A full refund?
I recently received a phone call from the Fraud Department of Lloyds Bank drawing my attention to a £10 monthly debit card payment to something shown as WLY*SHOPPERDISC. The payments appeared to have been made for more than a year. The man from Lloyds Bank asked me if I knew what it was for. I replied that I had no idea; indeed, I was not even aware that I had ever agreed to them being made. I put an immediate stop to the payments and began investigating further.
Checking back through my bank statements, I discovered that the first payment had been made in October 2017. That meant 55 monthly payments of £10 amounting to £550 to an organisation callings itself Shopper Discounts & Rewards. Their website claims to offer ‘unrivalled cashback and online discounts’. Cashback payments, it says, are paid direct into my bank. I have been unable to find any record of such payments however.
When I dialled the telephone number for their Customer Services, I was put through to a call centre in the Philippines who were unable to find any account in my name or with my bank account details. I provided them with copies of the relevant bank statements by e-mail and they were still unable to ‘locate my membership’.
Repeated attempts to contact the customer services by email resulted in the same response: ‘Unfortunately we have still not been able to locate your membership with the details provided in your email. Please contact us on our freephone number below for further assistance’.
All attempts to communicate with this company are now met with a complete denial that I ever had an account with them!

Unauthorised monthly payments taken from my account
I have recently discovered that there have been regular monthly payments of £15 taken from my credit card. It has only just come to light because I recently cleared this credit card in full after many years of being in debt.
After more investigation I was horrified to discover that this has been ongoing since at least 23 March 2017! My online statements only go back that far so it could have been longer.
I don't recall ever buying anything or signing up for this service.
Please rectify the situation asap possible.
I require the payments to be cancelled from immediate effect and for a full refund of previous payments.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and for any further payments to be cancelled immediately

Fraud
I cannot believe that I'm also part of this scam. I have never paid attention to my bank statements but luckily was able to identify this retailer when I began to use online banking. For my shock, noticed that Shopper Discounts and Rewards been taking £10 from my account on a monthly basis since April 2011, owing me more than £1200. I'm a single mum with 2 children, in debt and low income and don't need this. I have never sign up for this and want my money back. I have contacted the customer service and they promised 3months money back which is unacceptable as well as a form to request the full refund. Such was never sent. I'm fuming. Monday morning I will be sat at Citizen Advice Bureau.
Desired outcome: Full refund

Money taken from my account by above. How do I get it back, please ?
I require a refund . I understand that I am not the only one who has been scammed by this organisation, and asa the amounts each time are only in £10.00 amounts, it is difficult to spot them.
The dates on my bank statements are 06/08/2018 and 05/09/2018

Unauthorised debit on my credit card
I recently stopped using my credit card for numerous transactions and have noticed a £10 monthly debit appears from your company. I contacted my credit card company and this debit dates back to June 2011. At no time did I ever transcribe to your service and have never authorised this payment for my credit card. I never noticed for several years as I have many small transactions for online shopping. I only noticed now that I rarely use the card.
This has clearly been an underhand tactic by your company, which has obtained my credit card details from a 3rd party. I have researched this online and see numerous other people have been similarly duped.
I have never used or subscribed to anything relating to your company.
I would like to claim back the full amount you have taken from my credit card. My credit card company are arranging repayment of the last 3 months and have blocked any future payments. I would like to claim the remainder of payments made since June 2011.
Frankly, y I am shocked that this happened as you should not obtain my payment details form anyone other than myself. The verification by VISA card protects me from online fraud, so I cannot understand how you have successfully used my card details. Probably such a small amount monthly does not require authorisation.
Please contact me to arrange re-payment as soon as possible.

