Wonderful experience with the claims specialist at Pro Tech Roofing, John Smith, he came out to ensure everything went as planned. Couldn't have had a better experience! We now have a new beautiful roof with no stress. Pro Tech took excellent care of us.

Pro Tech reviewed my roof after a storm and were right on target with the damage estimate. Their assessment was matched by my insurance agent. Their crew was unbelievable, replacing the entire roof in one day to perfection. Tylor was very professional and directive on keeping the entire event organized and on track. great cleanup also.

Pro Tech Roofing is very customer-focused and always available to answer any questions that may arise. He had all the supplies delivered on Friday. He and his team showed up on Saturday as promised and completed my roof the same day. Myself and my wife are completely satisfied with his service from start to finish. ProTech was amazing to work with on all four of our roof installations. Cliff, our contractor, was the best! He was always present on the job to make sure it was done right and that we were satisfied. Any time we had a question, he was quick to respond. Very personable guy and honest to his core. I would highly recommend Cliff and ProTech to anyone considering a roof repair or installation. Quality work!

Pro Tech came out and did an inspection on my roof after storms came through and found damage and replaced my roof on the house and my shop and were unbelievably fast as they started at day break and were done by sundown the same day including the tear off! They picked up the debris and were on time. Couldnt have came at a better time with heavy rain coming the bext day! Excellent job. I highly recommend this company if you need a roof in the future.

I had Pro Tech Roofing come out and helped me with the insurance company to approve a new roof after storm damage even though he tried very hard to get it approved the insurance company refused. I got a quote for a roof replacement along with other companies quotes but I decided that his company was the best to install my new roof. His quote wasn't the cheapest but close; his crew did an excellent job and completely cleaned up. I'm very happy with the results.

I was extraordinarily pleased with my experience with John Smith, the project manager of Pro Tech of Georgia. He was located at 123 Main Street, Suite B. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and leadership skills. His attention to details was appreciated. I'm very pleased with my roof, clean up, and repairs to my ceilings and painting. John Smith makes sure all the details are taken care of, stays in touch through the process, and makes sure the job is done correctly. He has the experience to take the stress out of dealing with your insurance claims. I would highly recommend him, and will use ProTech of Georgia when my commercial properties need new roofs.

Fantastic company! They walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. Great quality of work and service, would highly recommend.

After initial conversation and going through the promise and telling me not to worry about it we will get it done yeah right. Never heard from this group again despite several attempts to reach out to them and after 7 weeks of nothing I told them thanks but no thanks. Eager to try to get your money but poor service and even poorer customer service

The saleperson, Joe is great. Unfortunately, the company he represents does not deliver. If you want a QUALITY roof, DO NOT use this company. My shingles are crooked, white lines showing, edges cut crooked. It looks lke a drunk person cut the singles and installed my roof. My wood trim recently replaced and painted was cracked and damaged along with some of the fascia boards. There is a list of issues with my roof that can potentially void my warranty. I have had several inspections. I DO NOT recommend this company. The workmanship performed and attitide of this company is more than unprofessional. I am hiring another company to install a quality roof. This company does not get another chance to destroy my property.
