done but nothing happens
done but nothing happens. I pay my fees on time but they don't seem to care about the safety and security of the community. It's frustrating and disappointing. I hope they step up and take action soon.

I've been trying to contact Prime Community Management since May to find out my monthly HOA fee for ***. I've tried calling, sending mail, and emailing them, but I haven't received any response. Ms. Amanda F did reply to my email, but she said she couldn't discuss my account with me. As the homeowner, I find this frustrating. I also asked if they could send me the receipt from last month, as I didn't know how much it was. To be safe, I sent them $180 dollars for my June payment, so I wouldn't miss it. However, I really just need to know the exact amount and if they can send me a payment book.

I have a complaint against the manager (whoever handles my HOA account) and the HOA management company, Prime Community Management/PCM, LLC, and its officers. They have continuously failed to provide me, a homeowner and member, with regular bill statements/invoices so that I can pay my HOA fees. I am not a young person and it's difficult for me to remember what I need to pay. This has been happening for many years since they took over. Whenever I send written letters to the HOA, they never respond. There is a complete lack of communication. Prime Community Management only seems interested in collecting dues and offers no assistance to homeowners.

I'm a homeowner and I want to share my experience with Prime Community Management LLC
I'm a homeowner and I want to share my experience with Prime Community Management LLC. So, the other day, my mom came by to lend a hand and feed our dogs while my wife and I were out. She parked her car in front of our house at around 7:27pm. But guess what? Just ten minutes later, at 7:37pm, her car got towed! Can you believe it? We even have security cameras to prove it. The worst part is, there was no warning, no sticker, nothing. They just swooped in and took her car away, with her phone and purse still inside. Poor mom, she's 74 years old and had to chase after them down the street, but they just drove off. Luckily, some kind neighbors came out to help her, but it turns out they've had similar experiences too. I didn't get back home until 9:30pm, and by then, I had to shell out a whopping $350 to get her car back. Can you imagine? It's just not right.
Prime has taken our HOA money and has not properly maintained and managed our community
Prime has taken our HOA money and has not properly maintained and managed our community. They often avoid taking responsibility and instead shift the blame onto others, which is a typical response from Jeannie ***. Recently, electrical work was done, but it does not appear to meet code requirements and poses a safety hazard. When we reach out to our HOA management, PRIME, the response time is always excessively long, and we are constantly given excuses or hear about someone else's problem that Jeannie *** chooses to blame for her own failures. This electrical issue is completely unacceptable, and they have completely ignored the numerous complaints made by us and the other 133 paying clients. We have stucco falling off the walls and rusty, dented metal at our entrance box, among many other issues that are too numerous to list here. We desperately need intervention and assistance. Thank you.
I bought a unit in Sunrise Bay and the HOA won't post payment for my monthly assessment
I bought a unit in Sunrise Bay and the HOA won't post payment for my monthly assessment. I emailed and no response. I called and was hung up on multiple times. When I did reach them I was told they're not involved in the HOA anymore. I asked her who to call and she said I have no idea what to tell you. I asked how do I pay my monthly HOA. I was told by them I have no idea. I have a credit of $780.00 in my online Prime NV online account. I'm a US citizen born in the United States. I have a right as others have to pay my monthly HOA. The last time I talked to anyone in my community, I was screamed at by an older man over a pool across the street that I AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE FOR SOME REASON. I was told several months ago I would be allowed to use the pool. This never happened. I am allowed by law to pay my monthly HOA regardless of who I am. I owe the HOA $260.00 Post payment!
1) I had a problem with the property walls when I bought my house a few years ago
1) I had a problem with the property walls when I bought my house a few years ago. They said they would fix it, but they still haven't finished the job. There's still a big gap, about 3 inches, between my neighbor's property and the wall from the street. They kept saying they would fix it, and even told me they already did, but that's not true. They lied to me because the issue is still not resolved.
2) There are some trees outside near the wall that keep growing and causing it to crack. And to make matters worse, branches have fallen off and hurt my 2-year-old kid. I told Prime about my child's injury, and they said they would remove the trees. They did remove some trees from other parts of the wall, but they refused to remove the ones that hurt my child. They lied to me again because they promised to remove those trees. I have emails to prove it.
There's been this weird buzzing sound in my bedroom walls for like 3 weeks now