Unauthorised monthly payments
I do not know your company, I do not know who you are, what you do or where you are based. However it has come to light that you have been taking £10.00 per month from me since April 2014 (all listed) resulting in a total of £320.00. I had not noticed before this time as I was working but recently I became unemployed and this has now become more noticeable as every penny counts at this time.
I will be going firstly to my bank fraud department and then to the Trading Standards as well as contacting the Money Programme fronted by Martin Lewis so that this scam is exposed to others.
If you so choose to ignore this message as I am sure you will, I have taken a screen shot of this message which will also be forwarded to the above organisations. You are fraudsters and it is utterly despicable what you are doing.. I will make sure you are exposed and I want a refund of £320.00 in full.. You obviously already possess my bank details for you to do this. Contact me immediately through email only on [protected]@gmail.com.

Unauthorised money taken over a period of time from my account
For over 12 months it appears that shopperdisc had been takning monies from my account. Beause the monies were minimal they sadly went un-noticed. However having had problems with an other company doing the same. spent time working with the bank to resolve this matter, by which it highlighted that this had gone on at £15.00 per month for a long time. Tried to get hold of Shopperdisc and struggled to get any sense out of them. Have used interfloria a few times but not directly signed up to shopperdisc to automatically takwe the monies. I approached CAB and they advised that the bank should be able to resolve this matter. So then approached the bank to dispute it and they were orginally happy to credit me back the monies taken, however a turnaround is that the bank are now taking any monies credited and advisd that I need to contact shopperdisc and or the merchats bank. So i have gone around in a circle. in the meantime still strying to cancell them deducting monies and still having monies deducted argh! how stressful and frustrating. please advise as to where to go from hear. Also Interfloria were no help either!

Taking £10 per month from my bank account unauthorised.
For the past 4/5 months £10 per month has been taken from my bank account without my knowledge. I have not given permission for this transaction and would like my money returning back to my account.
After investigating, I have found that many people are being scammed by this company, and it needs to be stopped.
I would like all my money returning as I am a pensioner and cannot afford this loss every month. If I do not receive any satisfaction then I will report this to trading standards as yet another person Being cheated/scammed out of money.
Don't know
Reveiving regular monthly 8.00gbp transactions on my credit card shown as shopperdisc.co.uk. I do not know who this company is, how they have obtained my details and when I am supposed to have signed up to them. I do not know what they do apart from make money out of making numerous small transactions against unaware credit card holders. They need to be stopped.

Money taken from my bank account without my authorisation!
I have actually discovered that a company have been taking out £10 every month from my bank account since February 2011 until this month (September 2015)! In other words, they have robbed me of £560 in total. I have only ever booked one thing online which was for two tickets to a local gig at a pub. £24 has instead become £584! I will make sure I get every pound back, though! People, please be aware of ShopperDisc.co.uk - they are con artists and, having looked on the web, they have done this to many people and for even more money than they have taken illegally from me!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Please contact Shopper Discounts and give them as much information as you can. I have been corresponding with them for a couple of months now. I had the same experience as the other people complaining, i.e. I had no clue I had "signed up" for the scheme, apparently in October 2014! £15 was deducted from my bank account every month since that date. To date, I have been refunded approximately £600 and am awaiting them refunding the rest of the amount owed to me of £540. Please don't give up. They didn't need to reimburse me, they could have dragged it on for ages. So I am pleased I persevered. Ring them, email them. I hope you have the same experience as me and get refunded the full amount.
Good luck.

Unauthorized withdrawals from my visa debit account
I saw from my latest account that this company have continued to deduct 15pounds from my account monthly since June 2015, even though I had cancelled any membership with them when I first discovered it in May 2015 and had to pay off the overdraft that they made me incur. So I am surprised that they are still deducting money from my account without my having any transaction whatsoever with them. Kindly use your good offices to get them to refund my 45pounds as my account is already in the red of which am not responsible. This is very very urgent as I don't want to incur bank charges.

