Park Property Management Solutions is the absolute worst management company in the whole country. They only care about taking your money and never bother to pay their own employees. It's much better to handle any issues on your own and take them to court. They have absolutely no skills when it comes to project management or construction knowledge.
Completely unresponsive and unprofessional
Completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I just lost a contract to sell our unit due to their unwillingness to respond to requests for information needed for closing. No response after 2 months of constantly calling and emails. I am not sure why anyone would chose to do business with them.
This company is rediculous
This company is rediculous. I have had issues in my unit that are most likely caused by the foundation going bad and have been going back and forth with maintenance at Park *** for several MONTHS and its still not resolved. We had a Board meeting three weeks ago with ***. I mentioned the issue to him and he said he would look into it and get back to me. Im still waiting. Im considering selling my unit and moving because of this.
Park management is the most unprofessional management company
Park management is the most unprofessional management company. They are unresponsive and inconsiderate when it comes to replying to lenders' requests for necessary documentation to close a transaction. How hard is it to complete the required forms? It's a basic form required by the financial institution. They basically ruin deals for sellers, it takes months to get it done and I think it's terrible. My sellers are losing deals because of them, yet they boast a brand new office. Go figure.
Incompetent HOA management company
Incompetent HOA management company. They are very good at not returning phone calls, messages, or emails. We almost lost our buyer for our condo all because of *** not providing the required documents to sell our condo. My attorney had to advise them that we will be pursuing litigations against them if my buyer backs out (which she became homeless because we had to push out the closing date almost a month out!). Unacceptable behavior and unprofessional at the lowest level possible by any management company we've ever dealt with.

I went to see my Mom a few days after Thanksgiving 2020. I tripped on a hole in the asphalt right in front of her FRONT DOOR! They rushed me to the hospital and I had to have surgery, which made it so I couldn't walk and my memory got messed up. After that, I tried a bunch of times to get them to fix the problem. It's not right that they still haven't done anything about it. Park Management sent some people to check out the situation, but they still haven't fixed it. I had to stay in the hospital and rehab for 29 days just so I could try to live on my own again. It's not right!
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I don't know why they're chosen by our HOA. Probably no one has time to find a better business, which is totally understandable. I've been living in my house since 2006, had a profile created and was paying the dues for years. No idea what happened at their end, the profile stopped working, it claimed none of my emails (I only have two and tried both) were registered. So I had to start the process all over. It's really hard to keep track of such a menace, so I got a delinquency letter with $35 fines for a $170 ***. They provided a number to call to pay, but the lady said we have to pay online only, online shows nothing due. Called customer service, then they said some issues and they fixed it now, and claimed the issue was there only for 2 days, which I think is not correct. Any decent business would accept their fault and waive the fine. As I'm stuck with the choice, I have to swallow the garbage. But hopefully, any other HOA would take into account the bad service and be careful about choosing this business.

They said they would fix the holes, but it's been four months now and I haven't heard anything about when they'll actually do it. I was told it would cost $700 to repair, so either give me the money back or come and fix it.

I followed their instructions and filed a complaint, and they said someone would reach out to me within 48 hours to let me know if they'll fix it or not. It's been 7 days now and I still haven't heard anything.

In October , there was a water main break in our condo building. The whole first floor got flooded. It's a 3-story building with 4 units on each floor. Since then, they removed the carpet in the hallway and filled the hole with concrete. But they haven't replaced the tile or carpet. The floors are really dirty, and the entrance area is unsafe for the residents. I tried reaching out to Park View Management, but they haven't responded yet (as of 08/11/2022).

The damage was supposed to be fixed by the *** but the contractor they hired came and took down 1 sheet of drywall in 8 hours. They also left the doors wide open for multiple hours while they left the site. So, I told Park Management that they were no longer allowed in my condo without supervision from a representative of Park Management present. I have made multiple attempts through emails, phone calls, office visits, and board meetings to get this resolved, but I have gotten nowhere. I had to hang the drywall myself so that I could put the lights back in and prevent them from hanging.

Finally the buyer decided to withdrawal and I lost the sale. We put it back on the market and again got a sale which was $10,000 less then the first sale. Again couldnt get them to send the paperwork. After waiting and postponing the closing again the buyers lawyer decided we could close with the paperwork I was able to get off my online account. Two weeks after closing my name is still listed under association as the owner and they are putting in work orders under my name. They still have not sent the paid assessment letter to my lawyer for my name to be taken off. This company is a nightmare!

