Privacy, Inc. suspended my account without any reason. I contacted their customer service for an explanation, but they refused to help. I did not even use my account after July , but suddenly my account got suspended out of nowhere.

The original date of transaction was 05/16 the day it was supposed to be refunded was 06/12 for a total of $91.58. This business is supposed to process my payments like a regular payment institution but has refused to give me my refund after multiple contact attempts, even going so far as to ignore me.

Hi, Recently my account associated with email "***" was closed stating some policy violation but I have only made 1 transaction and that was successful and when I attempt the second transaction my account was restricted and when I got in touch with the customer support I was told that I have violated some Policy. I would like to learn and educated myself that which policy and what clause I have violated and How? Please explain in a detailed manner that how come using a card for transactions can violate a policy that is nowhere mentioned on your website. Thanks, ***.
When attempting to create an account with Privacy, Inc on their website, *** I was asked to enter my personal information like name, address, banking information, and social security number. After entering my information, I was told by the site that my account would be put on hold until a member of their support staff could review my account, and it usually only takes about 48 hours. After waiting five days for their team to review my account, I emailed their support team as their site recommends to do so if your account it not activated within the 48 hour time span. I received an automated reply telling me my support ticket is being reviewed. After two more days I receive an email stating they have decided to terminate my account and did not give any reason as to why they made their decision and then informed me that any further attempts to create an account would immediately result in the new account being suspended. I have essentially been banned from their service.

Hello, I had been using *** for multiple months before, and one day I received an email saying that my account was closed due to activity that violated their Terms of service, So I read through their TOS and I could not find any activity that violated their terms and I have also tried to contact them for multiple months now and they just seem to be ignoring me.

Was billed 3 times for a subscription that does not work. The virtual cards I created NEVER worked on any merchant's website. I have cancelled the 'pro' subscription 3 times independently on your website and I've been charged each month for it. I can directly cancel my subscription on the website and it will not work. If I reload the page, it stays. And I continue to get charged for a service I not only don't use, but CANNOT USE because it DOES NOT FUNCTION. The first charge I understand, but I will be contacting my bank and initiating chargebacks & a fraud investigation if this is not resolved, and I am not refunded in full for the last two months. I will be contacting my bank to blacklist the merchant from charging me again.

I have been using privacy.com for a while now. Some one tried to use a virtual credit card for $500. I reached out to privacy.com to inform them of the fraudulent charges and was ignored so i contacted my back to let them know the charges arent mine. Privacy then deleted my entire account without even telling me anything. I emailed privacy and they told me i had no account. I then had to email them previous emails on proof of my account. They told me they are investigating and are now completely ignoring me.

Hi, my account linked to a redacted email was closed for a policy violation, but I've only made one successful transaction. When I tried a second, my account was restricted. Customer support mentioned a policy violation. I seek clarity on the specific policy and clause breached. How does using a card for transactions violate an unlisted policy? Please elaborate. Thanks, [Name Redacted].

They claim they paused my account for unsettled transactions and they were waiting for them to clear
They claim they paused my account for unsettled transactions and they were waiting for them to clear. They listed the specific transactions in an email. When I review these transactions in my privacy.com account as well as my bank account I can see that the money was retrieved from my bank account and is in fact settled. After attempting to contact them on 3 separate occasions through not only email but through their ticket support system on their website, I've received no response and my account is still on hold. If you try to call them using their service line, it immediately tells you no one is available and hangs up on you. They show complete disregard for their users and it's infuriating. Even when/if you unpause my account I will still be moving to another service. This is unacceptable.
