Kevin Bryant from Puls came to my home to repair my washer on June 19. The following day, I had the same exact problem (spinning violently) that had led me to contact Puls, even though Kevin told me that all that was needed was the legs on the washers adjusted to level the washer on the floor. I have had to wring my clothes out by hand since then because the spinning has been so violent during the rinse cycle, that I have had to turn off the machine during the final spin.
I waited until October 17, 2023 (when I could afford the repair) to contact Puls again. I received an email confirmation that someone named Wilson would be at my home between 1 and 3 pm today. Wilson called me at 3:07 p.m. and told me that he was still at another job and would not arrive until 4 p.m. I told him that I would have at least expected a phone call within that window to tell me that he was going to be delayed, and not receive a phone call after the window had already passed. A customer service rep called me shortly thereafter to confirm that I had cancelled the appointment. I told her that Wilson cancelled it by not showing up or contacting me during the 1pm-_3pm window. They offered no concessions--just a meaningless apology with a request to reschedule the appointment for the following day. Incredibly poor service!
