Well as a business owner you should know that your GST number and your business number should be on the invoice as well as the breakdown of man hours, exactly what you did etc. How much Labor is being charged at etc. Being a business owner for 36 years. You should know that and the CRA will be verifying your tax records so suggest you get them sorted you think an upstanding business owner such as yourself would know how to fill out an invoice. Especially someone who's been in the business for 36 years. No so I'm trying to extort you when you're the one calling and showing up and being vaguely threatening go ahead take her to small claims you havent got a legal leg to stand on in what world is 250hour okay for labor for duct cleaning mechanics dont even charge that for shop rate and your clearly commiting tax fraud as your being as vogue as possible on your invoice she signed off on the work done yes not the ridiculous price like i said this invoice thats filled out wrong has been sent to cra hope you got your receipts

Dear Sir,

You are a very interesting individual.

After conducting an investigation on behalf of a former client of yours we found that in point-of-fact, you have no federal tax account or business number (BN) as issued by the CRA.

ISC and the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry have no registered name for your company as either a sole-proprietor or corporation. The Saskatoon business license Program confirmed nothing is registered in your name, company name or at the address you provide via your google profile which is also your home address.

However, there are a number of complaints against you ranging from misleading, inducing individuals into contacts by providing false and misleading information and a number of false pretenses on your part. It should be noted, misleading carries both civil and criminal liabilities.

VacDaddy.com Duct cleaning service

This company was selected to clean the ductwork in our home. When the crew showed up they didn't know how to add fuel to their pump, I had to show them. They didn't know how to run the pump, I had to teach them. All their suction lines had gaps and leaked. I had to tape all the joints and cracks in their equipment to get moderate suction out of their system. I had requested the agitation technique to dislodge debris in the ducts. They didn't do it. I had requested the disinfection option. This turned out to be one of the crew "spritzing" a small spray bottle into the fresh air returns! I was left shaking my head at how complete this "dis-service" was. For all this I received a bill for $1800.00. The manager or owner said I didn't complain in time by the time the bill was due. This particular franchisee runs a scam. My recommendation is to look anywhere but to this company for your duct cleaning work!

VacDaddy.com inferior work - dishonest

Had our furnace and ducts cleaned by this company June, 2010. Assumed that when we contracted them they would clean all of our vents. Discovered in Dec, 2010 that they missed 2. Called them, they advised they would do them when they were in our area (60 km from where they are located). I emailed them in April and May to enquire, got no response. Called them today and the don't know when or IF they will be in the area. Asked if they will refund the 2 vents and said no. Would definately not recommend them.

This business owner doesn't know how many vents were in our house or how many he charged for. Invoice doesn't indicate number of vents, just the cost for cleaning. ALL vents are in plain view and technician was shown ALL vents in house that required cleaning when he initially got to our house. We checked only a few of the vents after the tech left and regretfully, didn't check all of them. No, we didn't notice how filthy the were until sometime later. We made the mistake of assuming that ALL of the vents would be cleaned.
When we initially checked prices with other companies, this company was higher priced then their competition. However, the price quoted to us included sending a camera down the vents. When the tech showed me the video of one of the cleaned vents, it appeared clean, but again, I didn't see the 'before' picture to compare it with. There was a cost in additon to the quote, and that was to apply a spray agent to assist with antibacterial (at least I think that's what it was for, but can't be certain now).
Again, our experience tells me that we would not recommend this business. There are other reputable businesses out there. We regret hiring them to clean our furnace and certainly wouldn't hire them again!

Extremely bad attitude from the owner of this Saskatoon franchise. Overcharges, while providing the absolute minimum of service. Rather than consider the complaint of a customer, his opinion is to go straight to threats of affecting the customer's credit rating and total disbelief that his service may not be worth the vastly inflated charges. We definitely recommend finding a different duct-cleaning company.

They just did our vents, we cleared way for every vent. Our upper level had electric heat I had a note on the door saying not to go upstairs their is no vents it's electrical and cats were locked in a room up there. I came home to absolutely every single light on in the house including outside lights ( day time they came after lunch). Our basement where the furnace is was covered in metal shavings and self tapping screws huge mess. There was small parts laying on the floor infront of the furnace which we do not want them in our house ever again, we will put it back together. Then they under quoted us &250 dollars called to ask why the hell all the lights were left on and why they were upstairs on the first place, here they tell us there must have been a reason but couldn't give us one. Told us they screwed up on the invoice and for us to fix it. We only wanted to pay what the invoice said due to being under quoted and having to clean up the basement and put together small pieces to our furnace and all the lights being left on and they tell us it took them half a day to just get to our house. ### we live 20 minutes outside the city they are located in erindale and google map it if you wish but from their address to ours is 45.5 Kms. Then when my husband talked to the person running the place he said not his problem and that we have to pay for everything and they are not willing to help with anything. Except send the guy who worked unpaid to clean up his mess and that's also ###. Then we told him we will pay it after arguing and getting no where with him we paid for it and said we won't recommend them to anyone and never use them again. Also had the balls to say if we wrote a bad review on their website that they would just delete it but we could do our best to try anything we like to complain but they will remove anything bad. Not happy customers
