on July 9 I came into Quality Furniture store Visalia, CA and purchased a bed frame and mattress. Bed frame was delivered with damage to the headboard they continue to tell me it will get resolved but has not been done to this day. Mattress was delivered on July 29 but it was the wrong mattress I spoke them to let know that it was the wrong one and they kept saying it was the right one, then I saw a huge black stain on the corner of the mattress and the delivery guys took it back. I spoke to someone at the *** store and new mattress was ordered, once again a delivery was made on August 23 but it was once again a completely different mattress. I have tried to speak to someone a few times and have left a message but has not returned my call. I have asked to cancel my order but they continue to tell me that their will be a 35% fee for cancelling. in the contract I received when purchase was made it reads that I can cancel and nowhere does It would be charged the fee

5/8 we purchased a bed & shipping for $1,082.83. We received a phone call stating the bed had came in & would be delivered, the day before the delivery we get a voicemail from them stating the headboard had been damaged & they would receive a new one within 1 week & we would get our shipping back which was $99.00 (we still haven't gotten that back). A week passed by & no one called us to reschedule, so we contacted them requesting further info and quality furniture said they had the new headboard & would deliver it on Friday Aug the 13, this is already close to 3 months after we purchased the bed. On August the 13th two men came to deliver the bed and mid way they said they cant finish assembling the bed as it was warped on the footboard and the drawers literally couldn't go in & headboard was also damaged. They left the bed partially in boxes and it is to wobbly, unsafe to place a mattress on it. A service claim was filed on the August 13 & we have yet to receive a replacement.

Told delivery person an they said they could not take beds back so do a claim which I did immediately that same day. So she called me back on 6/21 let me know that manufacture was going run through supervisor to see what was going to happen. *** said she would get back by end of the day never did.On 6/28 talked to *** manager of claims.Told *** what was going on she said with in a week the max I should have a response of my bed to be repaired an my matters delivered on 7/8.They ran out of mattress an no respond for repair.

purchased furniture in feb. 2021. august we received heavily scratched dresser. company said they will replace and still have not responded. also ordered a nightstand that still hasn't came in. company refuses to help and says they will call back and never does. they are very kind when they sell but very rude when there is an issue. spoke with *** our salesman. and *** about getting a new dresser that is not scratched. they do not return my calls and I'm very unhappy with their service. I have been making payments with *** and feel very upset that I have to pay for something that is incomplete. We were told at time of purchase it was slotted to come in on the next truck on Monday by one of the managers (*** - Co-owner). After several weeks of mishaps with delivery and damaged furniture, I reached out to *** again in which he laughed and said we just had to wait. After a couple of more months, I reached out to *** (i.e., the other co-owner/manager) who refused to talk with us. I called the store weekly asking to speak with a manager for a few months, without receiving a response most of the time. Occasionally, *** would it was on a truck being delivered or in the warehouse waiting for delivery, set up a time and they were a no-show. I received the mattress only and late, I received a dinning table but not the one I ordered. when I called to tell them the problem the manager along with Nelson the person who took my order laughed at me and said that is what I ordered but I have pictures of what I ordered. every time I call they laugh and tell me ill get my things soon. I was told when I bought everything that I will get it in 2-6 its been 4 almost 5. so far I received the wrong dinning table and my mattress. still missing everything else. if I get my money back I only get 30% of what I paid.

On the day that I went in to make the purchase.The sales lady waited till after the sale order had been signed to inform me that it would take 8 to 10 weeks for me to receive my ordered items. I went in to the store after the 10 weeks had gone by and with the same sales lady A and she stated I would receive my order by April 15. I have also spoken with the manager by the name of L and she only told me to talk to the sales lady A. But every time i call trying to speak to her other young ladies answer and give me excuses of why she can't come to the phone. I have tried to cancel this order with the manager to cancel this order but she only told me to stop because the order was close to arriving. Today I called once again to try to cancel this order. The office L called me back and treated me stating she would call the police if I show up at the store. All I want is my money back and I do not wish to do any business with them at all.

First, the complaint is filed against the Quality Furniture in Visalia, which is owned by the same company. I purchased a dresser chest for my son on May 23. I was told it would arrive 2-3 weeks. We are now ending week eight and I have yet to receive anything. I have called multiple times to find out what was happening. The first time, the salesperson said he'd get call me back-nothing. The second time one of the sales girls stated I could go in and choose something else they might get faster. I asked her to just cancel my order since I did not have time to go shopping at that moment. She stated her manager would call me back-nothing. Two weeks ago, I spoke to someone who had me call their distribution center where I was notified the dresser would arrive in a month. The person prompted I call the store back and ask them to cancel the order. Called the store and the man who answered took my information down and would have his manager/owner call me back-nothing. I called a few days later and left a voice message on a machine/voicemail-nothing. My son has moved out and I have furnished his room (3 weeks ago). I have no need for a dresser that NEVER ARRIVED. I am more annoyed by the LACK of customer service and responsibility in part of the manager/owner.

