I stopped receiving PCH Quizzes abruptly. I have received them daily for over 15 years. I have millions of tokens saved from completing these quizzes. I'm at the Black Diamond level. I tried to open the PCH Quizz online and got the following message - "Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process international online transactions. Please keep in mind that under the official rules for Publishers Clearing House there are geographic limitations to entry into our promotions, contests and giveaways." I tried to get assistance through a Live Chat. The name of the representive was "Juonona." He/She was not helpful at all. They ended the chat abruptly without offering any assistance. I advised I would file a complaint about their poor customer service. The response was vague and generic. Apparently, this person is not concerned. If I will no longer be receiving the Quizzes I would like to redeem my tokens. Unfortunatley, and time I try any PCH site online I get the same message stated above. My security system has not changed so that is not the issue. Also, I still receive daily emails from PCH just not the quizzes. I need a resolution to this issue.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive the PCH Quizzes again or be able to redeem all my tokens.
