Began roofing job within 7 days from time I contacted them. Worked with me and my
insurance company with no problems. Installers very professional. Cleaned up all
debris and hauled it away. I am very pleased with the roof and the way it was installed.

He followed up with us regularly, addresses our concerns, effectively worked with our insurance adjuster, and overall provided a superior level of customer service that is increasingly hard to find. Prime Roofing & Restoration is an exceptional company! They completely re-did my roof a few months ago. My roof had multiple problems and was older than you can imagine! Yet, they came in and were able to finish the job quickly, leave the yard and area spotless and produce a fantastic final product that I could be proud of! They were professional and so kind! They were also willing to work with me financially, which means everything for a single Mom with 4 kids!

My chimney flashing had a leak that was previously fixed by someone else. During the storms recently the leak came back. I called Bill Smith, the Owner of Prime Roofing, came out and inspected the roof the same day. The very next day he had a crew on the roof replacing the flashing and adding diverters to ensure the leak does not come back.

Quality work, done in a timely manner, for a very reasonable cost. I would use Bill Smith and Prime Roofing again.

Prime Roofing Roofing did a great job putting a new roof on my house in Gulf Shores after Hurricane Sally. The pricing was fair considering the price gouging going on by contractors after the storm. The roof was put on in a timely manner. The team was dependable and communicated with me regularly as I live 900 miles away. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need roof repair or a new roof. I will use them in the future, if necessary, but I hope not too soon. :)

Bill and all the guys with Prime roofing went above and beyond when helping me with my full roof replacement. I had never gone through a process like this before and was pretty stressed about getting it done, but there was no need for that. Honest, Professional, DEPENDABLE! The owner, Bill delivered just what he promised for our roofing needs. We were not interested at first because several others stopped by our home on a weekly basis to solicit services . We even had someone to quote us one amount and when it was time to sign the contract the amount was extremely over the original quote. Bill asked us to trust him and we are so ELATED that we did! Everything that was promised to us, Bill made happen! Our new roof looks amazing, our in-home repairs are complete as this company also has a restoration component! This is by far the best and easiest company to utilize. We highly recommend Prime Roofing and Restoration for any of your roofing or home restoration needs!