There's been this weird buzzing sound in my bedroom walls for like 3 weeks now. It's driving me crazy! I've been living in this awesome community called *** for a solid 12 years. I really dig the gated setup and my neighbors are cool. The common areas are always clean and pretty, plus the security cameras and lights make me feel super safe. But on May 10th, I started hearing this annoying electrical hum in my bedroom walls. It would start around 7:45pm and go on until 5:45am, which is when the outside lights (patio and security lights) turn on. So, I figured it must be the security light right next to my bedroom wall. I reached out to Prime Community Management about it and they sent an electrician over the next day to fix the light fixture outside my window. But guess what? The buzzing came back that same night and kept me up all night. I let Prime know, and they sent the electrician again, but the buzzing was still there after he left. They even tried replacing the timing box, thinking that might be the cause of the buzzing in the walls. On May 22nd, after the electrician came out for the third time, they left the lights on for a whole week, day and night. But guess what? The buzzing didn't stop for even a second. So, in the span of 3 weeks, they've come out 4 times to fix the light fixture, but the buzzing is still there in the walls. Since May 17th, I've been recording videos of the buzzing in the morning and at night when I'm home. On May 29th, the community manager and HOA President came by to check it out. I showed them all the videos I've been taking since May 17th and had them walk through my bedroom. They said they could hear the buzzing too. I've even shared the videos with friends and family, and they heard it too. My neighbor and a couple of friends have come over in the evening and heard the buzzing as well. We figured out that it's not coming from the light fixture itself, but from inside the walls. I was told that the electrician completely cut off the power to the light next to my wall, but the buzzing still starts in the evening and stops in the morning like clockwork. Now that we know it's inside the walls, nobody wants to come and fix it. On June 3rd, Prime basically said they have no clue what to do, so they'll bring it up to the *** Board during their next meeting on the 29th... which is like 26 days away. I've already put up with this buzzing for over 3 weeks, and now I have to deal with it for another 3 weeks because nobody knows how to fix it. It's messing up my sleep and I can't even sleep in my own bedroom unless I wear earplugs. Some nights I crash on the couch or crash at a friend's place. Please, for the love of sanity, make the buzzing stop.
I want to complain about Prime Community Management (Prime) because they unfairly fined me
I want to complain about Prime Community Management (Prime) because they unfairly fined me. They automatically deducted $50 from my bank account every month for my HOA fees, but then on February 25, I received a letter from Prime saying that they had taken over from the previous property management company and became our new management company starting from October 1. They claimed that I owed them $475 for HOA fees from October to February , as well as fines. I found out that the management company had changed, but they didn't transfer my automatic payment method to Prime. I contacted Prime right away to pay the HOA fees I owed and asked them to waive the fines, but they refused. I think the fine is unfair because it's not my fault that I didn't receive the HOA fees. The problem lies with the two management companies and their failure to transfer my payment method to Prime. Prime ignored my request to reconsider the fine. They also asked me to fix my garden. I followed the procedure and applied for a construction permit, hired workers, got signatures from my neighbors, and submitted the construction plan and materials. After completing all the paperwork and paying a $1000 deposit on March 19, I waited for the construction permit from Prime. Two days later, on March 21, I sent an email asking if the permit was approved, but I received an automatic reply saying that the office was closed due to COVID-19. Since then, I haven't received any information about the permit. Then, on September 25, I received a letter from Prime saying that my construction permit had expired and I was fined $100. I was shocked because I never received any notice that my permit was approved. I immediately emailed the staff who handled my application to ask what was going on, but I got a reply from a new staff member who told me that the previous staff had resigned and asked me to resend all the application materials. I forwarded all the emails I had with the previous staff during the application process. A few days later, she told me that the construction could proceed. We started the construction right away and finished it in two days. After completing the project, I emailed Prime to have them check it. Despite paying the HOA fees I owed and subsequent fees on time every month, and completing the garden restoration as soon as I received the notice in September, Prime kept issuing fines. One fine is related to the HOA fees, and it has reached $427.20 since September 30. The other fines are related to the garden repair. Since February , when I started applying for the construction permit, Prime has been fining me $100 each time, sometimes once a week, sometimes twice a day, and now the fine has reached $1450. I was not notified about these fines until the Prime accountant told me this week. The total amount of the two fines is now close to $2000. Prime claims that they approved the permit on March 26 and mailed it to me, but that's not true. I never received any important information from them, except for the threatening letter. I didn't receive any notice at all, and I only found out about everything after receiving the threatening letter. Prime didn't notify me about the construction permit by email, which was the method we used throughout the entire application process. I asked Prime to provide evidence that they had notified me, but they couldn't. Throughout the whole process, I believed that I did nothing wrong, so I repeatedly asked them to waive the fines and explain why they were denying my requests, but they either billed me or ignored me. I need your help to correct Prime's wrongful actions, withdraw the unfair fines, and stop them from harassing me. Thank you!