Unauthorised payments from my credit card
Received my credit card statement and discovered £15/month had been taken off by shopperdisc.co.uk from OCT2014. As I have not had any dealings with this company and to my knowledge never used them they have taken money from my account without my knowledge or permission.
I want a refund and a cancellation on any account set up by them or legal action will have to be taken.
BTW I sent a cancellation request to [protected]@shopperdiscountsandrewards.co.uk today, it needs to be sorted ASAP.

illegal withdrawal against my credit card
Since I cancelled my subscription to Incredimail I have been inundated with junk mail from America, I believe Shopperdisc infected my machine at that time. I have had £35.00 stolen from my account since that time, I can only believe my details were passed on by Incredimail as I have never given details to Shopperdisc. I am contacting my Banks and Visa's fraud offices to try to stop this company. No wonder the USA is getting bad name.

For the last 6months since September 2011 Shopper disc have taken £10 per month from my Barclaycard account - a total of £60. I did not authorise this intentionally, if at all, and I wish to stop payments from my account and seek return of monies paid.

unauthorised withdrawals from my bank account
just checked my bank statement and discovered that Shopperdiscounts.co.uk have been deducting £10 per month from my account for something that I never signed up for.Why. I have no idea how long this has been going on for but think it was Febuary 2014.when I booked for some flights.I feel that all money deducted from my account by Sopperdiscount.co.uk should be refunded as this was not consented by me.
Just found out that shopperdiscounts.co.uk have been taking money out of my account £10 per month. I did not sign up to anything with them. I have received nothing from them. I do not know how they got my card details though I suspect it was from another reputable online company that I have used in the past. The behaviour of shopperdiscounts.co.uk is disgusting. Once I get to the bottom of this I will also stop using the 'reputable' company that shopperdiscounts.co.uk is linked to. I've just contacted my bank and they have cancelled my visa card that shopperdiscounts.co.uk have been using. I wonder how many other suspecting online shoppers are being ripped off by shopperdiscounts.co.uk
Have just reviewed my bank statements from the last 6 months and have discovered that this company has been STEALING £10 a month from me since December 2010. I have never given them permission to do this and have not received any products/ services / discounts from them in return. How do I go about getting this money back and make sure this does not happen to anyone else?
Found out this company have been taking £10 per month from account since Novmeber 2010 . think we should all contact watchdog aboutthis comapny
this company have charged £10.00 from my credit card account without authorisation. I have not even used my credt card since Christmas so I do not know where they got my details. I am not happy at all.
I have spotted that shopperdiscouts.co.uk has debited £10from my account at 4th of Feb 2011 without my authorising. I would be very much appreciated that if you can get this money back, and stop further payment. I will report this case to my bank too.
I've been charged £10 for 11 months without noticing it.
Not sure how they had my credit card details. Will raise a complain to Trading Standards.
this company has been taking £8 a month for the last eighteen month having been ill for th last 2years we just cant let it go on we dont know enything about the company and do not know how it has been set up.we have never authorised payment from my bank. the bank cannot stop it so we were told to contact yourselves to get it stopped .
I joined to get discounts on online shopping and didnt recieve any discounts at all and then got a text from said company that they had taking money out of my visa card how can this company get away with doing this?
THEY HAVE STOLEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND OTHER RELEVANT PEOPLE
I called my bank last night to dispute a £10 debit card payment which I could not identify "shopperdiscounts.c". I only realized at that time that this payment had already been done for several months without me noticing it.

This company has taken money from my bank account unauthorised. On their website the address for this company is in Switzerland. This company must have signed me up to their scam when I have purchased something from another company on the internet, at this time I have narrowed it down to 1 of 2 companies. I am going to my bank this morning and will publish my outcome here.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Every month for the past year unauthorized withdrawals have been made without my knowledge from my checking account for Shopper Discounts ($12.00 per month) and for Reservation Rewards ($12.00 per mon). I had no knowledge of these withdrawals until recently discovered, and have received no products or services for these withdrawals.

£10 deducted from my account since Jan 2012
I have just noticed an amount of £10 deducted from my account since January 2012 and possibly previous to that date as I have bank statements before that. This is unauthorized by myself. The total deducted so far would be approx £240 over 24months. I would like this payment stopped and the money refunded as I am unaware of what this money has been taken for.
