Great service! With most fireplaces the cleaning is done from the fireplace but mine entailed doing some of the cleaning from the chimney which was done. A very noticeable difference in our fireplace performance.Murray took the time to explain the situation with my fireplace to help educate.

Murray is very direct and knowledgeable. He shared his ideas and experience to help plan maintenance on my insert. His last job needed more time than usual, so he called ahead to ask if the booking was still good for us. It was, and we are glad we had him in. Will be calling him again next year.

Pro Sweep are a great company to do business with. They came yesterday and cleaned our chimney and did an amazing job. They are efficient, thorough and ever so tidy. One could have eaten off the fire box, it was so clean, when they were all done. We have also used them before. This company is highly recommended.

Murray has cleaned my chimneys twice and between times has been generous with his good advice which I have been very glad of and reassured by. As everyone notes in these reviews he is as friendly as he is efficient. He is thorough and leaves a very clean chimney, firebox, glass and surrounds, unlike some other chimney sweeps.

It was easy to schedule servicing online. Murray arrived exactly as scheduled and performed the work expertly. The chimney was attended to swiftly and everything was left clean and tidy. Murray reported on the status of the flue and showed the amount of creosote he removed and discarded. Were very pleased with Pro Sweep service.

Easy online booking system. Turned up at the appointed start time. Real professional and friendly service. Everything left in a real clean condition. Covid preventions in place. Inspected fireplace after flue cleaning made some adjustment to remove squeaks and tuned door handle. Fireplace looks like NEW again. Highly recommended.

Murray Jackson has kept our wood fireplace in top condition for years. He even showed me all the things I was doing wrong when I couldn't keep the fire going. I learned from him that the flames are peripheral to the real fire, where the combustion reaction occurs underneath in the glowing embers. In other words, Murray knows his stuff.

Very quick response to my enquiry. Easy to use booking service. Was on time, friendly and very efficient. I'd had a problem last year with smoke in the room, and he provided a wonderfully detailed explanation and solution - without needing a visit. Greatly appreciated his assistance both times. Will definitely use next year. Highly recommend.

Murray from Pro Sweep Plus gave great service. We were able to get an appointment within a short time unlike other businesses we tried that had a 2 month wait. Murray was efficient and reasonably priced. He also gave us some good advice around a couple of issues we were having with the fireplace. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

2020 is the third year we have booked Prosweep to service the flues of our two fireplaces in this 100 yr old house. Murray Jackson came to our house this morning to clean our wood stove chimney and provide us with a W.E.T.T. certificate for insurance purposes. I highly recommend Murray. He did his job in an efficient and timely manner and left our wood stove and surrounding area cleaner than it was when he arrived, and even cleaned the glass on the wood stove door! Murray is courteous and polite.

Top notch all round. Murray cleaned the chimney in our 1947 home, then designed and installed a pest barrier top of chimney. Murray's online booking system was straightforward, and he arrived within a minute of the designated hour. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgable, and completed work within the time frame that he had established. Service cost was a competitive rate and did not exceed his estimate. Recommended!

Highly recommend this business. We have a fireplace insert that is 10 years old and which gets regular use throughout the fall and winter. Murray cleaned the fireplace and flue 2 years ago and provided an email reminder that the cleaning was due again this year. The online booking option was very convenient. Murray came by a month ago and explained to me what I needed to do to bring my wood burning appliances into compliance with current codes. I made the changes that we discussed and he recently came again to sweep the 2 flues of my chimney. He arrived on time, was very well organized, and did the work thoroughly without leaving any mess behind. He has developed the system he uses over many years and I was amazed by his knowledge, efficiency, and expertise. I felt that the professional service that Murray provided was very good value.

It is with complete confidence that recommend Murray and ProSweep Plus. My house insurance requested a WETT inspection certificate of my fireplace insert. Since it was time sensitive, I was dreading the long waits that have become the norm since Covid. Murray replied the same day and I was able to set up an appointment within a few days. When I had to reschedule for medical reasons, he volunteered to come at noon the following day, after confirming that it gave enough time for my insurance deadline. He arrived promptly, did thorough work, and left my living room spotless. Murray then helped me fill out a questionnaire for the insurance company. I found Murray to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing chimney work.
