I was purchasing a pup for my granddaughter on 4 Dec 2023. I was adamant about receiving it for Christmas and brighten up her holiday! I was not told about any problems coordinating shipment. I was expecting it to happen before christmas. I have been checking daily for transportation information.There hasn't any indication of transportation description or timing. I called and spoke with a rep about flying myself out to get the pup.I suggested it because I perceived an indifference from the people I spoke with on their limited knowledge on shipping medical. I expected picking up myself arrangment would make things easier. I could not get a date from anybody to assist so I could book a flight. It was suggested I book the flight first and coordinate after! a completely ridiculous statement and suggestion.I was told a manager would contact me to assist in my cancellation. The manager called me and said she had travel instructions and the puppy was going ground. I asked why I could not receive information before. She still informed me that it was tentative.
I was trying to cancel the purchase now only to find out I would be charged half the price of the pup. Half the price when no service rendered from the website 3rd party business is preposterous and predatory!