To my fellow dissatisfied peers, I believe these are the steps we need to take to hold Quality Furniture accountable. 1. File a formal complaint to the *** ( *** ) (*** ) 2. File a formal complaint to the D *** ---> *** ( ***) ( State ***). Their license number is ***. These two agencies mission is to protect consumers. Once a formal complaint is filed, they are obligated to investigate into the matter. 3. Based on the CA Secretary of State, they corporation number is ***. From there, you can see who is the CEO, CFO, etc. All of this is consider public information made for consumers. On June 14 of 2021, I believe Quality furniture has conducted bad business practices. We made a deposit of $4,000 and was given a delivery estimate of 4 to 8 weeks per the receipt. However, nothing was deliver. From June 14th until November 3rd, we showed up to the the store at least 4 times and spoke to them on the phone at least 6 times. The kept on lying and delaying the shipment. Moreover, I spoke to *** around October 19th and she said she will call me to set up the partial delivery date and time. I waited and no one ever called... I reached out to them again and this time, one of the staff said they can't do partial delivery.. They asked me to make the full payment before they can set up a delivery date and time. How can I entrust them and make full payment when they 1. Don't have the complete furnitures? 2. They kept lying and delaying my shipment They kept going back and forth and this has dragged on over 5 months now. If they don't have the furniture then they should just be truthful and give me my refund. I recently reached out to them again in November and now they said shipment will be in December. I am sick them lying. They have bad business practices and I will be sure to inform the agencies of this.

i purchased my order on Aug 23rd 2020 they had told me it will take 4-7 weeks to receive my order. it has passed 7 weeks already so i went into the store on october the 9th 2020 because every time i will call they will give me different answers about my order, so when i went to the store on october 9th i spoke with my saler name *** and she had mentioned that the dresser i order was on back order until the end of november i responded to her well why wasn't i notified, and then i asked her about my bed and she mentioned my bed will be at the store at any day of the day i went into the store on oct 9th 2020. so then i went on to tell her well can i cancel the order or just get a whole new bed set because i did not want to wait that long and you guys did not aware me that my order, has been placed on back order. so then she said that she can call the ware house to see if they had my bed in stock there and she mentioned that if i wanted to pick out a new dresser since that one was placed on back order i told her yes i will pick out a different dresser so i did. so she said that she could have everything delivered to me by that following tuesday which was october 13. when they delivered my bed and dresser. my bed wasn't the right order it was a cal king and i had ordered a eastern king. and one of my dresser jurs was broken. the delivery drivers had left so fast before telling them what was wrong with the items. so i contact the store as soon as possible and i had mentioned to them what was the problems they stated that my order sheet said california king size and i had told them well that was incorrect that i had ordered a eastern king. and they stated that there wasn't anything that they could do so i went inside the store and spoke to the store manager named naveen and she mentioned that she will give me a call the next day which would have been on october the 14 2020 and let me know the resolution well she never reached back out to me i even went back to the store on october 14 and she wasn't in. and i mentioned to one of the sales man name Ali that my dresser jur was broken and that i needed that tooken care of he said that he will let them know and contact me back but i still havent heard from him,,. please help me resolve this matter. thank you

