I've bid on and won many things from this site and I'm pretty excited to be the first reviewer. I know this site has been around for awhile because it was introduced to me by my mother. Their descriptions of the items for auction are accurate; I bid on an item which was listed as having a small scratch, when I received it that's all it was a small scratch which was refreshing. I'm always nervous to find out what is considered small. Overall, super happy with all the things I've gotten through here. I'm always out for a bargain!

Won 3 mystery boxes, with this being the description: "EVERYDAY WE RECEIVE MAJOR RETAILERS OVER-STOCK ITEMS (UNOPENED) FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY. THESE ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED AND ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL NEW PACKAGING - EVERYTHING FROM NAME BRAND SUNGLASSES TO CLOTHING TO ELECTRONICS BLUE TOOTH ITEMS AND MORE". Spent over $600 on all 3 boxes, they came from Canada, NOT from within the country. They took over 2 weeks to arrive when I payed for 5-7 day shipping. The boxes were badly damaged upon arrival. The items inside were mostly cheap dollar store items or super old. On top of being cheap and old, the items were damaged as well. ALL 3 boxes had several items that were damaged or out of the packaging. The bluetooth earbuds are knockoffs, I thought that was illegal? When i contacted propertyroom.com they did respond to my email very quickly, with this info."The items that you have mentioned are sold on PropertyRoom.com by Trusted Merchant HotDeals, and they have been copied on this response so follow-up can be provided. They will update you shortly and their contact information is below:" so basically telling me its not their problem. Funny thing is that hotdeals email is at propertyroom, sooo... doesn't that mean they are connected companies? Will never purchase from them again. They are a scam and ripoff.

Order # *** listing ID please forward an address that I can forward photos of the ad and photos of the product received. Company has offered a return with a %15 restocking fee. Please review the photos and contact the company for a response. I believe the ad and the product received are significantly different and that the company should be informed by you as to whether or not my complaint is valid.
