I'm now stuck making monthly payments on my credit card while waiting for my refund. It has been over three months since my appointment in October, and there's no reason why I shouldn't have received my refund by now. I've tried emailing and calling both Precision MD and the Law Offices of ***, but they haven't responded to me.