This is a continuance of Complaint ID since the initial complaint, I have let the QHF replace the entertainment center and TV console only to receive a set of defective and damaged furniture that is worse than the original. I am still waiting on the replacement of the end table set that matches the entertainment set. QHF cannot provide me a date at this time. This is ridiculous and there is an obvious quality issue with this foreign-manufactured furniture that was claimed to be domestic by the initial salesman " ***". QHF has failed to meet their end of the sales transaction with an up to par piece of furniture. I have given them enough time to make it right and I purchased the furniture on [protected] and still haven't received an acceptable piece. This is a breach of contract on their part and needs to refund my money for the 2 sets. All sales are final doesn't mean they can continually stick me when unacceptable product again and again. They now want to send a mfg tech during covid to my home to see if they can repair and touch up the piece. The defects and damage are beyond a touch-up pin or other methods. There are cracks, gouges dents, grit, in the finish. There is a severe uneven texture of the base wood in the mouldings. The handles are different from ETC than the TV console. The handles on the tv console are all different tones of the metal finish. Then what are they going to exchange the ETC for the third time!? The bedroom I purchased was not of the quality as promised and had issues too but because I didn't pay close enough attention to the claim policy and signed for the set when delivered I can not make a claim. " I ordered an entertainment center from Quality Furniture and Home Design with a large tv console, an end table coffee table set, and a bedroom set. The order was made on [protected] and worth approx $9000.00 in total. I was misled by the sales associate who made false claims and promises. *** the sales associate when asked if the furniture was manufactured in the USA he stated yes of course only the best. He also showed us a computer screen that showed items in stock and claimed availability. We were told the items that were not in stock would be 6-8 weeks upon order. We thought that there may be an extra couple of weeks delay due to COVID and we were okay with that. About 7 weeks go by and around (week 9-18 to 9-24)the expected time I start calling to check on the order. Everyone that I talked to could not give me any dates and said none of the items were available. I had called approximately 5 or 6 times asked for callbacks and the calls were not returned. I started calling and asking for a manager and he was never available. I ASKE SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THE MANAGER PLEASE CALL ME BACK. Still, calls were not returned. Finally one day he is out he be back soon, he just left again he will be back in an hour, he is with a customer, I called and called and called and he was finally available. I told him my concerns and he said there was nothing he could do, they had problems with *** and he is no longer working there. He put me in contact with a lady who was in charge of resolving the orders. She informs me that there is not one single piece available and never was and had to call back to the manufacture in another state and time zone. this goes on for several weeks and no answers! Finally, I get a call and the bedroom set is ready and they deliver it on [protected]. There were a couple of small nicks but nothing majorly wrong with it at the time. We start to notice weird things like the drawer linings were inconsistent. One drawer on the chest had some type of soft material laminated to it, the other was just stained a dark color, and then one was bare wood color with no finish. We found the same thing on the other pieces that the drawers were inconsistent. Handles were already falling off, door guides coming apart things becoming very loose. I contacted the store and they said that that how that company makes their drawers and since I didn't report within 2 weeks there was nothing they could do. Mad at my self I let that issue sit. Late October a few days before the bedroom set was going to be delivered got a call the entertainment center was in but not the tv console. It was useless to bring over the E.C. without the tv console so I said to wait for the console with more excuses and blame on Covid. About 11/12 got the call that the tv console is in and they can deliver that Monday 11/16. I was at work and got a call from my wife that the unit is in horrible condition. When I got home I made a report and sent the claims department the pictures of cracks, splits, gouges missing varnish runs lifts in laminate warped wood scratched glass, and cheap fasteners. Upset we asked to talk to the owner we asked for a refund after they told us no. Again playing the waiting game and calling back and forth I got told it would be probably mid-January or early February before replacements were available. Upset again we asked to talk to the owner we asked them to pick up the furniture for a refund after they told us no. Once again now it is 0*** got a call that the tables were available. The set was delivered on 01/09 and every piece is damaged by obvious defects like indentations, scratches, gouges, knicks, lifts, rough areas, runs in varnish, and missing varnish. Filed a claim and said again I do not want this damaged junk! It is not what was shown and or described in size and height from the in-store sample. Refund denied and still would not let me talk or be put in contact with the owners of the store. Now there is no telling when the replacements are going to be available as of 01/12. I spent $9,000.00 dollars at this store paid in full at the time of order with credit cards and paid it off within a few weeks. There is no way this is American quality furniture is has a huge label on the back stating it was manufactured in South Korea. of course, it will take weeks in weeks if it has to come over on an ocean liner from overseas. P.s. I didn't forget to mention that after making the claim on the E.C. The manager after getting severe chewing offered a 200 dollar credit. I have yet to pick it up because I want a refund and to take the foreign cheap crap away."

In April , I bought a bed room set with a extra chest, I waited for over the 12 weeks for the furniture to come in. In late June I called and was told the furniture was coming from overseas and they had no idea when it would get here, I told them I didn't want to wait anymore, they offer me some furniture that was in stock, ,1,000 dollars more expensive but I took it, when it was delived about a month later ,it was missing the extra chest, and now they said it's coming from over seas again, they told me it was in stock in their Bakersfield ware house. Since then they put me on hold on the phone and never answer , or they say they will call me back , they don't. I told them to come get their furniture and give me a refund, and they said they don't give refunds or take furniture back. I don't know what to do
