We went to Quest Auto Sales and the people were nice. We told the guy we needed a big van for foster care and found one that looked good. It was a good price too. We thought we could add another row of seats but later found out we couldn't. We called Quest but they didn't help us. We called them three days in a row and they still didn't help. We thought they were nice but they weren't. Don't go there. I don't usually write reviews but this one is important.

Went to buy a car from Quest Auto Sales, Inc. They seem like they care and wanna help you out. Paul will do anything to make a sale. Him and the bank owners bribe each other just to get the sale to go through. I put my down payment down and they told me everything was approved. A week later, they're telling me it wasn't approved and to bring my car back. They won't give me my down payment back. These guys are bad news. They need to be closed down before they take someone else's money.

Auto quest sold me a car in 2012 and in a week, lights started going off on the dashboard. I took it back to Auto quest and they ran a diagnostic check on it and told me what was wrong with it. They explained to me that they would fix it. Scott was the guy who does the finances there at Auto quest. He told me that he had to order the part for the car and he will let me know when the parts came back. Meanwhile, if the lights came on again, I was to give him a call. So I gave him a call and told him that the lights were popping on and off but they weren't staying on but they were showing me that there was something still wrong. He told me to bring the car in when the lights come on and stay on. I continued to call him and ask him if the parts were ready for the car and when was a good time for me to bring the car in. Then he would never answer the phone. It's been almost 2 months now and he still will not answer the phone. They keep telling me that he's on the phone on another call and he's not in the office right now. I think they're trying to wait until the warranty is up and then try to make me pay money to them when this was happening when I first bought the car. But they are still trying to prolong things and avoid my phone calls. I called on the 4th of October about 4 times since this morning and they still will not return my call. I personally took the car to another place that did a diagnostic check on it for me as well and told me that it was the recall coil or something recoil something like that like that and sport plugs and stuff that needed to be changed and it was like a $*** deal. So I believe that they're trying to avoid me because they don't want the responsibility of the car. There's a 3-month warranty and they're trying to wait until the warranty is up.