I recently sold my house at *** s nottingham ct unit 174. Everything was going smoothly until the *** park management stepped in. They halted my closing, claiming that I had violated a rule by having a satellite dish on the roof. Well, it was indeed on the roof. They laughed and said, "So now you're going to wait until your closing to address the violation." I had no idea about this violation because they had just taken over as the new management. They sent me two letters, but I can't remember what they were about. Additionally, when they replaced the shingles on the roof, they removed the satellite dish. So I called the management to ask if I could put it back on the roof, and they said yes over the phone. So I did it, without receiving any penalties or fines. Now, my lawyer has to beg the management company to resolve this issue immediately so that I can close the sale of my house. They sent their contractor up there the next day, and the satellite dish was taken down again. And guess what? I was billed *** dollars for it. This put me in a tough spot - pay up or no closing on the house. I had to pay. I did manage to close the sale, but it was really cruel how they took full advantage of me. I am demanding a complete refund of *** because the management knew I was in a difficult situation. They insulted and intimidated me when I was at my most vulnerable.

I live in a condo managed by Park Property Management Solutions. They get paid (from condo fees) to take care of the outside and common areas of the building. There are concrete balconies in the front and back that we residents use. The balcony right above mine is in really bad shape and it's a big safety problem. A licensed contractor checked it out and said it's not safe to use. The condo board (who hired Park Property Management) said they would fix it this spring. But Park Property Management Solutions hasn't done anything about it. They haven't replied to any of our emails or voicemails, not even from the board, me, or the contractor who inspected it. I pay $208 every month for the management company to fix and maintain the building. According to our condo agreement, it's not the owners' responsibility to schedule and pay for balcony repairs. This broken balcony is dangerous for me and everyone who lives in or visits the building. I want Park Property Management Solutions to do the job they were hired for. It's not fair to us residents for them to ignore our safety while still taking our money for services they're not providing.

I bought the house in April 2022 and knew about the fees. Sadly, I never got the coupon book or info about paying the fees. So, in late June, I reached out to Park Management to talk about paying my dues. A rep told me my fees were paid and I wouldn't get any late fees. They said they'd mail the coupon book to me for future payments. They said there was a problem with distributing the coupon books. After the call, I did get the coupon book and paid my fees as planned. But I didn't know I was getting late fees every month. You can see in the attachment that all the charges went through on June 30th. I thought I could pay my monthly fees after getting the coupon book in July. Because of the mistakes, I called multiple times for clarification and to talk to finance. I sent emails, got transferred a lot, but couldn't get the answers I needed. I want the late fees removed and the focus to be on paying the fees on time. The wrong charges, not responding to my attempts, and not giving me a timeline for fixing things feel unfair and wrong. Even after reaching out to stop more fees, I still got late charges and threats to my credit report.

Park Property Mgmt is the management company for my condo association, Windwood Condominum. They haven't given me the required monthly/yearly invoice statements for 2022. I told them in December that I didn't get the statements, and they said they got lost in the mail. I called again in January and February 14 to say I still didn't get the statements. The owner, ***, was really rude and unprofessional. They said they'd send me an invoice, but I still haven't gotten anything as of 2/22/22. I tried to pay my HOA monthly payment online, but they wanted to charge me an extra $15. I didn't want to pay that, so I went to their office to pay in person. According to ILGA section ***, Park Property Management should make sure homeowners get their statements on time. But they haven't told us anything about why we haven't gotten them. The owner's behavior was a big problem too.

This complaint is against Park Property Management Solutions on behalf of the Villas at Gull Landings Home Owners Association. In January 2022, the owner of our original property management company, Cornerstone Management, passed away. We were told until March that they weren't selling the company, but at the end of March, we were informed Park Management had purchased the company. We received one letter and one email from Park Management about the takeover, promising to introduce themselves and discuss the transition, which never occurred. Attempts to contact them were mostly unsuccessful. We discovered they ceased depositing rent checks into our operating account and stopped collecting electronic payments starting in April 2022. The account dwindled from $50,000 to $9,000. Despite promises to arrange banking for fund transfers, it never materialized. Our Treasurer visited their office to collect checks for overdue vendor invoices, as she was a signer on our account. She was informed banking arrangements were still pending, even after they suggested an out-of-state bank we declined, promising to collaborate with a local bank instead. We engaged a lawyer, demanded the undeposited rent checks and paperwork, and received an invoice for services through the end of 2022. With no formal agreement with Park, they are withholding the rent checks over a disputed invoice. We seek the return of the rent checks and documents acquired from Cornerstone without consent. The matter has also been brought to the attention of the authorities.
