This company was gonna put in an elevator without a permit
This company was gonna put in an elevator without a permit. When I found out, they said it'd cost me an extra $[protected]. I want my deposit of $12875 back. I ain't down with a company that would put in an elevator without engineering, drawings, building inspections, and permits. That's just plain dangerous.

Got a lift installed in our condo by Professional Lift Solutions, LLC on May 23. But the finishing work is not up to the mark. They put a fuse box in the same room as the elevator which got rejected by the electrical inspection department of Bonita Springs. They moved it to our foyer and left a hole in the wall. The elevator finishing is also bad with exposed caulking, crooked seams, and exposed wood. They said they need to issue a work change to fix it but ignored our requests for it. We paid them in full but they don't want to repair the damages. They blame the shoddy work on reusing our tiles for the top of the elevator, but it's not the tiles, it's the work around them. We have pictures to prove it.
