I bought the whitening system from Primal Life Organics for $200. But guess what? After a few days, them fancy blue lights stopped lighting up. And to make matters worse, after several days, the whole darn system wouldn't charge no more. Can you believe it? I've been sending them emails over and over again, but I ain't heard a peep from 'em. This here is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I tell ya.

They claim to offer customer support through an online chat feature, but guess what? Nobody ever responds! It's like talking to a brick wall, man.
I've had enough of this nonsense, you know? I'm not gonna let them get away with it. I'm filing a complaint with BBB, man. And you know what else? I'm disputing the charge on my credit card. They can't just take my hard-earned money and leave me hanging like this, you know what I'm saying?
