Today 17/05/22, I bought ayamas fried chicken from grocery and I air fry it. There’s blood coming out from the chicken and it taste so bad for the chicken. And it taste so bad, not fresh and taste like fake chicken. I never taste fried chicken ever that bad in my entire life. This is my first time and perhaps will be my last time to buy ayamas product.

good afternoon i would like to make a complaint about kfc not opening the panda tab for 1 week. I as a foodpanda employee was very impressed when kfc bandar tenggara closed the foodpanda tab because customers could not order kfc through the foodpanda application.

I hope you can make something about this report thank you.

Bought 1 packet golden chicken nugget bag at sun economi market at sungai petani kedah. Expired date on 28/09/20. When I bought at the store, the condition of the nugget bag is normal and good.. But after one weeks, I took the bag from the freezer and fried the nuggets. The taste of the nuggets is not good.. Its begin smells like not in good condition. Hope this never happens again.

Bought 1 ayamas golden chicken nugget bag at 99 Speedmart at Sunway. Mentari on 9/12/19. When I bought at the store, the condition of bag was normal and took from fridge. The duration time from store to house is 5 minute only and I stored in freezer immediately went home. However on 21/12/19, i took the ayamas from freezer but the bag is filled with higher vacuum which it is not normal. I do not open this pouch bag because it have high risk of food safety. Please investigate this and come back with me with your investigation result & your corrective action at my email.

I bought today 19/06/2019 at 7.10pm invoice # A128189 a whole chicken at Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam but the chicken was not fresh. It taste like yesterday's stock or more. It is not juicy at all and the meat is not soft anymore.

The counter in charge said there's extra black ketchup/sauce making the chicken looks a bit darker/burnt than usual.

After tasting it, I believe the chicken was actually reheated, possibly few times causing it to look such a way.

I am so disappointed with the quality.

I purchased a bag of AYAMAS sausags in Oct 2013. Found foreign matter in sausage and called Ayamas abt the situation. E-mailed photo of offending product, but was asked to send them a sample of the sausages. I duly complied and had their representative collected and sent samples back to their lab/QC for investigations. They gave me another AYAMAS product to compensate my loss. Months later they sent me an official letter stating they cannot find anything from the pictures i submitted ! Excuse me, i gave them back their offending products and now they say i only submitted visuals. I went back to them saying this matter is NOT closed as far as i am concerned - as i got no feedback on their inferior product that my whole family had consumed! Today(25Feb2014) i have not heard from them regarding my dissatisfaction about their lame answers provided.
